Other than minor discomforts, upstairs TV didn't work and found living area furniture uncomfortable our stay was wonderful. Most of the activities we enjoyed ( shopping, dining, beach ) were all within a 1/2 mile walk. Great, safe area, will probably return. Thank-you.

Over all pretty nice, cheap but good value, tried calling with questions but voicemail was full, texting didn’t work either, upstairs TV never worked, I’m a super host on several other properties was not told about we have to clean and fold sheets and linens until we arrive with welcome letter. This is a nice place but needs suggestions on marketing. No welcome book on why walk, (free shuttle) and many other suggestions. Remember this is well worth staying at but could use fine tuning we would go back now that we know the ins and out. Lamps could be added in living room. Great area with many excellent venues, did have 12” of rain and tornado’s warning while here. Major complaint, empty mailbox and use text. Please visit here.

Location could not be better. Walk to beach, restaurants, shopping. Ideal location for children as well with park and basketball courts across the street. The Host Ivan is accessible and responsive to any issue or need that may arise. This is my second year at this location and already booked and looking forward to next year.

Great location…you can literally walk to beach, shops, grocery store, night life, live bands, restaurants,. Felt very safe at night walking to venues. Our stay was very roomy and comfortable, clean, comfy bed, and very quiet. Everything we needed was there, Even beach chairs and umbrella. ! Nice farmers market every Sunday morning and the bakery is outstanding. Host responded quickly to our concerns And very nice. This was our second stay at this property and will return.

Convenient to all , beach, restaurants etc. cute town. Accommodations are as advertised. We had a nice time.

We enjoyed our stay. I look forward to booking this rental unit the next time I visit Lauderdale by the Sea.

Easy check-in and out procedures.Condo is in a great location- just a short walk to the beach - without the on-the-beach costs. If there was a buggy it would be helpful for carrying the beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The space is quite large and having the bedroom upstairs was great for keeping our stuff out of the way when we had visitors. Kitchen appliances all worked well. All basic items were provided such as soap, toilet paper, detergent, etc. so we didn’t need to run out to get these things which was good. The host , Ivan, was very quick to respond when I contacted him with questions.

This property was great for getting to and from the beach and many shops and restaurants. Ivan was very responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the property was lacking basic items such as shampoo, body wash, tissues, etc. The coffee pot and other kitchen items were not clean so we skipped using them. Overall, very basic and close to the beach.

I think this place was great for the price and location! Simple but had everything we needed. Quiet and very comfortable beds. We could quickly and easily walk to restaurants, stores, and the beach! One thing I noticed though, was that the place smelled damp when we arrived and continued through our stay. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We walked to the beach and restaurants. If you’re looking for a fancy place to hang out, this is not your place. However, it had everything we needed. There were beach chairs and towels and everything is walkable.

Ivan was an excellent host providing all that was necessary for comfortable stay and great experience. Location provided immediate access to beaches, restaurants, shops and more. Looking forward to returning next year.

Our accommodations were spacious, large closet, one full large bath, and a half bath ! Condo on second level, and once inside , the bedroom is on second floor , comfortable bed, private parking space, safe neighborhood across from small park. Furnishings dated but adequate, musty odor in hallway of building, but, not detected inside our condo , air conditioner noisy, but we, got used to it and slept pretty well. Excellent location...8 min walk to beautiful beach, easy short walk to fun restaurants with live entertainment, some shops. Grocery, pharmacy, nearby. Wonderful small farmers market every Sunday from 9am till 2...... This area has nice mix of people of all ages which we liked. Police presence made us feel very safe in eve.......no problems at all. Great value for the price !

Spacious, clean and comfortable duplex with great central AC, fully-stocked kitchen, comfy bed, nice living/dining and bathrooms, huge bonus walk-in closet in wonderful location. Quiet and well cared-for building steps from beautiful beach, great eats and shopping. Excellent communication with owner; clear instructions. Can't wait to return!

Quiet enough for city building. Lg. Bathrooms & nice kitchen. Enough storage.. Could use updated furnishings to relax on. Beds were comfortable.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. This couldn’t have worked out better. Easy check in and out process. Very kind and responsive host. The location is close to the downtown lauderdale by the sea area. Beach, restaurants, dive shop etc can all be walked to within 5 minutes. This is a spacious, clean unit with minimal accessories. Nothing fancy, which was perfect for us. We look forward to staying here again!

Ivan's Condo was everything I was looking for in a place. It's minimalistic, but let's be honest that's what you really want in your stay. The AC did its job, the bed was comfortable and the place was more spacious than what the pictures showed. Ivan was very attentive and responded in a timely manner. The beach was a short walk from the condo. It was about two little blocks away, just cut through the park and the fire station and you were at the oceanfront! The Grocery store was 1/4th of a mile away. Travel Hack- The Dollar Store is in the shopping center as the grocery store; you can purchase all your toiletries, reusable cups, and beach toys from here if you don't want to bring them along. Downtown Lauderdale By the Beach area with all the restaurants was about 1/4 mile away as well. I highly recommend enjoying happy hour at Taco Craft down there, it was pretty awesome! Please visit the bartender Anastasia at Vinnies by the Sea and also Jan from Jan's Homemade Candies, these two people had the most amazing personality. Please let them know that Andrew from DC said "Hello"! If I were going to be nit-picky about anything it would be the upstairs AC was a little loud at times, but if you don't mind white noise as I do, it wasn't a problem at all! Overall I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than Ivan's Condo! Thank you for sharing your home with me!

The property itself is nice with the exception of a few things. I guess it had been painted on the inside before we arrived because there were brackets for towel bars, hooks and wall hanging but no bars, hooks and a large wall hanging sat on the floor of the bedroom next to the wall. Inconvenient. The shower adjustment was very loose on the wall as was the drapery bracket over one of the beds. No beach towels but near the beach? The biggest problem was trying to gain access to the apartment upon arrival. It was very difficult to contact the owner. We arrived at 5:30pm and couldn’t get in until 10:30pm!! It was exhausting after traveling from colorado! Turns out the key pad for the code had dead batteries! Wow! Not the best welcome.

Ivan's apartment was very clean and looked exactly like the the picture. It is a very nice place to stay if it is you and your spouse. Ivan is a great host and very responsive to messages. The apartment is in a very quiet house with several residents living there. I would say the place was not family friendly. I brought my 7 yesterday old daughter and at 9 pm on Friday the property manager was knocking on thr door about my daughter who was playing by herself. (Quiet hours start at 10). In addition, the property manager notified our owner that we have a dog. We do not own a dog. I was under the impression the beach in walking distance, but we did have to drive to it everyday.

We had a nice stay in this property. The location was awesome and easy walking distance to the Lauderdale-By-The-Sea pier. The condo is bare bones and needs a little TLC but was clean and fit our purposes just fine. Thanks Ivan!

Overall it was a good experience

We enjoyed our stay and the location. Ivan was very responsive when it came to communication and his townhouse was within walking distance to the pier. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything is very close and comfortable

We had a great time here, the place was nicely remodeled and very spacious. My only suggestion is to do something with the electronic door lock it can be very difficult to lock and even unlock, but I would definitely stay there again!

The condo is great and has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and is walking distance from everything! We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were available to use. We would stay here again.

Overall the property is in a great spot. There are minor things that could be fixed like towel racks and some lights that need to be replaced but the location cant be beat for the price. would go back again if i had the chance! Took about 4 minutes to walk to the beach with full beach gear and 2 kids with me. There is a tennis court, dog park, playground, bocci court, basketball court literally steps outside the front door which was fantastic with children. The beach was super clean. Sundays there is a farmers market right outside the beach with nice food and some distractions which was nice. Great deal for the money. Owner was SUPER fast at addressing any concerns.

First time staying in Lauderdale area, This place is a few blocks from everything, shops, restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and Walgreens. This place has a comfortable bed, it's own parking space, a good bathroom and kitchen. Internet works great, and as everyone else has said previously.. The cable chanel selection is the basic package which is just ABC,CBS,NBC and local stations. So bring your streaming devise if you want to watch TV or movies. I bought a $15 dollar mini sized hair dryer at the walgreens that worked great. Had a great stay!
