This townhome was perfect for our family of 5. First, there's plenty of the essentials you'll use in the kitchen to all the living spaces you'll need. Host is fantastic and on the ball with communication. Hot tub on the patio is fantastic, internet connection is a breeze and has strong signal. The location of property is a stones throw from the "MARC" and we enjoyed the pool there as we stayed during some hot summer days. All in all don't hesitate to book this location, you'll be glad you did. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We had a great time staying at this perfect location in Park City. We are lucky enough to have great snow and commuting into the mountain with less than a 10 minute ride. Would recommend this property to anybody looking to say in or near Park City, it was perfect for us during our stay.

The property manager/owner was prompt with responses on issues we had. The house was well stocked with everything we needed but could use a deep cleaning.

Loved this cozy spot. The fire was a favorite for all. We enjoyed the hot tub. Loved all the games available to play. Living room remote was finicky. Lots of dishes and cooking items to utilize. Three full bathrooms, plenty of towels and blankets. The top room with the 4 bunks is a loft, so no door. Twin mattresses are getting a little worn. Plenty of guest parking, though would have loved to be able to utilize the garage. Great distance from main street. Saw a moose on the way to the condo, so cool! Would stay again.

We had a great stay in this condo during a holiday visit to Park City. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of town and just a short drive or bus ride to the mountain. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for a party of 8. The fireplace was very cozy and easy to operate and the living room was stocked with plenty of games for families to enjoy. There was also an ample supply of towels and blankets. The king beds were also super cozy with nice linens, a big plus! It was clear that the owners take pride in their property and supply everything guests need to to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you Michelle! Sidenote: If you are looking for dine at home options for large groups, we loved the family style take out meals from Fuegos and Windy Ridge Cafe!

Location is convenient to city bus shuttles. Owner was very responsive to emails, and flexible as well. Hot tub was nice to soak in after a long day on the slopes. Kitchen was well-equipped. Great stay!

When we arrived the house smelled like pet urine. We contacted the owner and she promptly sent over a carpet cleaning company. Unfortunately it didn't help much. The smell was overwhelming. The carpet needs replacing. We liked the location and the neighborhood. We have stayed in this community 3 years now. It will be lovely once the carpet is replaced and the house has a very good deep cleaning. The registers for the heat are caked with grime. Very reasonably priced.

Had a great stay at this condo with friends and family. The location is wonderful and made for an easy trip to the surrounding ski resorts. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and would definitely recommend.

Perfect spot for a group of friends visiting PC for skiing

The condo is in the heart of Park Meadows very near many Park City amenities such as The MARC, transportation, bike/walk trail to town.

We loved our time in this cozy townhouse. It had everything we needed to have a great ski trip. It was conveniently located, had great amenities, and room for everyone to relax.

This condo was a perfect location and brought the ambiance of a winter cabin. We especially loved the gas fireplace in the living room and the hot tub on the deck. Perfect size for a small group. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, utensils, and a variety of cookware--things that are especially important during a pandemic (limited open restaurants). Highly recommend!

The condo was very comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family of 9. The condo was well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub and the convenience of the shuttle. The dishwasher was suppose to be replaced while we were there. The owner notified us that it wasn't going to happen but she would refund us some money. I'm still waiting for the refund.

Condo is very nice. Actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. Three full showers is nice after a day on the slopes. Easy bus ride into Park City. Highly recommended.

Home comfortably sleeps 8+ people and is conveniently located on the shuttle route to Park City resort and downtown Park City. Amenities were great including parking garage and private hot tub.

Great space to just hang out, and close enough to the shuttle to get out and about. Loved that the bathrooms to beds ratio was good, the place can hold a lot of people! Plenty of room for dining and relaxing in the unit. Thanks!!

Had a fantastic time in Park City. The condo is really close to everything. The spring skiing this year was great.

Took shuttle to and from park city base. Stop very convenient, I thought we were actually closer than we were to base. In condo we could have used all lights working with light bulbs and extra tissue boxes. Otherwise we were well stocked. Everyone loved the hot tub! The outside temps were extremely cold and we all felt cold in condo was cold and drafty. It was a great family trip!

The house had all the essential items you would need and had plenty of room for two families to stay. The proximity to the shuttle bus was a big plus. You do not need a rental car. The house was also clean and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommended this property to anyone.

Nice place for two families. Plenty of space and conveniently close to everything. Loved the hot tub and the fireplace in the living room! No problems with our stay, although no paper goods were in the unit on arrival. Luckily, the grocery store nearby was open late.

Our family really enjoyed this rental in Park Meafows for our family get together --Birthday celebration. The condo offered everything you could possibly want or need . Convenience was key to all manner of activities. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit is updated and appointed very well with all the comforts of home, including the kitchen. We typically do not go out to eat much as we have children and we were able to cook meals easily. The listing was accurate regarding location and layout and included all the amenities we wanted. We especially enjoyed the private hot tub on the deck as well as the location to the slopes. The unit comfortably accommodated our family of 6 but has beds for 8. The owner was extremely responsive with our questions and requests. We will definitely try to rent this one again on our next visit to Park City.

We had a great time staying at this property! It was a super short drive to the mountains and main street, and even though it was a holiday weekend we found parking to be very easy, so didn't bother taking the bus. There is a garage and plenty of parking, and we were happy to be away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts. The condo is a good size, we were two couples and it was big enough so we felt like we were't on top of each other the whole time. It was nice to have our own bathrooms and king size beds. The kitchen has everything you need, so we stocked up on snacks and ended up staying in 2 out of 4 nights instead of going out to eat. The hot tub was great for 4 people to relax in after a day at the mountain, and it probably could have fit 6 people if needed. The deck also has chairs and a table to sit at and enjoy the afternoon sun. The back deck doesn't offer much privacy from the surrounding townhouses, but it didn't bother us. The only (small) complaint was that it felt like it was hard to get the place warm. They keep the heat at 65, and even after turning it up it felt like it was hard to get the downstairs warm, and it wasn't particularly cold outside. The bedrooms were fine, plenty of blankets, and they have 2 fireplaces, but with the downstairs being a gas fireplace, it felt like having the flu open was counter productive compared to what the fire could actually produce in terms of heat. Overall, it was convenient and clean and a great alternative to a hotel, we would stay here again.

This townhome was in an ideal location for skiing in Park City and Deer Valley. It was close to a grocery store, Park Avenue and Main Street. The unit was nicely updated. The kitchen was well-equipped with new appliances and had a big table for meals and games. The living room was spacious with enough seating and a warm gas fireplace. The bedrooms had comfortable beds. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing on the back patio. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is well-equipped with everything we needed for a fun family getaway. The townhouse was cozy and warm, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking easy meals and playing family games. While we usually drove to Park City Mountain, we also utilized the bus service, which was almost literally at our doorstep, to get to Deer Valley. The bus was timely and no hassle, and the route actually goes to Deer valley or Park City Mountain without having to change buses. The townhouse was also very conveniently located close to the Rec Center which my wife - a non-skier - used every day.

I have stayed at this unit numerous times, and have enjoyed the easy access to Main Street and the different Park City resorts. The unit is spacious, has all of the right appliances (recently updated since my last visit), and the living room is a great place to relax and wind down after a day of skiing, followed by a dip in the hot tub. The beds are comfortable, and the location is ideal. I highly recommend this unit.
