nice property, enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed and communication with host was great. We will be back for Christmas and will be staying here again.

The property with fantastic and host was super helpful. We stayed there to prep for our son’s move in to college and the space, amenities and location were perfect for us!

We all loved our stay here! The property is so cute and well taken care of. Super comfy beds and everything worked. Very safe and clean neighborhood to stay in. Check in and checkout were super easy!

It was comfortable and enjoyable.

The area was great for day trips whether to the mountains or into the city of Denver. It was not as walkable as the description sounded but that didn't bother us too much since we had a car. The property was lovely and the host is responsive. The only tweaks I'd suggest are: 1) even though I asked about pool towels, nothing was said about needing a key to get into the pool area. We wondered what the key hanging on the fridge was for ...and found out after another resident let us into the pool area. 2) the host was kind enough to bring more toilet paper, but I'd have a stash of extra available so guests don't need to ask. 3) the unit was great for 4 people...except for the family/living room, which had 3 seats (a 2-seat couch and 1 armchair) and an ottoman in the corner acting as a fourth. We went out during the day and came back to relax in the evening, so having a sectional or at least 4 comfortable seats would have been ideal. It was nice having a kitchen with almost everything needed to make our own meals when we wanted. The host even provided coffee grounds! ☕

Loved our stay. The beds were amazing and we all slept well.

I highly recommend staying here, great location, easy access, clean and lovely decor. 30 minutes from the airport, easy to find. We attended a concert at Red Rocks which is about 30 minutes away and was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome host!

Our original condo flooded during unusually heavy rains before we were to arrive. Kristi and her team found and prepared another condo within the complex. They notified us of the change of address and why so our trip could continue without interruption. This was particularly important as the major reason for our trip was an event the evening of our arrival. Thank you all.

We rented this property to be close to Denver without paying Denver prices. Very affordable and it's even cuter and more comfortable in person. I love that there is only a code for the door so no chance to lose a key. Both bedrooms were a great size and the bathroom tiles were just something to comment on how beautiful they are. Me and my sister in law agreed we had a hard time even wanting to leave the property it was so comfortable and homey. The property owners were very responsive. The only bummer was the Jacuzzi is not open this time of year and there were a couple of nights it would have been great! I believe it's not open until after memorial day weekend. This property is about 30 minutes outside of denver and it's very easy to get an Uber from this property to Downtown Denver and back. Never had a problem. We would definitely stay again. Also a target close by which we loved. I would also recommend the tasty pot if you like Asian style food and sea food. Amazing amazing service and unique experience, delicious food and it's 5 minutes from this property.

Our stay was wonderful. We had everything that we needed and only had one hiccup at the beginning, which the owner was very quick to call and take care of immediately. My daughter and I felt like we were home away from home. I definitely would come back again!

Check in process was very smooth, and we were even able to get in a bit early which was much appreciated. Apartment wa clean and fit our needs perfectly.

Kristen was an excellent Host, very accommodating to our needs. This is the second time we’ve rented a property from her . The condo was very clean, great location and everything was presented as it was described. The condo was in a very quiet location and we enjoyed our week. Certainly give this a 5 star rating and great value for the price we paid . I will definitely stay here again ( if available ) on my next trip to Denver .

Exacrly what we needed! Only feedback is it would be nice after bad weather if someone could treat stairs - they were a little scary. (we acknowledge it was holidays so could have been something most wont experience)

Nice property - Would consider it again on a future visit . Our kids live in same complex - so convenient to be able to just walk back and forth.

Place is nice and had plenty of stuff. I will say the soaps in the shower need help. I used it and broke out in hives. Also the upstairs shower sounds like it is going to cave in. The water pools in the shower and your feet are in standing water. Not cool. Also the smart tv is real bad. Watching a movie and it stops playing every couple minutes. Just gave up and connected to my phone for a wifi signal. Overall great place just want to help out with things I know were a problem. Also add extra blankets.

Very awesome! Very close to all activities our group had planned. Would definitely stay again when in Colorado.

The overall cleanliness of the property was very good. However, the amenities in the kitchen were lacking. I only made two meals in the condo but it was difficult. The two skillets were small and very scratched up. Most basic kitchen items were missing, no dish drainer, only one dish rag and towel, no metal baking trays etc... The condo would benefit from basic maintenance and upkeep. The owner was responsive for questions that I had.

Unit is nicely furnished and well decorated. Everything is provided to help make your stay a pleasant one. Kitchen is well furnished and the ROKU TV includes some premium channels. Both bedrooms include a quiet sitting area and a bathroom with essentials provided. Would stay here again next time I'm in Denver.

We enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice to have a light blanket or two as the thermostat is controlled, which is fine but it did get a bit chilly. Another suggestion - it would have been nice to have unit numbered. We had to walk around a bit to figure it out.
