The size of the home is ideal for families. There is separate bedroom options between the second floor and the lowest level. The master bathroom is spacious! The kitchen is large and easy to prepare food. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. It is quick drive to drop off at the gondola. The house needed a few supplies such as paper napkins, storage baggies, and a few other kitchen cooking items but these are minor details. The family agreed that we were very lucky to choose this property!

This house is a gem! We had a lovely 3 night stay and included everything we needed (amazing spice assortment was a bonus). The beds were comfortable and clean. We highly recommended Amanda’s place. Another huge bonus was Amanda’s communication. Thank you!

We had an amazing week in Breckenridge at this clean, well appointed home. So close to the convenient free shuttle stop to the gondola and to Main Street. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and a friends’ family of 5 to share. Highly recommend!

This was a very nice house and was just as described. The property manager was also very responsive to make sure we had all the details we needed. The location is close to downtown and an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were very nice, beds comfortable and the hot tub was a great added feature.

We had a wonderful time! I cannot say enough about how helpful Amanda and James were. They even helped us get our car out when we were stuck in the snow. The kitchen is a chef’s dream…Great appliances and so much cookware! I would definitely recommend this home! The house and location is perfect!

Spacious and private for a larger family group. Substantial parking and close to skiing, shopping, and dining. The host provided helpful suggestions for local amenities and logistics for out-of-state travelers.

The property was all we hoped for. Very well appointed and in a great position. We even had the added attraction of the local fox sleeping in the garden. The sleeping accommodation was fine for our party of eight adults and a two and a half year old. Parking and access to the free shuttle were excellent. All in all a great place to chill out for five days before the Christmas break.

We had eight adults and two infants. Home provide plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Kitchen had top of the line appliances and was well equipped. Grill was a great addition for cooking. Hot tub was enjoyed during down time. Walking distance to all Breckenridge has to offer. Amanda was very responsive and helpful. We were fortunate to meet her in person and have a nice chat.

This house was perfect for 2 families. 2 sets of parents used the 2 primary suites - comfortable king size beds and nice bathrooms. Our young adult children stayed in the downstairs bedrooms which was nice and private. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook any meal. It was so convenient to be able to walk to dinner and shopping. We also enjoyed the wildlife in the backyard. Communication with Amanda was very good.

Within walking distance to downtown! House is comfortable and welcoming. Hosts were immediately responsive to any communications.

We have always stayed in a house up in the mountains, ski in/ski out. This was our first time to stay near downtown and use the gondola. We LOVED staying so near downtown. And even though we weren’t in the mountains, the view of the mountains from the back side of the house was fantastic. Especially when soaking in the sunk in hot tub off the back patio. The house in terms of comfort, layout, function, cleanliness and decor, was perfect for our group of seven. We could have easily had a couple more in our group. Amanda, house manager was super helpful and easy to get a hold of. The only thing I found myself wishing was different was for there to be a big sectional in the living area for all of us to have lounged on in the late evenings. But that’s more of a suggestion than a complaint. Chalet Anna met all of our expectations. Highly recommend.

House was great. Spacious, perfect walkable location, high-end appliances and fixtures, excellent wifi. We made good use of the bullfrog hot tub as well. Will definitely return for our next stay in Breck!

The location of this property was fantastic. You could catch the shuttle to the slopes and walk everywhere you needed to for dinner. We hope to be back!

We LOVED our weeklong stay here. We came with my parents and my family of 5. The house was the perfect location, walking distance to town, to the gondola, to the sledding hill and stores. Also, super close to shuttle stop. When we arrived, they had a box of chocolates and a nice bottle of wine to greet us. Nice touch! Communication with hosts was seamless before and during our stay. Any questions we had were answered right away! I was even able to get our ski clothes delivered to us. The basement was a perfect “apartment” for my 3 girls to have their own space and there are 2 master bedrooms upstairs which was perfect for us to have one and my parents to have the other. The hot tub was brand new and ready to go as soon as you remove the cover. The kids loved playing in the snow in the backyard in the afternoons and it was nice for them to have a fenced in yard for them to play to their hearts desires. The kitchen was large and had everything you need to make large family meals every night. Having 2 dishwashers was so convenient and helped us keep the kitchen tidy. All the appliances were also new, clean and top of the line! I also liked having the laundry room upstairs with the master bedrooms, so we didn’t have to lug our laundry up and down stairs. There were TVs in every room and both common areas and all worked and were great quality. The main living area even has a built in speaker system for the tv or for listening to music. There’s a basement entry/mud room to enter after a day on the slopes or in the snow so that you don’t have to trek in a bunch of snow and sludge. It was convenient and easy to take off our snow boots and outerwear and leave it there before heading upstairs. They also had someone come shovel the snow and walkways when it snowed a lot and they had a shovel for us if we needed it ourselves. The neighborhood is so charming and everyone we encountered was very respectful and nice. We also felt very safe. We really couldn’t have been happier with our stay and definitely want to come back and stay here again!!!

The house is amazing and perfect for two families. Plenty of room that we never felt we were on top of each other. Great location to Main Street and Peak 9. Highly recommend!!!! Owners communication is superb!

We could not have been more pleased with our VRBO home! It was sparkling clean, very well supplied and decorated, high quality towels and bedding, great hot tub, quiet residential neighborhood but only 4 blocks from Main Street and the middle of downtown Breck. The hosts were very responsive and prompt with any questions. It was perfect for our family getaway! Big thumbs up!

Would rent this house again. Very accommodating for families with young children.
