Great location with easy access. Being on the fifth floor you have a great view and can park on the same level. Tons of space for six adults to stay comfortable. Host was very communicative.

This place was exactly as listed. Extremely roomy with beds for everyone. The resort was quiet although having construction in the parking garage. Beautiful views from the balcony on the beach. I definitely recommend staying here. Joe was so easy to work with and super friendly. Definitely going to try to stay with him again in the future!

Overall property was in a good location and was fine. One tv didn’t work in a guest room and the bathroom sink water could only be turned on to a trickle in the main condo

We are a group of neighbors in Virginia who regularly meet out in someone’s driveway for Happy Hour and/or after dinner. We decided we needed a field trip and decided on Myrtle Beach. We had 4 couples and this place looked like the perfect place - and it was! The 4 bedrooms and beds are great and the table fit all 8 of us and we enjoyed several meals together. The kitchen was pretty well equipped making eating in a nice option. We were lucky and had fabulous weather while we were there. The view from the balcony is amazing! Joseph (the owner) was very helpful and the folks at the front desk were very nice also! We enjoyed the beach and all of the facilities provided at The Grand Atlantic were as advertised and the water temperature in the lazy River and pools was perfect.
One of our group is already looking at renting this place for his family sometime soon and everyone in our group had good things to say about this VRBO and we would definitely rent it again!

First of all the communication with the owner was outstanding! My wife and I rented the same unit for a few days and then several of my friends came down for the back half of the trip. Clear communication.
Parking is fantastic. Right outside your floor. All the pools were open, clean and heated.
The bedrooms had the correct size beds as listed. The issues we had with the TV’s were resolved in less then an hour.
Only issue we had is the water pressure with any showers. Not sure if that’s a unit problem or the resort itself.

Bedrooms where much larger then we expected. Centrally located to tons of shops, restaurants, mini golf. Pools were a huge hit with the kids. Loved the communication with the owner as well. Would 100% stay here again.

Had a wonderful time. Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort is a great place to stay. Our condos were clean and spacious. Everything in working order. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a beautiful property with everything exactly as described. We enjoyed all aspects our stay. The pool area was a huge plus for our family. Parking is very convenient, and the entire building is well managed. Highly recommend this property!

We have stayed at Grand Atlantic several times and will return. We love the location and amenities the resort offers. Our condo was perfect being on the 5th floor right off the parking garage. The unit was close to the door so it made it easy carrying in our luggage and groceries. The condo owner, Joe, was very helpful and accommodating when we arrived earlier than check in time. I highly recommend renting this condo.

There was lots of room to fit our party of 8. We only had a few minor concerns, the chair in the living room was broke and leaning to the side, a chair on the balcony was broken, the toilet in the master bedroom ran nonstop, the shower ceiling in the other bedroom kept falling in pieces in the shower. The garage parking on the same floor was convenient, however most of the mirrors around the corner were pointed at the ceiling or ground so you could not see around the corners. For a trip in August the outdoor pool was freezing. Despite a few minor issues we would stay here again and recommend it.

Floors needs better cleaning, broken recliner chair in living room, loose faucet in master shower, ice machine makes about two cubes per hour!, no toaster, etc. Bit good sized rooms, beautiful view, nice balcony with great views, nice pools and hot tub. No grilling allowed.

Oceanfront views
This property fit our group of 10 perfectly. Parking was super convenient and no problems finding a spot. We spent a lot of time watching the views from the oceanfront balcony. The pools and hot tub were a great way to end a day on the sandy beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals easily. No complaints here!!!

First Successful Family Reunion
This was our first attempt to bring all our families together as one daughter lives in Wisconsin, one in Oregon; a son in Florida and a grandson in Texas. We had 11 family members aging from 12 to 66 and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The balconies were wonderful to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. The large kitchen made breakfast and dinners are joy and we especially loved the long dinning room table which hosted lots of meals and wonderful game nights. It was an awesome trip and we would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a wonderful place to enjoy.
