Modern, clean, spacious- good location.
There were 13 of us-plenty of room for all. We had our elderly parents with us and they navigated the 1st floor easily. They used the side door to go to the pool area independently.
We rented bikes for the week- the bike trail is very close by. Pool was wonderful- plenty of outdoor seating. Outdoor corn hole and axe throwing. Indoor ping pong, foosball and arcade game with LOTS of games.
Remax was very responsive when I called- the trash was missed ( service never took cans out for pick up). 1 call and it was handled. This home is within walking distance of many area attractions.

This was our 2nd stay at this awesome beach house. It is perfect for our group of 13. The front porch and pool are great amenities. The home is also very spacious and is in a great location. Its a short 1 mile walk to the beach. We'll likely be back again!!

We loved the house and how it was freshly updated. There was lots of room for us all to spread out and yet feel like we were spending time together. We appreciated how it was over stocked with necessities in the kitchen as well.

My 4 sisters & I stayed here for the weekend and we absolutely loved the house! It was clean & spacious. It is located within walking distance to Rehoboth Beach boardwalk & shopping! We definitely want to make this an annual trip!!

Overall a great place to stay!! A few minor electrical issues that weren’t able to be fixed at the time of the stay, but we were able to work around if. The place is beautiful and has so much room!

My family and I have been renting properties in Rehoboth/Bethany beach for the past 5 years and we usually like to switch up the properties we rent. This property by far has been the worst and the worst advertised. We were 9 people in total and when we hung out upstairs we were on top of each other. We could not hang out downstairs because of the intense mildew smell and the backed up sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The other down side to this property is there is no direct out to the pool. You have to go out the front door and walk around to the back. This was not acceptable for my elderly parents. The AC never properly worked, one night the thermostat hit 80. The upstairs fridge never kept anything cold and the freezer kept opening every time you opened the fridge and things melted. For the amount of money spent on this property, you would have expected 5 star all the way. Overall, this property is not worth the price and I am still waiting for someone to exactly tell me what episode of HGTV beach makeover this house was on!!! We will not rent this property again.

Great house. Fully stocked and then some. Once a year our family gets together here in Rehoboth and this is by far our favorite. Easy commute to beach. Hope to be back next year and many years to come.

A group of friends getting together for a weekend of relaxation, shopping, eating, fun and games. The house had plenty of space where you didn’t feel on top of each other. The backyard is a nice touch with the pool. I wish it was better weather to enjoy the pool.

Well equipped and situated
My family and I were very impressed with the house and amenities during our recent stay. The home is unassuming from the front but is very spacious, well appointed and brimming with family friendly games and activities. We were weary of the location (across from a gun shop) but ended up really appreciating it's proximity to art fairs and the bus to the boardwalk. The house was also really close to 227 Rent where we were able to rent a baby crib.
My family chooses a different house every year. We've stayed in the Hamptons and Cape Cod but felt that this was the best house and location thus far, especially for families with young kids. I highly recommend hitting up the Big Chill Beach Club and Crooked Hammock Brewery if you're looking for a place to relax with a drink while the kiddos play.

Perfect!
The ONLY thing this property lacks is a view, and you know that going in. The home was spacious, spotlessly clean, and easily accessible to everywhere. We were a large group of 17 (including a baby). Every possible amenity is available! The pool is absolutely fantastic! The kitchen is FULLY stocked, and we have rented many places, many times. The home NEVER felt crowded, and showering or privacy were never an issue. It is truly deceptive how large this property really is! We would absolutely return to this rental. The only caution I would provide is the access to the lower level, where you initially enter, is not handicap friendly. The outside stairs are steep, as are the internal stairs. Was never an issue for our particular group, and we had a person that had a knee replacement 4 weeks ago. The ground floor level is only 5 steps into the home, and everything is available on the ground floor. Truly terrific vacation!

Updated and Clean - Great for Families
This house looks like it was newly remodeled. It did not look like a normal rental with wear and tear. Everything was clean and the house had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and so was the enclosed back yard - perfect for kids. There was a brewery and food truck across the street along with a creative market space and farmer's market. It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach but only 7-10 min walk to restaurants, coffee, bakeries, etc. Bike path runs along the road so there's plenty of room to walk and enjoy the area. We'd definitely return.

Family friendly house
Wonderful house in a safe, quiet, walkable neighborhood. We had a great time with our family with multiple little kiddos running around. Plenty of space for everyone. Two kitchens and two large fridges and stocked with a lot of cooking tools. The heated pool was also great for the cooler days.
Playground is a easy 12 minute walk too!
The downstairs did get a little humid compared to the main floor - which was very cool when the AC was on. We opted to bring our own sheets and towels based on reviews that the rented linens were not great.
Overall this was a perfect house for our group!

Perfect Thanksgiving
16 of us gathered for Thanksgiving and it was awesome. There was plenty of space… And we were amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked with even containers for leftovers. The only thing missing was soup ladles. We had a great time playing games, watching sports, and doing a lot of laughing and eating and game playing. The beach was walkable but generally we drove down. The only complaint has nothing to do with the house… Just know that if you use the concierge service for linens and towels that the towels are incredibly thin and scratchy and that you need to order early or they up charge you. . But the house itself is amazing. And Remax was responsive to any issues.

Great Long Weekend at the Beach
My family and I really enjoyed our stay the house. We had 8 adults and 2 children under 2. We loved that everyone had their own room, there was even a walk-in closet that we used as my son's 'nursery' :) The location was great, a quick drive to the beach or about a mile walk. We did walk down to the playground by the visitor center and that was a nice walk. Cute brewery just across the street. Very quiet area. The only issue we had was the amount of bugs in the backyard made it hard to use, but that's more just the time of year and the amount of rain we've had lately. The house itself was great, basements stairs are a little steep for little kids, but keeping the door closed eliminated that worry. Would go back again!

Amazing house in perfect location.
This house was fantastic. It was 100% accurate with the site photos. Great location to be at the very end of US1 with easy access to Rehoboth Beach. Beds were very comfortable, with ceiling fans everywhere. We loved the gaming tables and ample seating to dine together while having plenty of room to not be on top of each other. We will definitely be a return renter.

Wonderful Family Vacation!
We loved the property from the moment we pulled up! Well decorated, spacious, and plenty of amenities! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and bake. We found plenty of books and games for entertainment. Extra throw blankets to snuggle up on the couch. We spent a lot of time on the porch and appreciated the privacy shades and the backyard was wonderful for the kids (ages 4 and 6) to run around. We found the location great for our needs. Easy to walk or bike to the park and into town but also close to Route 1 which we liked because we like to go to the bay in Lewes. Overall a wonderful family vacation!

Awesome house
This house was everything we needed for our 10 person family vacation. There was plenty of room and the house was located a short bike ride to the boardwalk. Plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. The house had all the amenities you could ask for. Pots/pans and all kitchen utensils were in great shape. The ping pong and foosball tables were a great entertainment option. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautifully and functionally decorated! Kitchen had everything you need. Odd neighbors
The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was more than fully functional and the extra refrigerator was a bonus in the basement. Lots of good spaces for the bedrooms and sleeping arrangements. Great yard to hang in! The only disappointments were the odd neighbor next-door that was out in the middle of the night either walking around or digging or making noises. Otherwise, it was a great stay and a great location for our wedding weekend!

Excellent house!
This was a great house within walking distance to brewery and beach! We were able to comfortably sleep 10 people with no issues. The screened in porch and yard were perfect for dining and entertainment. There was nice brewery across the street. Only a short walk to the beach and the shops. I would absolutely reserve this house again.
