I have stayed at this rental numerous times over the last 3 years. Everytime, the property has been very clean, comfortable and full of ample cooking supplies. The owners are helpful and kind. They are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The location can't be beat for quick beach access, as well as a short drive to any other attractions. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Great apartment close to the beach and market. Plenty of nicely decorated space with fully stocked kitchen and terrific sunroom. Marsh provides a peaceful oasis. Excellent hosts. Always enjoy our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Joel and Jane’s place in Old Orchard Beach (Ocean Park). Check in was easy and Joel was there to give us a tour.
We stayed with family including my 18 month old granddaughter (there’s a booster seat we noted halfway thru our stay in the hall closet if needed - we brought our own).
The kitchen was well equipped for all our cooking needs (for coffee drinkers there is a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker) as we ended up cooking in all week. There are also several outdoor grills available to use as well.
We also loved having access to a washer/dryer, especially having a little one with us.
The location was perfect for us and only a short walk to the beach and about a mile to the pier.
My favorite spot was the front porch which is screened in so the mosquitoes can’t get me while my partner loved sitting outside by the marsh where there were several sitting areas.
We would definitely come back again next year if this place is available.

The property was amazing. We were greated by the owners, who provided information on food, lighthouses, the tides and provided a map of the area and how to get around. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The unit was very clean and looks even better in person. It is just a few short blocks to the beach which was great for morning and evening walks. Can't wait to come back!

The location is perfect as for the ocean; the appartment is cosy, enough to almost feel at home! Everything you need to cook, you have it. The owners are very nice people and if you need a place to relax and just enjoy some days near the ocean - this is the perfect place! Sylvie A. and Sylvie B.

The dining/living areas of the home were decorated beautifully and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses… The location was a short walk from the beach, and our hosts we’re extremely hospitable. We will definitely return next time we visit the area.

This apartment is absolutely wonderful for a close spot to the beach and center of Ocean Park. We’ve been coming to Ocean Park since I was a kid and this year was our first time at this idyllic spot. It’s spacious and incredibly comfortable for having family friends over as well. Joel is very responsive for anything you might need. The only challenge is for people coming from far away you will need to spend some money on laundry detergent and little kitchen amenities like salt, sugar, olive oil etc.
Overall could not have been more pleased with this sweet spot in Ocean Park. Hope to return next year.

We loved the property! Host was very helpful and it was so clean and well taken care of. Short walk to the beach and about a mile to the pier. The beach was beautiful and we loved having the reserve next to us with three turtles that visited daily!

One Mile Away from Beach
This Old Orchard Beach place was once a single home in an established neighborhood. It is now subdivided into 4 units. We stayed in the upper level suite. Two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and enclosed porch with two sofas to relax with morning coffee. We had a 4-night stay and ventured to the lighthouses in South Maine. Our hosts, Joel and Jane, are gracious and welcoming. We recommend a stay here.

A short walk from surf and sand - with a view of a lighthouse
So thoughtfully decorated and such a nicely appointed kitchen. Four of us stayed, cooked, and ate with ease. We played with the puzzles, read the books, and took the advice of the hosts about a drive to Grafton Notch State Park and Screw Auger Falls. A small marsh which backs up to the parking area was developing fall color when we arrived. We enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels at the feeders. Not very far from Amtrak if you are up for a day trip to Boston. The books included plenty of nature guides - birds, flowers, and national wildlife refuges. And the apartment is not that far from the Eastern Trail with nearby access to where that trail crosses Scarborough Marsh. Unlike the rocky shores just a few miles north, the beach -only two blocks away- was an expanse of lovely sand. The hosts were so helpful and thoughtful with restaurant, grocery, and fall foliage recommendations.

The rental was extremely clean. It was complete with comfortable furnishings, dishes, linens and towels. The outdoor space was beautiful. The marsh was perfect for wildlife viewing.. An overall great spot that was close to the ocean. but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the pier at Old Orchard Beach! Highly recommend this rental property!

Home away from home!
Joel was an amazing host! He keeps the property pristine! Very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I stayed with my children and parents and this by far is the best location if you are looking for a beach/ relaxing vacation. A two minute walk to the beach, 10/15 minute walk to the pier area. Local deli , pizza and ice cream right around the corner. Very convenient ! Joel and Jane have everything you need to enjoy your time. The kitchen is stocked with all dinnerware, pots pans etc. We will be back next year for sure!!

The unit was impeccably clean, with superior linens, a well-appointed kitchen and in-suite washer and dryer. We enjoyed super comfy couches and a screened-in porch to enjoy the birds and to catch the ocean breeze (there is a pull-out couch on the porch).
Jane and Josh Vincent have seen to everything and are very gracious hosts. A special bonus is the beautiful garden that they maintain along the marsh with grills and outdoor seating areas for all units.
We are planning for our return next year to this lovely vacation rental in the quiet and quaint Ocean Park.

Exceptional Rental!!
This was a wonderful place for us to stay. Joel was beyond accommodating and kind. The place has everything you need, even beach chairs! Short walk to the beach. We had two young kids and Joel was sweet to them (and understanding). You’ll definitely want to stash some of the breakables, but no problem. This was one of the nicest vacation rentals we’ve ever rented, definitely not a cheap flip or rundown rental. We felt “home” for the week. Thanks for a great stay!!
