On arrival, the property was spotless. Everything you may need has been thought of and is available. The communication with Kelli, the property manager, was excellent. She met us at check in and answered all of our questions. She also made herself available if we needed anything during our stay. The backyard is like a resort, we spent most of our time there enjoying the pool and hot tub. Five stars across the board and will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it if you are coming to LHC.

Awesome stay in this beautifully decorated, comfortable home, inside and out! one of the cleanest homes I’ve rented. Kelli, the property manager was exceptional in professionalism and attention to needs. We ate meals out but everything one would have wanted in the way of pots, pans, appliances, grill, etc was there. Pool and spa was my favorite part…top notch patio, pool, landscaping and design and outdoor patio wall tv with stereo made it heavenly.

The property was clean, beautiful, had spices in the kitchen, but we loved the air fryer! Beach towels were nice, pool was warm and spa was heated. All questions were answered and easy checking and check out. We will be back!

This house offers comfortable entertainment areas and beds, with spacious rooms and a well stocked kitchen (appliances, dishes, food storage, bakeware, pota and pans, and utensils). Outdoor entertainment area was a hit with the kiddos and where they spent the majority of their time. The pool was the warmest we have had yet for October in Havasu and was enjoyed by all day and night. This house is a 10 out of 10 for location, amenities and cleanliness!

We have enjoyed traveling and staying in many VRBO homes over the years, but this property was truly exceptional. This trip/stay was a Wedding Anniversary getaway for us. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated and exquisitely furnished with everything necessary from kitchen, bath, entertainment, etc. Outside, the pool, spa, lighting, and ample seating areas have been so very well planned for comfort. Watching sunsets light up the sky over Lake Havasu couldn’t be better to ease into the evening. Kelli, our host, met us at the property upon arrival and gave us a welcoming tour to point out all of the home features and supplies… thank you so very much Kelli for being a really great host! We couldn’t be happier with finding this property and our stay.

This home was the nicest home I have ever rented through VRBO in Lake Havasu and I hope to make it our go to rental every time! The outdoor area/pool/spa/BBQ all clean and user friendly! Loved the layout of the home, and stocked with everything you could possibly want! The location too was ideal! Four of my girlfriends and I celebrated a 65th birthday trip to Lake Havasu City, AZ. The property was awesome and the amenities of this home were outstanding. We had the pool heated and spent a great deal of time enjoying the pool and spa, taking a break from the midwest cool spring weather. Kelli, the manager, was most accommodating. She met us at the property promptly on our arrival, showed us around the home, and explained in detail how to turn on the spa, the t.v.s and what was expected when checking out of the property. Kelli also provided us tips on dining, grocery shopping and events taking place in Lake Havasu during our stay. You could tell the owners of this property took pride in their home with all of the extra touches they included. I would not hesitate to rent this property again or any other property managed by Kelli.

We had an amazing time at the property. Awesome little weekend getaway for my family. We definitely will come back. This property never disappoint. Awesome back yard for family to just enjoy each other. Thank you Kelli for welcoming us with open arms at the property.

This was a much needed getaway, and this house made it an awesome experience. It was clean, beautifully decorated. This kitchen - dishes, pans and appliances were like new. (that's important to me) The backyard what an oasis. Kelli was informative regarding the property and very friendly. Needless to say - we all relaxed and enjoyed being at this home. 5+ stars. - thank you

The property was clean and was set at a cool temperature ! All the furnishing were definitely higher end… It had all the essentials… close to town !

This house is a great property to rent in your looking to relax or be on the lake. It's the best of both worlds when you have a pool right in the backyard. Upon check in Kelli the property manager gave us a very good run down of how everything works. Plus the house had a fully stocked kitchen. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer for the pool/lake towels. Another bonus was the huge driveway. Plenty of parking for cars and boats. Thanks again Kelli for a wonderful stay.

We stayed here with another family and it was perfect! The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house so it’s perfect for having some privacy and noise separation with kiddos. Living spaces are large and open so it’s great for hanging out and kids playing. The pool is excellent, having some shade was perfect for our group. Perfect house for families!

My second stay there and I can't wait to go back. Our kids loved the pool so much the first time that I decided to do a girls weekend at the same property. The manager was very helpful and promptly responded when I messaged her during the trip. The location totally puts this place over the top. Close to London Bridge , shopping and boat rentals...... SEE YOU NEXT YEAR HAVASU!!!!!

We take a family vacation every summer to Lake Havasu and stay for a week. We chose this house this time and we loved it. we have a large family (5 kids and us two) plus we had a friend and her kids come out and there was plenty of room. the home is beautiful and plenty of kitchen supplies, bathroom towels, pool towels, and entertainment. The pool is beautiful and so clean. we are definitely staying at this house again.

This was a great choice for us. The communication with the property manager was easy. The pictures really do not do the property justice. It is well furnished and stocked with all necessities for a stay, be it short or long term. The home is very close to the lake and you can actually view the lake from the backyard. The place was spotless. Beds were comfortable. AC blew cold and location was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. House was good size and provided plenty of room and space for us and our adult children and their significant others. House has a nice view of the lake from the backyard so we could easily see lake conditions and know if it was a good time to go out. The backyard is a real oasis with several levels and shade structures built right into the pool. Kelli was a great host and made sure we had whatever we needed. Would highly recommend this house for a nice long weekend.

Having stayed at several VRBO's in Lake Havasu City, this surpassed our expectations. Few have lived up to the pictures or description shown. This home is the REAL DEAL. Pictures matched completely. The living area is nicely decorated. Beautiful, comfortable bedrooms. Amazing master bedroom and master bath area. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to make cooking a snap. And details down to light switches labeled so you know what controls what easily. Kelli was supper attentive and even came by as we arrived to walk us through everything including how to run the spa. FIVE STARS all the way!

Kelli the property manger was awesome! She promptly met us at the property and gave us a quick tour and explained the spa controls. There was an abundance of pool toys/floaties waiting for us in the garage. The location gives close easy access to the London Bridge and several restuarants. Definitely will rent again!
