We had a wonderful time. The house is very clean and big!! It’s only a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. It really is a nice place if you have a big family.

Conveniently located, great space for a large group. Very clean and well-stocked, and communication with the owner was easy and pleasant.

The property was perfect, and as advertised, comfortably accommodated our extended family. It was all that we could ask for to enjoy a week at the beach.

We love this beach house! Plenty of room for the entire family, location is perfect, and our hosts were awesome. Hoping to return again next year!

We were very comfortable with a large group of 12 and couldn’t be happier about the location—walking distance to boardwalk, beach and restaurants. Everything was great! Sincerely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We were coming downing for a cheer competition and needed a place big enough for a few moms and daughters. There ended up being a total of 12 of us and the house was plenty big enough. It was about two blocks from the boardwalk/convention center which meant we could walk up and didn't have to pay to park. Great stay!!!

This was perfect location to the beach and convention center! The place was clean and had enough space for all 12 of us!

If you have a big family this is a great place! Very clean and roomy! And only a short walk to the beach!! We had a great time!

A lot of versatility. Places for the kids to be alone together. Places for the adults to be together. The biggest sofa I have ever seen in the great room where we could all hang out together. A great weekend.

We had a great time!!! Clean, well maintained and centrally located. Two and a half blocks from the convention center and boardwalk. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Well stocked if you’re eating in. Would def recommend.

The house was the perfect place for our family vacation. It was clean, orderly and child friendly. It was perfectly decorated to make you feel at home without a lot of knickknacks laying around that would make you worried a small child could break something. There was plenty of room for our party of 9 adults and 3 small children. The bedrooms were roomy and had plenty of storage. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. The garage was a tight squeeze for a mid-sized vehicle and getting the garbage to the curb wss a bit of a process with a vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway, but only a minor inconvenience, and no fault of the owners, as the property itself does not leave any other options. Street parking can be tricky, but if you are a frequent Wildwood visitor, this should come as no surprise. The Pool was clean and well maintained. Although small, it was never crowded, the perfect sized to relax and play with some pool toys and the kids loved it! Karolyn was extremely quick to respond to all inquiries. I would highly recommend staying here.

My family stayed for 3 days in this lovely 4 story home just minutes from the boardwalk! It had all of the accommodations and all the kids really enjoyed having their own space on the 4th floor! Super clean, comfortable, and close to everything we needed during our stay. Karolyn was so great to speak with and responded very quickly with any questions I had!! Would love to stay again next year!!!😊

This is is our second stay at this property and we plan to stay here again. It is will stocked in the kitchen and has plenty of space for everyone to sleep, spread out, or be together. I personally think it is in an ideal spot in Wildwood. Just a couple blocks from the beach and close to the boardwalk. There are also several restaurant options within a block. Our family also loves using the condo pool. The only thing I wish is that they would bring back towels and linens. It seems like most other properties in the area do provide these (that I have seen). We have also stayed in plenty of places that have pack and plays. We have ten people in the house, four of us traveling from almost 20 hours away, so bringing blankets, sheets, towels, pack and play, etc. can be a pretty big inconvenience. If it weren’t for that it’d be a perfect stay, but obviously we still like it since we’ve stayed there twice.

Me and my family loved this home very spacious we were a group of 9 and everyone was comfortable for the 1 night we stayed , there was a hiccup with check in as the wrong code was given but I called the owner and gained accessed and they fixed the problem right away my son especially loved the community pool which was quite small but perfect for him ( he’s only 4) and the proximity to the beach was perfect for an evening stroll overall we enjoyed our time with each other in this home perfect for a weekend getaway hope to visit again

Karolyn and Erik’s home is so cozy, we really felt at home. As mentioned to Karolyn previously, family is thinking of renting yearly for our getaways! They’re great hosts.. always checks in if everything is going great with our stay or if we need anything. Will rent here again definitely!
