This house is awesome!! Location is perfect and accommodations throughout the house and the outside are great. We had the whole family age 2-60 and it was perfect for all!!! Owner is very attentive and easy to reach stress free vacation if you stay here:)

We’ve rented at least 20 different properties on the island over the last 10 years, and this is one of the few we’d never rent again.
The only 5 star facet of this house is the location.
First- almost every dish we pulled out of a drawer or cabinet was dirty. If i was the owner of this house, I’d hire a new cleaning crew.
Second- we had to contact the property manager/owner Cristina to get working wi-fi, which ended up taking 24 hours to get accurate login info. We were told to refer to the welcome email- and given incorrect info several times and one of us needed to be able to get online for work.
Third- the fam room TV was inoperable for the length of our stay. We reached out and she tried to walk us through using it with an Apple TV remote but we needed the actual TV remote- which Cristina told us she was aware had been missing for several months. PLUS the WiFi network had recently been changed so the tv wasn’t even hooked to the correct network- things she knew but never bothered to correct.
If you want sun on the pool- this house isn’t for you. It doesn’t get ANY sun on the pool for the entire day bc of the trees all around it.
Finally- there was a maintenance guy who needed to be in the house twice during our stay. Once to install cameras (in the master bedroom) which should’ve been done when house was empty. Second to install a new tv the day before we left. My daughters walked in to find the guy laying on the couch eating chips and setting up the tv. What??!!

Location is perfect. Easy walk to beach,piers,restaurants. House was in its prime 10 years ago but overall still great. House was clean, great entertaining space, game room had a little musty smell. Beach chairs umbrellas and wagons were a big help. Pool area very shaded but nice and private.

This house was everything we needed for a family reunion with kids aged 1-13 (6 of them!). There were high chairs, pack n plays, beach toys, wagons, beach chairs, pool floaties—so nice to not have to bring all that. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and the easiest simplest walk to the beach.
During our stay the pool heater was inconsistent and unfortunately was difficult for the littles as we were hoping to have pool days when the beach was a little too chilly. But you can’t beat the location.
The house was well stocked with oils, seasonings and things, but the actual cookware was subpar. So if you’re planning on doing a lot of in him cooking for a family make accommodations. But overall you can’t beat the location for the price.

Enjoyed the Christmas holiday week at La Palma Villa with extended family. Very comfortable home, well furnished, comfortable beds, sofa, and ample kitchen/ dining space. Weather was a little cooler than we hoped so we didn’t get much use of the pool. Location is great. Robin Hood Golf cart rentals is just across the street from the house along with multiple shops, restaurants, and bars just around the corner. Easy access to the beach within walking distance.

Few issues with the check in and on arrival was expecting all the rooms to be available which they were not. Spoke to owner and managed to resolve. The house was beautiful and fab location? The games area and garage were scruffy and dirty and needed an overhaul. The pool area was all in the shade so problem with bugs and there was rubbish left including a packet of cigarettes with a cigarette in. This area could do with a proper cleann and some of the tree cutting back.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay but a bit of work downstairs could improve further

We had a great time staying at this home. It has everything you need to stick around the property and is located in a perfect spot to leave for the day. The furnishings are great, appliances are all in working order, and the pool/backyard is perfect for a large group. I would love to stay there again.

Nice house. Everything was clean and tidy. Pool heater was not on when we arrived so it took a couple days to heat up. “Beach amenities” and game room area toys and such are a bit of a mess, broken, not totally functional. Bring your own beach gear, chairs, etc. Great location and neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay with 2 grandparents, 4 other adults and 5 kids - 5 & under. Location was perfect. Large dining table made hosting our large group easy. Close to many great restaurants & very short walk to the beach. We arranged renting our own pack n plays, beach wagon and high chair but all three were also provided by the rental home a which was nice. They also provided a huge amount of pool towels! Lots of beach chairs & sand toys made it a breeze. Outdoor shower was helpful for the kids coming back from the beach. The heated & shaded pool was a nice break from the sun. Property manager was very helpful and quickly addressed any questions we had. We loved our trip to Anna Maria and look forward to returning again!

We came down for my wedding in august of 2022. Under every bed and under the couch still had alot of dirt and food. The back sliding door did not work properly only way to close them is to lock the doors. When it rained water would come through the door the tile is busted next to the door and soft spot in floor. The kitchen didn’t have a good selection of pots and pans or knifes. The garage was a complete disaster! Everything for the beach seemed to be broke. The game room was pointless NOTHING worked. The landscape needs some serious attention nothing like the pictures showed. You would think with how much it cost to rent this house it would be maintained a lot better. Wasnt to happy with how much we spent to stay for 10 days to see all that was wrong with the house.

The property was representative of what's presented online and is very nice. Amenities were very good and met our expectations. The location was great for both the beach of the Pine St businesses. We had a concern with the pool, and someone was there the next day to address / explain things to us, and we enjoyed the pool the remainder of the week. Would definitely return!

We rented this house last minute because our original rental was not available. We were super grateful to find this home and it was perfect. The host was extremely kind and responsive. The location was great. A very short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to the pier to go fishing. Great restaurants and shops around the corner. Pool was beautiful. There were 12 of us and we were very comfortable. Thank you so Minch for your hospitality and letting us enjoy your home.

Beach Holiday
We were excited to find this roomy rental home close to the beach and to shops and eateries on the northern end of Anna Maria Island. Communication was great with the owner, until we checked in. We reported several maintenance items early on during our stay and never heard back. We called the maintenance phone number listed in the Guest Book but were told by the person answering that he had not been used by the owner for over 4 years, and he did not know who would do the requested toilet water leak and pool repairs we reported. The kitchen was reasonably stocked with utensils and dishware, the gas grill had a full tank, the pool was clean and the water temp warm, so all that was enjoyable, and the house itself was quite roomy with bedrooms and bathrooms reasonably clean & comfortable (except for the toilet leaks). The garage area was a mess and did have beach and pool items, but we were glad we brought our own. The game room was not of much use. We didn’t consider this rental the best value for money spent compared to other properties we have rented. But, if you come prepared with your own beach holiday provisions and it’s proximity to beach and eateries that is your priority, you can have an enjoyable stay with family and friends, as we did.

Fantastic vacation
The house was beautiful and the location was good (after we got used to carrying everything to the beach). It was close to restaurants and shops. We rented a 6 seater cart which was great to go around in. Easy access to parasailing, restaurants, shops, and the beach. Everyone had a great time.

Great space for a group
This property was perfect for us! Close to public transportation and super close to the beach. We were a group of 10 adults and there was plenty of room for cooking, relaxing by the pool and coffee/cocktails on the deck. The owners were very responsive. We had very minor needs while we were there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent Family House
We had 7 adults and 3 children staying in the house comfortably. It is well equipped and located in an great area, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Only comment is the palms over pool could use trimming. Would rent again!

Family get away
We spent 5 days at the house w/ my wife, 2.5 yr old son, 9 month old daughter and my mother as well as another couple with age 7, 8 yo daughters. The pool was perfect for the little ones with a shallow wading area and big enough for the older kids to have some space. It was quite shaded w/ the wonderful palm trees and bamboo which added to the tropical feel. With little ones and being worried about sunburn it was a welcome shade for the majority of the day. The beach was a less than 5 minute walk away and was so easy to get too. There was some beach chairs, umbrellas, some sand toys and a cart to lug the stuff to the beach.
The house was very comfortable for all of us and even had a nice pack n play and high chair which we used every night. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook in several nights.
The house is located in a perfect spot with short easy walks to multiple restaurants, ice cream and the main street with all the shops and the pier. The restaurants get busy quick and wouldn't allow take out orders so plan your dinners early if you want to eat at home. There is a pizza place that after not being able to order take out was available within 20 mins and it was delicious.
The Sandbar was a short walk and has a great walkup beach bar and great food for a fun night out.
The property manager was very helpful and easily reachable and available.

Wonderful location
Great stay - bedroom with 1 queen bed would be I better suited for kids vs adults (small room, no closet). Common areas were spacious for our family of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids). The 2 masters were large and had huge closets and baths, all rooms had very comfortable beds. Pool is fully shaded by mature palm trees (listing must be older photo). We had 1 beach towel and 1 bath towel per person (access to laundry). House has some deferred maintenance that could use attention, but overall, comfortable, and location couldn’t be better. Direct access to beach two blocks over and to Pine street for eating/shopping.

Family Trip to AMI
We had a great week in AMI. The pros of the house are the amazing location, shaded pool area when it's hot, and the beach cart/chairs available. There are quite a few things that could be improved - not enough hot water for multiple showers, sheets/pillows/mattresses are not very nice quality (some stained), guest information book is very outdated, and the kitchen utensils are limited (no plastic cups for kids or for using by the pool and almost no sharp knives). Although the furniture is very nice, the decor is not very beachy.

Perfect vacation
The house was as advertised - fully complete with everything we needed. Location was perfect. It was close to the beach and had an amazing pool. Plenty of bedrooms, 11 of us slept comfortably and kitchen stocked with everything. Only thing I would add was a wine opener.

The Best Vacation Home
My family and I absolutely loved this place. Beautiful interior, up to date appliances, perfect bedroom set ups. The beach is right across the street which we spent during the day. Then come back and relax in the pool and cook on the grill! Promise you won't be disappointed. My family has agreed to come back next summer!

No accuracy in reference phone numbers for services such as local maintenance Etc when I reach the pool company they said they don't service this residence any longer when I reach the maintenance company local one they said they don't work at this property any longer I can't tell you how difficult it is to have a cold swimming pool every day during your stay there you get a couple hours maybe in the late afternoon when it's heated up and that's about it

Hit the jackpot!!
My group picked Anna Maria Island on a whim- none of us had ever been before. We could not have lucked out any better with this property. Where to start?
The location is perfect- you're a quick jaunt to the beach, the pier, shopping, restaurants, you name it. It's also only a couple minute golf cart ride to the Ugly Grouper.
The house is awesome- everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked, towels, beach towels, even some beach toys are available. The pool area out back is so relaxing for a day you may not want to go to the beach or when coming back and just want a refreshing dip on the pool.
The property manager (Olga) was so great to deal with and responsive (keep in mind time zones though as she is pacific time). Questions were answered promptly and she would check in to make sure all was well, but not in an obsessive way like she was worried about what you were doing.
I ansolutely cannot wait to go back and this property will be the first one I check when I do!

Excellent location
This property was spotless. There were heavy winds one night, and early the next morning someone was there cleaning the pool, without us asking! Good kitchen utensils. We did not use the grill. Owner asks shoes not be worn inside due to her nice wood floors and we complied, floors were in good shape. Nice shower pressure, pool was shady, which was nice as a break from beach. Beach was a block away, large and clean, with some trees at the edges. Lots of walkable shops and restaurants. Try Harry’s! AMI seems more Covid safe than other parts of Florida, which are frankly terrifying!

The location of this home was perfect - walking distance to cute shops, great restaurants, and the beach. There were plenty of dishes and pans which was great as you often don't have enough cooking supplies in a vacation rental. However, the house was not clean. There were ripped blinds, dust covering blinds, and boxes of unopened furniture in rooms. We could not use the pool (even if it were warm enough) as there was so much debris in it. Overall the stay was great due to the location.

Perfect location! Walking distance to the beach and local stores and restaurants. House was great bedrooms are nice and comfortable. The only thing is the pool it was super dirty and we were not able to enjoy it.

Great location and Good Set Up
The home is so well equipped! Everything for kids and adults alike including bikes! Walk to the beach, walk to breakfast, walk for coffee shops, walk for nightlife, walk to restaurants. Our ages were 4 months to 58 and all loved it! Thanks Olga.

Great Location, Nice Property
We were very satisfied with the property for our family vacation, which included 6 adults and 4 children. There were a few minor maintenance issues which were promptly attended to by the owner.

Plenty of room, clean and well appointed.
The overall property was fantastic with plenty of bedroom space for everyone. Plenty of bathrooms for privacy as well because each master has it's own large bathroom. The pool was lovely for cooling down after a day at the beach. Perfect area as we could easily walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. Nice beach chairs and a wagon were on site for carrying stuff to the beach. Much appreciated. A large dining table and family room accommodated our large group well. Plenty of towels, including beach towels, kitchen supplies and dishes. The grill is dangerous and a hazard unless it has been fixed. The owners are probably unaware as some previous renter probably misused it. It happens. I highly recommend this property.
