Lovely condo overlooking the ocean! The pelicans fly right by the deck! Everything is provided. The owner is delightful and the agents at Bullard Realty across the street are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Could spend all day on the balcony. Great space for the family and definitely would go back if we could.

We spent 4 nights at the condo over the Thanksgiving holiday. Check in was easy. Although the building is older and showing its age, the condo itself is fantastic! End unit with lots of light and AWESOME views! Everything was clean and nicely decorated, great layout with plenty of room to spread out with our two teens. Easy private beach access. We loved sitting on the porch every morning and evening to watch the sun rise and set, and saw tons of pelicans, even some porpoises. The weather was unexpectedly sunny and warm, so we rented boogie boards and wet suits from Tony Silvagni’s surf shop and had a blast in the waves. Ordered take out dinner one night from the Tiki Grill and it was great. We would definitely return!

The place is exactly what you see! Beautiful view. We had a great time and made many great family memories. I can’t wait to come back when the weather is good (tropical storm hit us weather wise) there is so much to do!

Overall, it was a nice unit. The washer and dryer need replaced. The dishwasher only worked on quick wash.

This condo was a beautiful place to stay. It was roomy and tastefully decorated. The views out of the windows and off the deck were outstanding. The only problem we had was that some of the dishes were dirty which was easily fixed. I would recommend it highly.

Soon as we opened the front door.... we knew it was perfect!!! This was our first time trying out the Carolina beach area. Each year we try to check out a new place so we can scout areas for retirement too. If we could purchase a condo right now this one would be it!! Talk about ocean views...... from every room in the condo!! Everything looked updated,newer and clean! Beds were extremely comfortable as well. Indoor pool area was great and always clean. Overall we loved this area! The first two days it rained while we were there but even being inside with the kids for a while...... we could just sit for hours and zone out with the incredible views. Would totally recommend.

This is our third time at Pelican Watch and this was our third condo. It was the best so far. The space is modern/updated and clean. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, sofa and chairs. Lots of balcony chairs. And the view is amazing. This end unit has windows on the side which gives lots of natural light. We’ll be back.

An easy and great experience. 6th time staying at pelican watch. First time in this condo. The unit was clean and kept up. It was exactly as described. Would recommend and rent again.

First time using vrbo, everything was easy and I knew exactly what the condo was going to look like and be. The only thing would be easier was the payment plan. Down payment was easier. Splitting up the payments was not an easy process.

Perfect place to stay if your goal is the ocean, chillling and spending time with family😎� Fireworks on Thursday night can be viewed from the beach or balcony. Tiki bar within walking distance. All make for a perfect week.

This unit is maintained very well and beautifully decorated. We all slept very well in the comfy beds. Hearing the ocean as you fall asleep and wake up in the master bedroom was amazing. The view is gorgeous! We saw our first beach sunrise. Absolutely beautiful! It was very nice having the two pools available and of coarse the hot tub. Highly recommend this unit!

Our stay was wonderful. When looking for a place to stay, cleanliness is critical to me. This place is very clean, fresh, and new! The decor along with the overall presentation of the condo was very nice. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean is breath taking. The amenities within the rooms were extremely helpful to us- there were two beach chairs, there were cooking utensils from pots, pans, plates, etc. with a nice stove and oven to cook meals in the condo for nights we wanted to stay in. There are plenty of things to do near by... we went rented bikes, did an escape room, mini-golfed, shopped, and there were several of places to eat nearby as well. Walmart Supercenter was conveniently only 15 minutes away and there are plenty of shops directly on the island. Coming from someone who is skeptical about trying new places and looks at every single review before booking a place because I stress cleanliness and location so much, this place is a great pick and we will definitely be booking here again in the future! Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

This rental is more beautiful in person than in the photos. Very Clean along with the Building that the condo is part of. The beach is outside in the back of the condo building along with a pool. The pool area has recliner chairs. Very relaxing! This condo has everything you would need and want. Very roomy and nicely decorated and very organized. From the balcony you can view the sunrise and sunsets. There are comfortable seating throughout the entire place including the balcony. Bathrooms are very clean and neat and brand new. The walk-in shower in the master bedroom is awesome. The beds are very comfortable as well. We were sad to leave, because it's just that beautiful. The folks that helped us rent it were great too. Very fair in their pricing. Better than renting a hotel! This Condo is a perfect place to either relax or enjoy the town of Carolina Beach. But really, we spent our whole time at this place. I highly recommend it. I can't wait to go back !

The condo is on the 10th floor and an end unit with views from every bedroom! The unit itself was amazing! Very roomy and Clean! The 3rd bedroom was perfect for the kids, and the master room was perfect for us. We loved sitting out on the balcony and enjoyed the ocean. The beach was nice and quiet too, but also just a very short drive to the boardwalk and all the restaurants and activities in the heart of Carolina Beach! Restaurants, shopping, rides, mini golf and so much more!!! If we decide to go back to Carolina beach, we will definitely stay here! Thank you so much for the amazing vacation!

We stayed for 7 nights, but would have stayed forever! The dining room table with the beach view sat everyone. The indoor pool was awesome. Our 20-something kids LOVED the place. The kitchen has everything you need, including a stove (WHICH WE LOVED.) The place was better than we even expected from the pictures. The pool water was very warm too. Nothing to complain about! Loved it. Brand new furniture and all the beds were very comfortable too. We will definitely come back here for our next family reunion.

What a great place to spend Thanksgiving! The tastefully decorated condo and the seascape are like refreshment for your soul. I've never stayed at a vacation home where I actually enjoyed doing the dishes because the view from the kitchen was so spectacular!! (I highly recommend ordering Thanksgiving to go from a local grocery store!) The condo has all you need for a restful stay. It was quieter than I expected. We brought multi generations together and enjoyed our time here with all the amenities Pelican Watch has to offer, including the hot tub. Long walks on the beach AND hours spent doing homework with impressive views. You can see the ocean from all the rooms and bedrooms! We watched the Macy's parade on TV AND the dolphin parade outside. Dolphins! Whales! Pelicans! Oh my! There's plenty to do in Carolina Beach, but also you can venture out further. We enjoyed the Holiday Flotilla parade in Wrightsville Beach and dinner at Fish Bites in Carolina Beach. Luggage carts were readily available to help load and unload your luggage and groceries. Wish I had discovered this place years ago! Can't say enough about the views from an end unit on the 10th floor!! I doubt I'd want to rent any other locations here now that I know what this unit has to offer! The owner and the management company were both easy to get in touch with and quick to answer questions. We had MUCH to be thankful for this vacation. We will be back!!
