We really loved the location of this home. Everyone in our group had the best time. We were steps from restaurants and shops. The beds are comfortable and the decor is amazing. Loved the art. Kudos to the owners! Property management was all over the place about parking at the house, everyone had a different answer but it was no big deal, I parked where I wanted and had zero issues with security. We opted to rent chairs from cabana man because it was easy, and I highly recommend doing it. Had another great meal at cafe30a. My kids loved the food trucks. We visit the area often and staying at this house, the overall welcoming nature of the seaside community and homeowners collection staff has me sold on Seaside as opposed to other neighboring 30a towns. My child did loose his lovey at the house, we think it was in the sheets in the master bed, but it’s a big house so if anyone ever finds it please let the property manager know! It’s is currently still MIA.

We had a wonderful stay at Now & Then! The house was nicely kept, clean and welcoming. The management staff was attentive and helpful. Our only glitch was that we were told there was a grill at the house which was not the case. Unfortunately, we bought food to grill and weren’t able to. Overall, it was a nice place to stay!

Now & Then was the perfect cottage for our group! Everyone had plenty of space and we all slept comfortably! The staff at Homeowners was friendly, attentive, and professional. We had one little AC hiccup and it was quickly and efficiently fixed. I would definitely recommend this particular house if you have a large party or reaching out to Homeowners Collection to assist you in finding the perfect cottage!

Now & Then was the perfect house for our large group. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. We had 7 teenage boys with us and trust me they need their own space! We enjoyed the front porch in the evenings with a nice glass of wine. I would certainly recommend this property for those looking to be right in the middle of Seaside with a large group!

We had a great stay at Now & Then. The house itself is great and the location couldn't be better. The inside of the house could use some updating (older furniture and finishes), but no big complaints.One thing to note is that we tried to charge our golf cart over-night on the outdoor outlets, but all of them seemed to be duds. We had to run the extension cord indoors.Great value for the location. Very short walk to shopping, food and drinks.

Three couples and three kids, each with there own baths and great getaway spots with books, TV's and wifi in the house. Very nice property and convenient to everything in Seaside. Noise level is higher at this facility than others away from the city center, especially morning trash trucks. However, the home was in great shape, attractively styled, and great for a large family.

Wow! what a wonderful time we had together. 11 people gathering together to celebrate a 70th birthday. The house, Days Like This, is gorgeous. Such a beautiful house in a great location. We especially loved the tower and the view of Seaside plus the blessing of a full moon during our stay. the bedrooms are appointed with beautiful furniture and accessories. Homeowners collection did an excellent job of helping us and making our stay just perfect. Seaside is a delightful place to be for an excellent vacation.

Long weekend
This was a delightful property to enjoy a long weekend in. My only issue was that part of the lights in the eating area and ceiling fan in the main living area did not work. I was told when i checked in that it was a "known issue " and it would be fixed. I was called the next day and was told, due to covid, an electrician couldn't come out. I find that terribly interesting, since overall, most folks in seaside are not practicing wearing masks and social distancing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Now and Then in Seaside. The location was fabulous and very convenient to the restaurants and beach. We wish the house had two king beds, as we thought when we booked the house, but everyone adjusted. I would highly recommend this property!

Great 4th of July week in Seaside
We had a great 4th of July week in Seaside, and this property has a lot going for it.
Pros: location - right across the street from the town center and 5 minutes walk from the beach; size - six legitimate bedrooms and six baths, large common area
Cons: getting a bit worn with all the visitors; upper floors have poor air conditioning, so the room at the very top is unusable; not what I would call "super deluxe" accommodation (which it should be, given the price); quite limited amenities (limited soap and toilet paper, for example); price - we paid $11,000+ for the week, which was not a particularly good value

Beds are small and furniture is too dated.
This property Is squished between two streets of a very busy area behind the town center. No decent views from any of the floors except from the very top enclosed room. Anyone with a hint of claustrophobia should stay away. A few of the bathrooms are nice. The furniture is very dated and many of the furniture pieces and beds are super small. My normal sized teenage boys had no chance of sleeping in the beds no was there any space adequate to “hang out”. The furniture on the main level front porch to have splinters and it’s very old. I would not recommend this property.
