This was our second year saying at Cesar's condo. It's in an ideal location, it always clean, and Cesar is very communicative. The deck is lovely and we enjoyed spending evenings out there.

This is lovely property that feels more like a home than a rental property. It's in a great location if you want to be in the center of Ptown and the deck and parking spaces make it a great fit for a family. Our host Cesar was very responsive when an AC problem arose, even though he was out of the country at the time of our stay. I would have given our stay a 5 out of 5 if it has not been for the AC failing due to the very hot humid weather that we experienced last week. Though the host did their best to compensate us for the troubles.

My friends and I (50, 47, 35, 31 yo) came for bear week and we were not expecting this property to be as great as it was. It's more beautiful in person than in pictures. The layout is perfect: the two rooms have the communal spaces in between them which worked for our different schedules (early birds and late sleepers). The living room/kitchen is spacious and bright with lots of seating, the terrace is a dream, and the kitchen is very well equipped for whatever meals you want to prep. The location is perfect, distant enough to have some quiet yet close enough to be within walkind distance from everything. I have nothing negative to say about this place and the hosts, it was a wonderful place and I highly recommend it.

Great location and accommodations. Pics were accurate and everything was clean. We had some issues with the AC, but I'm sure that they will be resolved shortly. I would stay here again!

My husband, myself, and two of our friends stayed here in July 2022. The location is perfect -- right on Commercial street and a quick walk or bike ride to everything Ptown has to offer. When we arrived, about an hour after check-in, the cleaning team was still there. They politely explained that the prior guests had left the place in a bit of disarray and we only had to wait a few minutes for them to finish up. The condo is decorated with locally-sourced art, which we loved, and was very comfortable for the four of us. We only cooked one meal during our week stay, but the kitchen had everything we needed and the grill worked perfectly. Of the time we spent at the condo, most of it was spent on the incredible deck which has great seating and even better views. The AC worked wonderfully and offered a nice reprieve from the July heat. We also appreciated that the owners required the AC to be left on to avoid moisture building up -- something that definitely set this place apart from other places we've rented over the years. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were high qualify (and they smelled great!). Overall a lovely stay!

A friend and I stayed here in June 2022. The property exceeded our expectations. The home is beautiful and absolutely immaculate. We loved relaxing on the private rooftop deck while enjoying both water views and people-watching on Commercial Street. The owners, Jeff and Cesar, were very responsive from initial booking right through check-out. Our vacation here was definitely a 5 star experience.

Our stay was lovely- the property location is incredible (close to but not quite the busiest part of town) and the deck is spectacular.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cesar”s beautiful modern townhome. It is in a great location and steps from everything. Comfortable and well-appointed rooms and a gorgeous deck overlooking Commercial and the water. Plus easy parking. We liked everything about this property.

We have been coming to Provincetown since we lived in Boston and now from New York. We've stay at a wide range of properties, some year after year until no longer available. This property checked all the right boxes. Perfect location for walking anywhere on Commercial Street. Double parking space. Well appointed kitchen with everything needed to cook full or partial meals. The open kitchen/living floor plan is filled with tons of natural sunlight that looks out to the patio and ocean. The first floor large bedroom with a large bathroom is nicely out of the way of the 2nd floor living space and then third floor bedroom with views of the scent and full bathroom. The furnishings are elevated from a "summer rental" to a beautifully staged space that is still personal and very comfortable. Highly recommend that this be added to anyones' options of places to stay!

The AC worked wonderfully on all floors. Place was clean and had everything as advertised.

Owners thought of everything, great location and a wonderful deck with a view. Will definitely come back again!

This property has been designed and finished out with excellence. The owners have a very keen eye for Cape Cod decor and high end furnishings. We enjoyed eating out on the patio for breakfast and people watching in the afternoons overlooking the harbor. All of the linens were of a very fine quality, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need to cook a great meal. The beds were extremely comfortable, and there was ample storage space for a long stay! There were absolutely no complaints, and the owners were available for questions immediately.

This property was outstanding! It was clean, modern, conveniently located with a rooftop deck overlooking a great view of the ocean. The home was stocked with everything you may have needed in all rooms of the house. The owners were available to answer any questions that we may have had. The house certainly made our stay one of the best and we have been coming to the Truro and PTown area on and off for the last 17 years.

We loved staying in this modern, well-equipped Townhouse condo right in the heart of Provincetown. We enjoyed a number of our meals out on the deck overlooking Commercial Street and the harbor, and we had easy access to all of the wonderful energy of P-Town. The owners provided some good tips on where to get the best lobster roll and other local specialties and the three floors of living space provided us plenty of room to stretch out. Everything in the space was like new and completely functional, and as a bonus the condo has a Sonos system so we could listen to our choice of music no matter what room we were in. We enjoyed going to the beach at both Race Point and Herring Cove as well as long walks up and down Commercial street visiting galleries and shops, as well as a plethora of dining options. Our experience was 100% positive and we recommend this property to anyone who loves P-Town.

Jeff and Cesar have created a little sanctuary in hustling and bustling P-Town. We loved every minute spent in their tasteful townhouse that is only steps away from shops and entertainment while you can still be sure to get a good night's sleep, tucked back just enough to stay away from any noise. The place is beautifully decorated and they've thought of everything you may or may not need during your stay. Highly recommended and we'll surely be back ourselves.
