Easy check in, clean and comfortable rooms, and in a great location! I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Check in was easy, building is old but room was very clean. The bathroom is very small, you can not turn around in the shower and toilet seat was made for a child to sit on. After checking in I left the room and when I returned my access code would not open the door. After making several phone call on the emergency numbers listed I did get a call back after about 15 minutes, I was then given a correct code to get in. While waiting out side for a call back a women was on the second floor yelling at someone calling him a drug addict and that he had a warrant for him and she called the police. I then saw a guy leave on a bike. What kind of people do they have staying there. My room was next to the office and was very noisy with people talking at 7;30 am. Would not stay there again.

Very accommodating. The room needs some repair work from water damage on the plaster walls. The room also needs more power outlets that are easy to access. The evenings spent on the beautiful dock make the whole stay a win.

I like that this a no-frills, quaint hotel. I DID NOT like that there was no hot water in the shower. I DID NOT like that when I tried to resolve this problem, nothing was done. I will not stay here again.

Nice place

It was very clean, had some essentials and the location was good. We had some confusion with what we rented as the pictures showed a 1 bedroom, which what we wanted, but we got there and it was a very very small 1 room. The manager quickly changed our rez, and all was good. Just a good idea to double check. We’d stay again.

The only negative was the bed was hard and the lock on the door didnt lock . I will stay again if they get newer beds

Great location, clean and simple, the waterfront deck is very nice, had no issues with check-in/ check out quick and easy.

I booked a room via VRBO based on the photos in the listing. The listing had a room with a couch, reclaimed wood wall and one (some had two) queen beds. However, when I arrived I was shown to a TINY room with a queen size bed and table (no couch, wall, etc.) I went down to the office to inquire about the room, but was told that I selected that room. However, at no point during the purchase process was there a selection to be made. The listing was the listing and I based it off of what photos were in the listing… I was told to get ahold of VRBO to discuss the listing… i decided instead to write my honest review . After talking to other guests while at the pool, they all claimed they were duped in the same way. They told horror stories on the blood stained mattresses… yes, blood stained, and the 2 a.m. knock on the door from a prostitute’s pimp that accidentally knocked on the wrong door. AVOID this place!!!

The beds were terrible. No silverware. Very old facility

The property was clean and affordable. The canal side is gorgeous and relaxing. Over all a good place to stay.

Blinds didn’t operate as expected. WIndow cranks were loose and worn and in need of replacement. Kitchen, dining and closet were the same room.(Ref, small cabinet/table, microwave and about 12” of clothes hanging space on closet pole.. Broken shower tile covered with duct tape. The only sink, the bathroom sink, teetered on top of the countertop.(Had to drown the small red bugs coming out of the sink drain.

Lovely small two story family resort! Pool right outside the door, great bath with large shower! Very clean!

Great trip. Pics make place look bigger but it was perfect for a quick weekend

This hotel reminded me of the Mom & Pop motels on the Jersey shore. The charm of this place was in the no frills, uncrowded feel. The back deck area on the canal was a fantastic place to soak up some salt air and enjoy the evening.

The waterfront is beautiful. The property is a little dated but cute. The staff was great!

Rated 4 Stars unfortunately it’s 2 stars. Poor bathroom accessories. Once room was cleaned in 8 days. Never again.
