We had a wonderful stay! The house is cozy but had plenty of space for two families (4 adults, 3 small kids). The beach shed was an absolute godsend for us and meant we didn’t have to lug beach chairs and wagons from home. The house also has games and other amenities perfect for small kids. We enjoyed dinners at the spacious dining room table and drink on the deck when the kiddos went to bed. The walk to the beach is quick and easy and the house is located in right near a fantastic playground. It was a week to remember!

My family had the most amazing time staying in this house. Everything was extremely clean and ready to go and the hosts left us a present. The location is absolutely perfect as it's only 2 1/2 blocks from the beach (key for little children) and is in walking distance of several shops, a bakery, etc. There were tons of beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. in the shed with wagon to pull it and the outdoor shower and clothes line were an essential addition. The house was perfect with 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs), giving a great separation of space. We loved the kitchen with the dining nook and the big dining room table. The living room was super comfortable with big, overstuffed couches and the 3 bathrooms were great, so we could let the kids have their own. Everything was clean and perfect and they even left kayaks for us to use, even though we never got the chance. I love not being next to the boardwalk since it's quieter, but close enough to enjoy some evenings there. Perfect rental!

Our 2’nd year here for a family vacation. House is immaculate & walking distance to beach. Enough bedrooms & bathrooms for all. And.....no shared walls with other people.

This was one of 3 places that we rented for a family vacation. We used it as the main house, where we gathered for meals. Plenty of room, nice kitchen with lots of dishes and silverware. Two bedrooms on the first floor, which was great for the two family members who have trouble with steps. Close to Dot's Pastry, the beach, playgrounds. Lots of boogie boards, beach chairs, beach cart, and other beach items which we appreciated. Love the feeling of family and safety with children at this location. The owners were kind enough to let us in early, and even left us a gift.

Accomodated 6 adults & 1 toddler very well. Owners very thoughtfully left a "welcome" bag. The house very clean; all rooms had TV...there is a park for the children a few doors away & a larger one a few blocks away. Highly recommend this beach house. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & sad to leave.

The bedrooms were a great size, my granddaughter loved the bunkbeds. All of the bathrooms were just lovely and everything was well appointed. I loved the updated kitchen and spacious living room. Up on 28th street was a great old fashioned family restaurant/ice cream store that has wonderful food. A short walk to the beach and great parking behind the house. Forgot to mention a new playground two houses away and a firehouse with kid friendly firemen. And no, you don't hear sirens all day and night... :)The owners were lovely to work with and easy to get a hold of if needed.Ocean City is such a family oriented place to spend a vacation with young children. The boardwalk is the best.I wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again.

I had never been to Ocean City before even though I have lived in NJ my whole life. I wasnt sure what to expect and can say that this home and the overall town exceeded my expectations! The cottage is beautifully appointed and extrememly neat and clean. The set up of the house worked so well for my family. With 4 kids under 4 in the house we quickly realized that with the amount of noise they produced, having a single family home was the way to go. The house is convientely located about 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and was a quick and easy walk. The boardwalk was a little farther than we thought, so we drove there at night which was not at all a problem (there is also a trolly stop right up the street to get there). The outside shower was such a plus, i dont think we ever took inside showers, we just all lined up and waited outside! The playground is literally right next store and was a great way to occupy the kids while everyone was getting ready. Overall I was extremely pleased with this home and hope to make it a yearly tradition. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and everything was a very smooth process.

This charming single unit home makes a perfect backdrop for a family beach vacation. The owners are a dream to deal with, and the property listing and pictures are accurate. This is a clean and well maintained home, located just a couple of short blocks from the beach. There are plenty of little neighborhood gems within walking distance too, from a great little playground a few doors down to Dot's Pastry Shop a couple of blocks away, and be sure to enjoy a take out meal from Piccini's. Overall, a winner of a home in a classic NJ family beach town.

This house was very clean and in great proximity to the beach. Owner is very meticulous about the property and has added alot of nice touches, including docking stations for iPhones in some rooms. Owner was responsive to all our concerns and questions. The house was further to the boardwalk that we had thought, required a car drive. Not too much in the way of restaurants on the immediate area, but there is some stuff within walking distance. Overall a fantastic stay in Ocean City!

We recently stayed here with five adults (all of whom are 5'11 or taller) and two kids under two and we had more than enough space. The house was so clean and decorated with modern touches that it really felt like a home away from home for the week. With the updated, modern kitchen we gladly stayed home to eat with the kids. The flatscreen tvs in each room and wi-fi were definitely a great bonus. Having a playground at the end of the block made it so easy to occupy the kids while we got ready for the beach (which was just a short walk away). Most importantly, no one else in the house could hear the baby when he woke up multiple times during the night (which doesn't even happen at home)! We had a great time and would most definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a modern, clean shore house all to themselves!

Spent a week here with our grown children & our 22month old grandaughter, and felt right at home. Rooms are bigger than pics appear. Location was perfect. Not too far from the beach & within walking distance to supermarket as well as convenient store. We chose to drive to the boardwalk, because bus shuttle fee for all 8 of us was not cost efficent. No rainy days, we did not get much use of the TV's in every room, but it was nice to know they were there if we needed them. 3 bathrooms were definitely a plus as well. Owners were most attentive to any concerns & made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Nice to stay in a private home without the worry of noisy co-tenants upstairs/downstairs. Very very nice home!

This well-maintained home is very comfortable and has a great location near the beach and boardwalk. Our family enjoyed every minute and highly recommend it!

We had a marvelous OC vacation while staying in this lovely renovated cottage! Don't be deceived by the term, cottage; it has much more room and amenities than most rental units!! The home is immaculate and comfortable and perfectly situated to the beach and nearby activities. The owners are lovely to deal with as well. I would recommend this rental to anyone. Enjoy!

This home was a serene backdrop for our family's Shore beach and board trips. Downstairs activities revolve around the well-supplied kitchen, living room with enough space to cook, watch kids and be at the hub of action. All bedrooms are large enough and plush to satisfy guests, with one opening onto an upper porch. Although brand new, the home decor presents a warm, relaxed and comfy air throughout. Visitors eill enjoy the rooms designed with many personal touches. Few minutes walk to beach and free trolley transport to boardwalk is ideal. Fun, new playground is a short walk away. All rental arrangements handled professionally. Love the Shore? This home is a quality property for everyone to enjoy.

My family loved staying at this single family home. It was beautiful and so nice not to have a family that you do not know above you or below you!!!

We rented in OC for the first time this year and were not disappointed. We wanted a single as opposed to a condo, and this had it all and more. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and designed so that it's homey yet there's plenty of space. House is close to alot which was great and older kids used the trolley for boardwalk nights. We will def be back to this home!!!!!!!!! Be sure to hit Dot's for pastries!!!!!!

This was our first year vacationing in Ocean City, and we picked a gem of a house to vacation in! This house is beautifully decorated, serene and peaceful. From the moment you walk in the door (and there are many of them!) you feel at home. From the Welcome Home sign with your name on it that greets you in the kitchen to the little extras like bottles of water, beach chairs, beach tags, etc, etc, etc, we felt like we were entering our own little paradise. We loved the fact that the beach was only 2 blocks away, and a playground that was only steps from the house was an added bonus for our grandchildren. We rode our bikes on the boardwalk in the morning (which is only a few blocks away) and we also found a wonderful bike trail on Haven Avenue that is a must see. There are many shops and markets within walking distance and ice cream parlors too! In the evenings it was fun to walk on the boardwalk or to just sit on the upstairs deck and watch the people go by. The owners were very helpful in answering any questions that I had about the house. They did a wonderful job refurbishing it and their attention to detail shows in every room. The house is clean, beds very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We would definitely rent this house again and would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to have a wonderful beach vacation experience.

Our family had an awesome time in this extremely clean home. The cottage is located close to the beach and playgrounds. My older kids liked to walk to Hoy's and Blitz's market too. We brought our bikes and enjoyed early morning bike rides to the boardwalk. The accomodations are perfect - we loved the flat screen tv's in every bedroom! We hope to come back next year!
