The property is really cute and the grounds are kept up very well and the chain linked fence is awesome. Just had an issue with latching it closed in it's housing as the pebbles from the driveway fill it up. The new porch is nice and open and inviting. The patio with the table and ceiling fan was great! The home is not in the best area but we felt safe as we had our dogs with us to give us that extra comfort. Lots of vehicle and foot traffic and neighbors with very loud cars. The noise probably wouldn't be as bad if there were some sound proofing upgrades done to the trailer. Double pane windows maybe and some better insulation. But aside from those things, we would definitely stay here again as it was very close to our reason for booking the in the first place.

We stayed here while closing on our new home. We had to extend our stay. The communication with the host was great and timely. Extremely clean, nice large fenced yard for our pets, air conditioner was awesome, location was perfect for getting to know the area. Very well supplied with what we needed as well as a great laundry room. The price was great and close to the stores, casinos and the lake. It was a pleasure staying here and highly recommend this location.

3rd stay but this time in the absolute heat of summer! (120, 116 on the patio) and this house did NOT let us down! It became an oasis from the heat between trips to the river! The house kept cool with the help from the fans provided! We absolutely adore this property and everything it has to offer! The nicest neighbors, the best location and at a cost so reasonable we stayed an extra day! The hosts were so nice and very accommodating. Our doggo even had a little wading pool (provided) always a dreamy stay and cannot wait to be back!

This place was wonderful! We had traveled for a wedding in Laughlin and needed to bring our dogs, but had no luck with finding a decent hotel. This property though, fit exactly what we needed! The gated yard was perfect for our dogs and the house itself was cozy. All in all, a great staycation trip that fit all of our needs and our budget!

The property is really dated, the neighborhood is a little rough but near a lot of things, we both agreed the mattress was horrible, everything you need (Dishes, utensils, shower, TV, laundry, cleaning aids, etc, etc.) are there just don't expect perfection. Value per dollar, you get what you pay for. Typical of a cheap desert motel. If you're looking for a place that's affordable and works for you, your kids and pets this will meet your needs. If you If you're looking to spoil yourself a little this is not the place.

Was a perfect place to stay while fishing Mohave. Easy access to back up boat and charge batteries. Gated driveway felt ton's more secure than leaving boat and tackle in a hotel parking lot. House was well cared for and stocked with most anything you would need for your stay. This will definitely be our new Bullhead City stay.

I have stayed here in the past and loved it then. I felt comfortable and it was easy to check in. Very clean and pet friendly. Everytime I visit family I will be staying there.

Not a bad place to stay Found beds to be a little run down. But living room comfortable. VERY VERY dog friendly and yard was great.

We had a wonderful time the property was nice, clean and they had the AC & fans running when we arrived. It was just like home to us. My 3 little dogs who really enjoyed all the room they had to run around. Mornings were nice and cool and I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee on the outside swing. Would highly recommend. We will be back.

Cute house and yard with everything you need! My dogs loved being able to run around outside in the yard! I had to move from the king size to the twin bed (because I hurt my back while driving there). Both beds were very comfortable-I just needed one that was easier to get in and out of. The neighborhood felt safe, secure and was pretty quiet. Stayed 10 nights and will stay here again in the future!

All was in great order

The house has everything you need. Great fenced in yard and decks on both sides of the yard. Very clean and organized. Walkable to 2 bars as well as Dollar General and gas station. We stayed a month and would certainly go back.

Was a nice place for us to stay with our pets. Nice fenced in yard. Very comfortable!

Host were a pleasure to work with and were so kind to allow us to bring our 3 mini pig children along with us! They left pools for them to play in and the fenced in yard was perfect for everyone to be secure. Master bed was extremely comfortable and AC works amazingly well in that heat. Very happy with our stay!

House was clean and well cared for. Terry & Melanie were quick and friendly with communication. The specific neighborhood seemed pretty nice (considering the town of Bullhead is, in general, a bit rough) and the yard/outdoor patio area was very quaint. Only weird thing was that the side door was open upon my arrival...as in, not just unlocked, but wide open. Everything seemed OK though. Anyways, great first experience with VRBO and these hosts, definitely would recommend their place.

We enjoyed our first visit so much at this location back in 2019 that we knew we wanted to stay here again for us to enjoy the river. Very comfortable and clean stay. Our dogs enjoyed the gated yard.
