Reed and Relax was the perfect place to start our kayaking adventures each day. Even better to come back to each night. Will definitely be back gor another stay soon!

My family had a wonderful time at Reed & Relax. Everything was clean, decorated cute, and we had plenty of space to spread out. The yard is adorable and the beachy access to the water was perfect for kayaking. The dock was a hot spot for fishing too. Even with some rainy weather we had a great time sitting at the kitchen table and playing cards.

This is our 3rd year at the Reed residence and we have loved it every year!

The property is well maintained. Did some kayaking and enjoyed an evening fire. Lots of things to do near by.

Nice and roomy lakeside cottage. Very clean. Nice kitchen appliances. Nice deck overlooking the water and fire ring by water . Plenty of parking. Lots of nice restaurants and golf nearby. Great winery just up the road and two breweries also short drive away. A nice dock too.

We were the first renters of the season, so we definitely ran into a few bumps along the way! We weren't provided with bathroom towels and weren't notified until the night before our arrival that we needed to bring with us. Unfortunately, this meant that we had to go to the store a purchase our own towels. The kitchen was well stocked and we made multiple meals in the home. The porch offered beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. All in all we truly enjoyed our time at the house and minus the towel situation everything was to our expectations.

This property was exactly as described and a wonderful place to celebrate my daughter who graduated from SUNY Geneseo. The cleanliness of the house to the communication with the owner made this stay 5 stars. Thank you Mike for a great weekend! 🎓🎉

When we were kids, we spent a lot of time at Conesus lake. We wanted to come back and have some good memories and relax for a few days. The fishing was unbelievable!! Fires at night were so peaceful. Definitely coming back!!

We had a great experience staying. The hosts were great. We enjoyed the paddle boat and the kayaks, the little beach and fishing on the pier. The house is beautiful inside and out. Well kept and clean. The area is quiet and very private. One thing I would say (one star off), be careful on the steps up to the bedrooms, the carpet is loose on one of the steps and resulted in a series of falls by various family members. Also, check the floors. My kids found some kind of medication spilled on the bedroom carpet. I am glad they didn't eat it and brought it to me instead.

Our friends from Germany came to visit us in Maryland and we wished to show them more than big cities. We chose Reed and Relax for its lake vibe, 3 bedrooms, lake access, beautiful open floor plan, and location. Took a day trip to Niagara Falls and Anchor Bar in Buffalo, then another day at Letchworth SP to hike. Local dinners at Beachcomber and Galene - both wonderful! Loved kayaking on Conesus Lake!! Spent much time on the deck porch, and relaxing with Netflix at night. Appreciated how clean this home is, also the outdoor lighting and colorful indoor decorating on the main level. As a VRBO host myself, I would recommend that the listing include “Bring soap, shampoo, Kleenex.” We would keep this cottage in mind for a further long weekend lake trip.

This home was very comfortable for the 6 of us. We had 4 adults and two young kids. The seaweed mat at the end of the dock was key for swimming with the kids. The main floor area is perfect size and worked awesome for cooking ourselves or ordering in. We also loved the deck. Mornings were great with the sunrise and afternoons were nice and shady when it was at its hottest. The communication with Mike, the owner was excellent. Loved our week.

Clean, well maintained home. Great beach to walk into the lake. Weed mat at end of dock was super helpful! I would recommend Mike’s place to any family. He is a great host.

Cottage has great waterfront location, perfect for a family vacation to beautiful Conesus Lake. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

House was well located towards the southern end of the lake, but no more than 20 minutes from the villages and things to do. Property was clean, although there was a lot of goose poop in the yard. Overall a great place to stay for a Finger Lakes getaway.

My husband and I stayed for our two-year anniversary and we couldn't have picked a better spot. The property is well-maintained, comfortable, and has great amenities. The view of the lake and the access to it is fantastic - we spent time every day either lounging on the deck or by the fire pit. Letchworth State Park is an easy drive away, and so are plenty of restaurants and stores. We would definitely come back here again!

We enjoyed the property a lot. The view of the lake was great morning and night. Lots of fun games to play for both young and old! Our granddaughter loved feeding the fish and seagulls!!!

First three days no AC but finally fixed, was stifling sleeping. Nice patio and nice kitchen. We had a great time, would definitely return.

We had a fantastic time, extremely, extremely clean and great neighbors. Kids caught tons of fish, they had a blast on the swim platform, boat launch is very close. Will stay again for sure!!!!

We stayed for two nights. The weekend was really hot so it was nice to be by the water. House was clean and comfortable. Everything was as described. Great views from the deck. The only comment I have is that I was not aware that bath towels were not provided. My daughter had some so it was fine.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The cottage was extremely clean and nicely updated. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We had a very relaxing trip and would definitely stay there again!

Great house, I usually get nervous cooking in places that are unfamiliar, but the kitchen was fully stock and everything was spotless. My kids and grandchild had a great time on the floating dock and paddle boat. Only thing that could of made it better if fire pit was a little farther over for all of us to gather around it, but it was still a great night if s'mores. I highly recommend staying here. Very close to activities, we went to Stonybrook park, rode go karts, mini golf.
