Perfect location for skiing and lake activities (5 minutes to Wisp and right on the lake). Based on the photos, we were prepared for older furnishings, but many of the things looked even more worn in person (i.e., broken dining room chair, vertical blinds in master bedroom had broken slats that had clearly been tape repaired before), VCR tapes and old appliances. In addition, the front and back door knobs were very hard to operate which seems like a fire hazard. Kitchen items were a little sparse (i.e., not many dinner plates, and everything was mismatched...seems like someone went to a yard sale). Dishwasher was loud and the "icemaker" in the fridge is you. Overall, this house still worked well for us and met our expectations. I'm sharing many of these observations so people know what they are getting and plan accordingly. We really loved the location and neighborhood indoor pool....and the views and back deck (even though we were skiing, the weather was unusually warm, so we made good use of outdoor space). We would rent here again.
