3 families stayed for Thanksgiving. Had just about everything we could want/need! Quiet and peaceful, lots of room to spread out, yet space was cosy. Quick responses from owner. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

The house had amazing views of the lake and held our large group comfortably. Communication with Nancy was easy and prompt. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and baking items. Plenty of seating in the kitchen and living room areas for everyone to spread out.
The only drawback, that had nothing to do with Nancy, was the road leading to the house was rough and full of potholes. Hopefully it can be fixed soon!
We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

This beautiful property is nestled in a quiet area minutes from the marina. We enjoyed the house as well as the restful and relaxing surroundings. If you are ready to unplug and get away for a weekend - this is a great spot!

The lake view was great. The home was comfortable for our family of eleven. We thought the property needed to be cleaned out of clutter in garage and kitchen drawers. We were disappointed that the house listed with a gas grill but there was only a grill but no propane tank. There is not enough towels and wash cloths in the house to accommodate our group. We had to do laundry every day. We did not find the remote to the sleep number bed until our last night. It was tucked up under the bed and not visible. Therefore, the bed was super firm all week. Hopefully these suggestions will help improve the stay of future guests.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Three couples/best friends who travel annually. We were expecting Eureka Springs to be the destination…but the house/grounds/lake was the destination! What a glorious surprise!

Enjoy our stay there! I would rent again if I had a occasion in there area.
Two things:
the one room with two of the beds did not have heat and air, and was asked on paper in the house once we got there to keep to door shut so room could not get heat or air. We used the room, but first night it was a little warm, front moved in 2nd night and it was cooler so room was better to stay in. I was there mid April, if it was summer time, that room would not have been usable. That would have been an issues, but for me it wasn’t, as weather allowed.This was not told upfront, this should be on site.
The kitchen trash can was nasty!This was not because of my family, it was that way when we got there’s.I left the can without a trash bag hoping the cleaning company would see it and clean for next person

It's really a nice place for the stay for large group and have a great time together. The location of the place makes it an enjoyable time spent with friends and family.

My family and I wanted to do the Crescent hotel ghost tour and also go to downtown Eureka Springs. There were 12 of us. This house was so amazing. Absolutely beautiful and breath taking. The pictures on vrbo just don't do it justice. The house is so comfy like if you are at your own home. My parents did not want to leave. Lol. All the rooms had a lot of space. Tons of extra blankets and pillows. We loved how big the kitchen is and it had a table that we all could sit at to eat together. The weather was perfect fall weather. The lake views were so awesome. Communicating with the owner was so easy and quick. Like I would hit send on my phone and before I could sit my phone down she was already responding. Which was awesome. I have absolutely no complaints about this home. I cannot wait to come back and rent this property again. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your home. We will definitely be renting again!

Plenty of room to spread out for a large group. Nice kitchen and large table for big groups. Too bad there was only a single bench in which to enjoy the outdoors and beautiful views. Be certain to bring your paper goods because they mean it when they say they do not provide!

Amazing property! House is a little off the beaten path in a very quiet neighborhood. The views of the lake are absolutely beautiful. The house is stocked with everything you need and the check in/check out process was one of the easiest we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this location!!!

The property had huge dining and living room windows so we had beautiful views the whole stay. The place was spacious, 6 bedrooms with 4 king bedrooms and 2 rooms with 2 twin beds. Perfect for our group of 8 women. We also enjoyed the outdoor fireplace which allowed an evening outside bug free. Nice place!

We found the property clean, well equipped with just the right amount and variety of necessary kitchen gadgets and utensils and very nicely decorated. Creating a peaceful enjoyable get away for the 10 Ladies of our 70+ group.
The location was ideal for all things Eureka Springs.
Host was a available and accommodating for our directional challenges upon arrival.
This was the best experience we have had in 15 years of short get away trips

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed here. My teenage kids just love it. It’s perfectly quit and relaxing with shopping, art, restaurants, marina and beach near by. Beautiful view, the pictures don’t do it justice.

A large roomy place with plenty of space for everyone. We’ve stayed at many places around Beaver Lake and this has by far the best view. It was a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

Peace and Quiet
The property was perfect for our family. The large dining room table was great for us to all sit-down and enjoy our meals. The views were spectacular including the sunset. We were minutes away from Starky's Mariana which was convenient since we had a boat. Grat family getaway

50th Anniversary
We rented this house with our family to celebrate our 50th anniversary. It was great fun and the house was awesome. The views were unbelievable. Our host was a great person to work with. None of our group wanted to leave when our week was over.

Best Thanksgiving EVER!
We wanted to bring all the families together for Thanksgiving in a nice spacious location and could not have asked for anything better. The sheer size and perfect layout allowed us all to relax for 5 days and not have a care in the world! Hit up Small Business Saturday in Eureka and enjoyed quality family time we hadn’t had in a long time.

Gorgeous View and Wonderful Accommodations
The view of Beaver Lake from the two living areas is far more stunning than can be captured in photos. The house was very nicely furnished, spacious and well-maintained. Our whole group used superlatives to describe our experience here.

Beautiful Home, terrific vacation
Usually the pictures are much better than the actual place. Not so in this case. The pictures did not do the home and the view justice. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and the view was amazing. We hiked nearby on different trails every morning and rented a pontoon 5 minutes from the house at Starkey Marina. It was a vacation my family will always remember.

The view is to die for, its unstoppable! The home was exactly as represented. Sparky's Marina is close by to enjoy the lake, we had a wonderful time!
