An amazing house in the perfect location in the best little beach town in Michigan. Clean, well stocked, just steps from the beach and great downtown. My family and I wanted to come back as soon as we left.

Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. Loved the top deck and the proximity to everything. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The house was lovely, immaculately clean, and so well appointed. Kathleen was extremely helpful as we had a last minute need to be in the Frankfort area. Our family appreciated the layout of the home as some needed to work remotely requiring privacy. The location of the neighborhood was relaxing and welcoming, This was an unexpected gem that we plan to return to soon. If you're fortunate enough to find availability at this outstanding property, grab that reservation!

The historic house proved perfect for our group with two young kids along with other visiting adults. Our family of 4 slept on the first floor unit, which could hold more if needed or if more adults were there. Our guests stayed in the upstairs unit, but the first floor hosted all the meals etc. The owners had many attention to details, such as preparation for nighttime electronic charging, night lights, and mirrors in the rooms for our ladies who valued them. We sat on the spacious porch each night and enjoyed very much. Location was a quick walk to the beach or town, and enjoyable for all.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. My family of 4, my brother’s family of 5, and our 2 parents all loved it. We all had our own space and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We LOVED how short the walk was to the beach. We could hear the waves from the porch. We cooked out and ate dinner on the upper deck. From the house we went up to Pierce Stocking Drive and on our way home we did Mac Dune Rides. It was a perfect trip at a cute cottage home.

The home is spotless, hosts have many thoughtful touches throughout. And, Frankfort beach is great for families and people with disabilities - there is a wide sidewalk all the way down to the water with park benches all along. The Lake Michigan sunsets were stunning!

The house was very well kept and the owners described the accurately. My family had a great time and worked love to return. It's one of the better places I've stayed on vacation.

Can’t not say enough about Kathy and her property. So kind, Flexible, and so so easy to work with. The house was adorable and the perfect spot for our family on our wedding weekend. Thank you again so much for everything!!

We had a wonderful time. Beach and restaurants are in walking distance. Place was clean and had plenty of room. We had 8 people and never felt like we didn’t have enough room. Top deck for drinks before dinner and front porch for coffee in the morning. Highly recommended!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Breeze Cottage. We had plenty of room and loved the upstairs patio which we used for a group yoga session. The location is perfect and easy to walk to the beach and town. Kathy was an excellent communicator and easy to work with. We would highly recommend!

Great stay, comfortable home. Four stars vs five: only criticism is bringing our own towels, sheets and pillow cases for 10 people was a total pain. Host suggested to ship back and forth, which wasn’t feasible or cost-effective. Suggest providing these for guests and adjust charges as necessary.

Walking with coffee to the lake in the morning and perhaps a cocktailAt sunset made it really sweet. Well equipped kitchen and a new bath and bedroom downstairs was very nice.

Our whole family had a great time. Enjoyed walking to the beach, and when the fog rolled in for most of one day it was an amazing sight and experience for us all.

Our family of 6 had a great time staying at Beach Breeze. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The beach was the best we have been to yet. The location is great for going into town as well. We walked each morning into town for coffee. I am a runner and loved having the Betsie valley trail nearby to run on. we ate at several places in town and found the restaurants and shopping enjoyable. Storm cloud brewing was a favorite. If you do stay here be advised there is no driveway and on street parking only. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and had to park a short distance away as the home sits on a street popular for day use beach parking. By late afternoon each day though most vehicles cleared out and parking in front was no problem. For the most part we walked everywhere and this was not an issue for us but good to know if you are pulling a boat or other trailer. Overall our experience was great here and would recommend the Beach Breeze as a vacation rental.
