This place has great amenities! Ski-in/ski-out, arcade, putt-putt, pool, hot tubs, sauna, gym, quick-store, restaurant, and more. I loved not having to leave where we were to entertain the kids at night.

This is our second time staying in this unit. It is perfect for a couple or a small family. It is a very short walk to the ski locker. Everything needed to prep your own meals is provided. Love the comfortable King Size bed. I saw another review stating that the little details are not spared. I could not agree more. We would stay here again!

From the fine hand soap to the kettle, and to all the little things in between, we were so elated with the care and attention put into this unit! Unit was clean, and well organized, it made our anniversary trip that much more enjoyable! Loved the private back window, while viewing the mountain at the base, was still beautiful and serene. Thank you for keeping your condo so clean and well kept! It was not lost on us! God bless!

We didn’t get a chance to fully explore the resort as we spent most of the visit with our friends at their rental for their wedding. The resort was great, parking situation was great, and there is so much to offer. Condo was very clean and met all of our needs!

Convenient location. Comfy king. Loved the shuttle into town.

Checkin at Beaver Run Resort front desk at 4pm, sharp. We were ten minutes early, and we had to wait until 4. Resort seemed fairly empty, but parking spaces were few and far between. We found one! The Burro Trail that starts at the resort was a beautiful walk along a mountain stream. We were in Breck for our son’s camp at the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, and we were so close we could have walked. The short, easy trail around Sawmill Reservoir was breathtakingly beautiful. The unit was spotless, the view out the window was not much, but everything worked, and it was nice to be able to cook as we wished which saved money and was relaxing. If we come back to Breckenridge we would gladly stay here again!

Found buildings and parking structures to be complicated to find your way around . Better directions regarding best way to check in , where to park for each building , navigating elevator locations, skywalk , etc would be very helpful .

Beaver Run is a great complex with something for everyone. My kids loved the pools, hot tubs, arcade and mini golf. All of the buildings were very clean and well kept. Our condo was clean and perfect for our small family. We were able to cook several meals there, and the kids loved being able to relax and watch a movie there. Breckenridge is wonderful, we'll definitely be back!!

Very nice and well equipped. The owners were very helpful & made things easy. Great place to be in summer. Can’t imagine more amenities. Will definitely stay again when we head out west.

Great spot in building 4 with a Brie of the lift and a little mountain. There is also a fix that makes his way there each night. Kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom perfect for the few nights I was there. Beaver run is also very accommodating

This place was so easy to get to and from and was delightful for my stay, could not have asked for more!

Excellent location, detailed helpful info from owner. A bit tight in bedroom section, but we enjoyed the large living area with huge windows looking out to the woods. Missed the fix but saw print in the snow.

I gave it 5 stars only because 6 is not an option.

Stayed about a week. Great location that can't be beat for access to the slopes.

Plus - Clean, well appointed and a conveniently located. Negatives - The TV over the bed didn’t work and the condo has a funky layout.

It's all about location, location, location. Unloaded and parked the car and didn't need it until departure. Shuttle service was great and ski in / ski out was perfect.

Took my teen son and a friend away for a quick weekday ski day with loads of new powder. This was the perfect place for the three of us. They each got a pull out bed and I got a bed with a curtain to draw for privacy. I only had wished going in that the bed was directly in front of the front door and it was only a curtain and not a partition. But now that I understand we will be back with family. Maybe just not a friend combined with family so I can have a wee more privacy around entrance to room. But otherwise seriously perfect! Clean and everything you need. If you are going to cook bring oil or butter to cook with along with your supplies but all the utensils we needed were there!

Very well equipped condo. Especially liked the ski locker right by the lift. Would certainly stay there again!

The stay was great. The property has so many amenities that it was hard to leave. Totally recommend this place.

This property was just what we needed for a quick mountain getaway with the family. The room was clean and everything you would need to prepare a meal is available. Beds were comfy. The resort was family friendly and provided a free shuttle to town. Thanks again!

Renting process was easy, location and resort amenities were great. Wish there was an oven and the beds were very uncomfortable! We had a great time but need some sleep!!!

We had a great time I would stay here again. The studio suite was exactly as advertised and the owner was very responsive to any questions. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prep your own meals. The unit was 15 steps to the elevator and another 15 steps to the ski locker. 15 more steps and you’re clicking into your skis.

Worst stay. Water was shut off to our room due to an issue. horrible communication between property manager and resort management. Turned into a big issue. No seating for breakfast. Had to order to go, but they sat the family that came in right after us? Everything was closed in the resort. We were verbally accosted by another family while in the hot tub. Smelled so badly of pot in the main lobby. I will say john at the front desk was amazing and the shuttle drivers (especially Steve) were extremely nice. Shuttle doesn’t start until 8 and if you don’t get John at the front, prepare to be treated horribly for even asking. The resort did try to make everything right. This property manager was very nice to begin. Still working on some issues. So as long as there are no big issues in your stay, should be fine. My recommendation though: there are so many beautiful places to stay in Breck. This is probably not the best…

It was the perfect spot for our last minute, fall break getaway. The beds were great, kitchen and room overall was perfect for us. Clean and beautiful view. The resort was an added bonus…friendly staff, clean, and fun! It had everything we needed especially with our 5 and 7 year old. We can’t wait to book again!

My husband and I went to Breckinridge for a few days to celebrate my 70th birthday and had a blast. The property was an easy walk to downtown. So much to do, see, eat, drink, and hike. Wish we had had time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The condo was very nice, clean, and well stocked, with one exception. No cutting board but that wasn’t a big deal. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle was a nice bonus. We’ll definitely go back.

We were up at the Breck-Epic For the week, it was a perfect location for where we needed to be. Communication was easy. The host was prompt. The condo was clean and well appointed. We hope to come back next year!

This place was perfect for having some price abd quite in the mountains, but just a short walk to downtown Breckinridge for fun!

My 15 YO daughter and I spent two nights. We are Colorado natives, but first time to Breck. We had a great time. We were able to walk down to Main Street (the free bus and shuttle was an option, we just preferred to walk). The room was very clean, the beds were comfy (including the pull out). We had fun in the arcade, ate at the restaurant on premises once (it was good). We didn’t take advantage of the pool/hot tub areas, but they looked great. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well stocked - we wanted to experience the local cuisine, which was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in Breckinridge! The unit was very clean and in a great location. Our communication with Nick was very good and he kept us informed of an upcoming repair person that needed to make a minor repair.

Had a great experience!! Communication with Nick was top notch! Upon entering the condo, it was very clean and had a cozy feel to it. The beds were very comfortable and pretty much everything you need is already there! When we come back to the area, we will be staying here again.
