We had a wonderful time. My kids watch every single VHS tape in the children’s loft and loved the fact that they had their own kids room. There were board games galore and it was very close to the lake. The only issue was that there is no direct access from a “driveway” to the house. We had to carry coolers down multiple steps and a walkway to get into the house. The 2 lower rooms were extremely hot while the children’s loft was cold. We slept with windows open in the lower floors and my kids wore multiple layers to ensure they were warm at night. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Her house is fully stocked with absolutely everything from condiments and coffee to spare socks (you can’t wear shoes in the house) and pots and pans. Overall, we had an amazing time.

And they enjoyed the swing in the balcony. YeonJae was responsive and accommodating. Probably the best hostess I’ve had with rental homes. She clearly cared for her house and the enjoyment of her guests. The welcome basket with goodies was a warm gesture. I highly recommend this place and would love to return here in the summer.

First of all, this place far exceeded my expectations. 1) Check-in Process YeonJae was wonderful in explaining the check in process. Everything is so organized that there was no confusion during the entire stay. 2) Actual House The pictures don't do the place justice. Everything was clean and new. The beds were comfortable and extra blankets were provided if needed. The bathrooms had everything you would need from extra towels to lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen was well stocked if all you'll need while you stay there (just bring the food). 3) Nature The views are everything in this house! The balcony was amazing to just sit and relax. The swing was a plus. There is a trail right behind the house that is nice for short walks. The lake is also a short drive away. Overall, this was our favorite part of the house. We will definitely be back here for a longer stay. We loved staying at YeonJae's place and loved how organized everything was to make our stay great.

We had a great stay. The host had so many additional unexpected surprises. The property is so clean and well thought out. Stocked kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable bedding. Well labelled instructions and easy check in and check out directions. We are a family of 6 and we had so much space with the layout. The swing in so relaxing. Well located property close to the Village and Blue Jay. Easy access to the hiking trail.

Property was beyond awesome. Home was clean, cozy, and really well put together. Instructions on the do’s and don’ts of the house were easily understandable and easily accessible. Check in and out was very easy. The owner called before our check in and gave me a thorough walk thru. The owners left the cutest basket on the table with goodies; kindest owners we’ve ever rented from. We will definitely be back.

My family had a lovely time at the cabin. It was clean, attractively decorated, and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the swing on the back porch, with a view of the forest. The cabin gave us a quiet retreat, but we were also close to other activities. We were just minutes away from the local market at Lake Arrowhead Village. The cabin comes with a lake pass, so we enjoyed a time at the lake. We also hiked on nearby trails. The owners were very helpful when we needed any help. It was a restful, fun, and memorable trip, and we would recommend this cabin.

This place was amazing. It is clean/new, well organize, cozy, and the owner is very thoughtful. She took care of the smallest details. Our girls loved the kids room in the loft, and queen beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything and all the dishes were very good quality, as everything else in the house. Great neighborhood, we enjoyed our trail walk around the lake. Special thanks for replying super fast to all our messages and being so flexible. We are looking forward to come in the summer, great veranda with tables, bbq.

What a wonderful retreat for our young family. Plenty of space to roam, away from the main road, and lots of games and activities including a fire station nearby. Bedrooms on each of the three floors, so plenty of built-in privacy as well.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. All the appliances and mechanical components of the house were in good working order. The house was very clean and orderly. Light switches and such were all clearly labeled. Although the kitchen is compact, it is very well equipped with knives, tools, and tableware. The neighborhood was very quiet and located within an easy walk to the lake. The beds were comfortable, linens/towels were newer, the home was decorated in a homey and comfortable fashion. My girlfriend noted that very soft toilet paper is provided. LoL A happy girlfriend is enough reason to consider renting this home again!!!

A clean, cozy cabin that was so well stocked and organized, it is clear these thoughtful owners value both their home and their guests. The deck is lovely with a gorgeous, peaceful view which made a wonderful spot to have dinner and morning coffee. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need for cooking and dining. I have stayed in different cabins over the years and there is not one thing I could suggest to improve this wonderful place. We kept busy on Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory but wished we had more time in the cabin! We would love to return here. Next time for more than 3 days!

We truely enjoyed our stay at Beary Cozy Cottage! The home was well eqiuipped with everything you could need when you’re away from home- plush blankets in every room, as well as extras, and towels, and a wonderful welcome basket. I loved the soap dispensers in the showers! Plenty of boards games for the kids! The home allows you to sit back and enjoy the tranquility and quietness you long for away from the city. We will definitely rebook on our next trip. YeonJae was very attentive and quick to get a hold of!

This is a peaceful home with a wonderful view. We rented it for a weekend getaway before returning to school. The kids had such a great time hiking, fishing, and relaxing. It was plenty of space for 7 of us and we can't wait to return.

Loved the serene setting and double balconies surrounded by pines. Great layout of bedrooms! Plush bedding, plenty of towels, even cotton balls, Q-tips and hand lotion provided. We LOVED the generous welcome basket the owners provided. This cabin is set up for relaxation and no worries!

What a pleasure was our stay. We made it there in the middle of the storm and YeonJae was always concern about our safety. We are a family of 8 people and maximize the use of the cabin, however we were all comfortable and slept great. The accommodations are so well arranged that we were able to stay comfortably, the kids had their own room!! The attention to detail and the cleanliness makes your stay so comfortable. We are definitely coming back in the summer! The creek behind place is unbelievable. We loved the welcome basket and my birthday card!

This is a wonderful vacation rental! The house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with whatever you could need (blankets, flashlights, cooking supplies, slippers, baby gate etc). YeonJae has put much thought and care into this house, was easy to be in contact with and even left a wonderful gift basket. We were lucky enough to have lots of snow which made for a wonderful family weekend away. The back service road provided a safe play area for our kids and amazing sled run! We will definitely be back!

A true "home away from home". Everything you could/would possibly need was thought of, and provided. We have never felt so welcomed and at home in a rental before. You won't regret it...it is a place where lovely memories will be made. :)
