Check in was easy & we were able to check in early! The condo was not very clean it also smelled like wet dog, the cleaning crew did the bare minimum. The kitchen was equipped well. The stater pack was generic. We had to buy our own toilet paper, laundry pods & garbage bags. No beach towels was an issue and we had to do several loads of laundry to keep enough bath towels clean for 8 people all week. There was a beach wagon there but it was broken along with only 2 beach chairs that were tiny, only children could sit in them. No beach toys, we had to purchase things to take to the beach. The throw pillows on the couches are gross and stained. The master bedroom/ bathroom had some sort of leak there was water coming up through the flooring. I would not return or recommend this condo.

Condo was set up nicely and had the most comfortable beds I have ever had at Azure. Could use a couple of dressers, and a new coffee maker. 😊 We love ground floor and the four bedrooms and can’t wait to go back next year! ❤️❤️❤️

Location is perfect,If I were to make a recommendation,I would upgrade the kitchen utensils,like coffee cups from a church,,and the only plastic cups from like a 7 11..etc. But the location is 5 star

My father had deteriorated and had a stroke then almost died. Other family members really enjoyed the time and interaction.

This condo was AMAZING. We have 12 people and we had plenty of space and all able to be in the condo comfortably. The condo and property were clean and well taken care of. We had a issue with the stove and maintenance was there within a hour two tops. Kids are already asking to visiting again next summer! We have the BEST vacation and can’t wait to come back!

This condo was amazing! The location to the beach and parking garage was perfect. There were wonderful restaurants nearby. The host was incredibly responsive and the condo couldn’t have been any better for our group!! I would absolutely stay here again.

Easy check in and early at that.Back “porch” right off the pool!Great location for people with children.Toliet chain broke and repairman was there so quickly and he talked with us about things to do in the area.Super friendly and efficient!We will be back in 2024!!

The condo was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. There were 7 of us and we had enough room for our 1 week stay. Master bedroom mattress is very old & needs replacing. Notified property manager. All other beds were comfortable. Oven may need a new heating element and was also mentioned to the property manager to have looked at. Company is very easy to deal with. We had a great stay and are very thankful for the heated pool and hot tub since the weather was not so accommodating. Overall nice property with convenient parking and great beach access.

All 11 of us were able to stay in this condo! It was so nice to be on the ground floor with access to the hot tub and pool just right out the gulf side doors. Then just a few more feet on the other side of the pool, open a gate and you were at the beach and its beautiful water and white sugar sand . Security was great and at 10:00 PM, everyone was out of the pool and hot tub. So no noise issues . The convenience of having a top rated restaurant right across the road was pretty handy also.

Excellent location! Ground floor and Pool side is perfect for us with the grandkids. Love the short walk to the beach! Would definitely stay again!!

We loved the first floor unit because it had direct access to the pool and beach. The unit had a large pantry, nice size bathrooms and large capacity washer & dryer. The pools were large (but bath water warm) and the sand was cool. Ample parking too. However, three out of the four bedrooms did not have any drawer space and the bunk bed room had no closet either. The kitchen was small, no ice maker in the fridge, not enough sharp knives and cooking accessories. There was not enough living room seating. No DVD for the TV and some of the remotes were not working properly.

Great place. Finding luggage carts was the only problem to get checked into the room.

Great location. Loved the ground floor and proximity to pool and beach. The condo was nice however had not been cleaned very well, dust and sand were everywhere. Other than that we had a great stay.

Very nice rental! Ground floor directly in front of the pool made it so easy with our little ones and grandparents!

We can't say enough about the wonderful time we had at the Azure this winter. The condo was perfect and we couldn't have asked for better weather. This is our 7 th winter we have spent at the Azure and every year seems to be better than the last. Coastal Vibes was so easy to work with and the condo was top notch. We loved the location of this unit for easy access to the pool, hot tub, and beach. We have already booked this unit for next winter. I also recommended your units to other snowbirds and they booked for next winter. One is renting 218 and the other has 107 reserved. I am sure they will be as happy as we are with Coastal Vibe. Thank you so much for your hospitality and sharing the condo with us. In about 10 months we will get to share your condo again and we can't wait. Thanks again.

The property was beautiful and very kept. The condo was just as pictured. It worked well for our family of 12. The hot tub and heated pool were steps away. So there are people right outside your patio the whole time they are open. My children and my grandkids thought it was great but I would have preferred a couple of doors, either way, away from that . The only low rating I gave this place was for cleanliness. All the main things were clean; toilet, tub, beds, kitchen but it could use a deeper cleaning every so often. Baseboards dirty, corners filled with sand, wall decor needs dusted. If you look pass those sort of things you will enjoy your stay. The property is secure, family orientated, the pier is in walking distance and Stewby's across the street is a good place to eat. The ice cream shop across the street is also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect!!! Plenty of room With easy access. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend Christmas. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo 106 was a perfect fit for our family. It’s location was wonderful. We were in Ft. Walton for a granddaughters wedding so we had a lot of other family members in the same resort. Miss having an ice maker and water in fridge. The twin beds were uncomfortable. But over all a very nice experience.

The location was amazing. I mean, in-spite of the other issues, I would maybe consider staying here again just because we loved the proximity to the pool and beach. It is a great location. The size of the condo was great but we were really disappointed in how dirty it was. It was clear that it hadn’t had a good scrub down in a long time (base boards were really dusty and had lots of hairs, base of the toilet hadn’t been cleaned, sticky cupboards and drawers, some of the sheets hadn’t been changed, etc). I found a mop and some all purpose cleaner and spent a couple hours the first evening scrubbing things down so it felt live-able. They didn’t offer to reach out to housekeeping but never got back to me about how long that would be and it was apparent it wouldn’t be that evening and I just wasn’t really comfortable hanging out in the condo as dirty as it was. I know this is a tough time to find help and maybe they are short on housekeepers but I wish I would have known what I was getting myself into before I booked. They only provide 2 garbage bags, 2 paper towels, 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwashing tablets as well. I found that kind of stingy based on how much we were spending and how inconvenient it is to fly with those items.

I’ve stayed in this spot twice. The second visit not as great as the first. Very convenient to the beach, pools, restaurants… Plenty of cabinet necessities/dishes. Good space for a large family-we had 11. Oven and cook top doesn’t work well and no ice maker make cooking in the condo very difficult. Mattresses need replacing in main bedrooms. Made me feel like I didn’t get what I paid for this time around. Owner is easy to work with and I’m sure will get things fixed.

David was very helpful with all information regarding checkin and checkout. Process was easy. Payment options also easy. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed and taken care of. Communication with David was outstanding Would stay here again

106 was the best location! Easy access to pool, beach, parking garage! Everything was a breeze! Great for families with kids. Ice cream shop across the street was a huge hit. Walk to several great restaurants. Highly recommend Steweys. My only complaint and it has nothing to do with the condo or coastal vibes was the very strict pool rules. Thank you Coastal Vibes for an awesome beach location!

This unit is ground level, and conveniently located right in front of the pool and the beach. It was perfect for our four generation family.

Loved the location with several restaurants in walking distance. Close to Board Walk and Gulfarium. Not as crowded as Destin but can drive there in 15 minutes.

The location had something for everyone in the family. We were so close to the pool that it allowed our young one to nap while I could stay by the pool with the older kids. The quick walk over the bridge to the beach was perfect for those with little legs and we could enjoy fishing right from the shore in the morning.

We were finally able to take a trip with our family and this place made it so much more enjoyable. Loved the place and having direct access to the pools and beach by just walking out the first floor was such a bonus! I would recommend this beautiful location to others.

The back door walks straight out to the hot tub and pool, with the beach access right next to it. We loved the location and didn’t want to leave!

We had such a wonderful week as a family at 106. The location and proximity to the pool and beach was ideal with 3 children under the age of 5. The condo itself was very pretty inside and outside. Overall well kept! The property managers were very prompt with their responses and communicated throughly to make the entire vacation a breeze. My only negative was the hot tub right outside our unit. We tend to go to bed early with young children; so the use of the hot tub at night with the noise wasn’t always enjoyable. We are very thankful and blessed to have stayed at Azure 106!

Azure 106 is amazing and exactly as advertised. 1st floor access to pool is an awesome amenity. We will be back.

The place we stayed was lovely. Pool, hot tub right off our patio. Grocery store close and places to eat within walking distance. The sunsets were spectacular. Beach service a plus.
