Con: gym equipment needs update, water pressure is low throughout the unit, water temperature is not high enough, parking stall has a low clearance for SUV with Thule (need to move car in order to open Thule, though parking in stall with Thule is fine). Pro: bed is very comfortable, quiet location, top floor, supply of basic condiments and cleaning supplies, air conditioner works well, umbrellas and chairs by the outdoor pool, well maintained grounds, quick access to elevator, underground parking, on site security. It was also very nice to have a local PM to meet us in person and to show us to the parking and unit. Overall, the property and unit is quite nice, family friendly, and I would definitely recommend it to others. PS. Google map needs to be updated to show main entrance of the property rather than the building number, as that took us to a neighboring property behind the condo.

I loved the location. Pool and Hot tub were a joy to be in and just a five minute walk to the beach. Nice benches to sit on.

Our apartment was set on the back row away from the pool. A two bedroom property with views over fields behind. A spacious and comfortable apartment. It was well equipped for laundry, cleaning, cooking and entertaining family for meals. Nice modern feel but with homey furniture. Very comfortable beds. We overall really enjoyed the apartment. There were just a couple of minor issues with the plumbing but otherwise a perfect holiday home. We would definitely stay again. The maintenance staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely return for a week or two in future.

The condo was really nice but could have been cleaner. Crumbs and bits on counter, in stove, on table and on floor. Balcony table was filthy. Electrical outlets weren’t working in both bedrooms. Management company did finally resolve this issue but kept sending electrician?/worker to condo without notice and we were out. It’s not reasonable to text “they are there now” to someone on vacation. And we did appreciate the offer to come over at 930pm but kids are in bed. Also on the listing plus two other emails check out time was 1100. We got an email from management company 2 days before checkout stating checkout time was 1000. I emailed the company with screen shots of the 1100 time. No response. We did try to get out by 1000. My husband was picking up last minute things at 1010 and a cleaner let herself in. Great vacation but the management company could have communicated better. No fault of the owner, I would consider going back. Enjoyed beach and pool!

Lovely comfortable property in the most picturesque of settings. Excellent stay, with all activities close-by or on site: the pool, the lake, golf, shopping, a spacious balcony, convenient underground parking—just a great set-up. We will return. Many thanks.

Loved the condo, pool and access to the lake very beautiful. The only problem would be bring a boat or seadoo with parking. Look into somewhere to have it stored. Other than that we enjoyed everything!!!

We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful property, property its self is very clean. Awesome pool and beach. our unit could have been cleaner. We had to clean some of the pots as they were left dirty, the fridge and freezer had food left in it and was not cleaned. Also would be nice if there was a better barbeque, and a bigger umbrella on the balcony. Also the unit did get warm in the late afternoon and night seemed like air conditioning could not keep up. Fans that were in unit did help. Other then those few things it was an awesome unit, easy access to parking, very quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed the week here for my granddaughters wedding along with 4 other friends / family groups who also had VRBOs at Barona Beach. Loved the location and views. Nice common spaces for people to gather and enjoy. The suite was beautifully updated and comfortable Had all the amenities we needed. Will be back !!

This unit is well-appointed. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beach was great as was the pool & hot tub. Both were easily accessible from our unit. The complex property was clean. With quite a few buildings, it was nice that someone was able to greet us upon arrival to show us the way as it would have been a little confusing. Note... only 1 underground parking stall. Extra vehicles will need to park on the street which is a short walk.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and exactly as presented in the photos. The location was excellent with a great view and direct access to the lake. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at this property. It was easy to have communication with Tyler and the property manager. We were pleased that we were accommodated to have an early check in the day we arrived. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The pool was great and the lake so close. We just forgot to bring beach towels for the pool and there was only 3, so if there’s 4 of you pack one or two!

We’ve stayed in West Kelowna many times and have friends who own units on this property. The kids love the beach and water sports.

Thank you Tyler for sharing your home with us! My kids are in their early 20's so we loved the quiet view of the vineyards and the close location to the wineries. The Mission Hill Winery is a must just for the experience alone! We also liked having all the amenities close by and downtown Kelowna is not far away. The Barona is suited for everyone and especially good for young families. The photos of the townhouse are exactly what you get and you wont be disappoined. Enjoy!

Nice quiet location away from the noise of the pool. We enjoyed our stay

It was a beautiful condo. There were a few things that needed to be fixed or replaced. The vertical blinds were missing about 5 blinds making the afternoon sun blinding and hot. There was no blue recycling box. The first night there the air conditioning wasn’t working so we had to use fans. But we found out that it was the main system. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found some great wineries!

First, a review of the property itself. The unit was clean and reasonably well stocked. The pool area was great for kids and the beach is right there. Security is tight and there is one underground parking stall. There are no on site services, so you need a car to get to grocery stores etc. Nothing within walking distance.We did have a good time during our stay, but our experience following check-out was so awful that not only would we not come back, we wont be booking with VRBO again any time soon.Five days after checking out, I received a message from the owner that we had left the place in such a disaster that he wanted us to pay him hundreds more (the vrbo site won't allow me to disclose the amount) in extra cleaning charges. This was just completely false. We had left the unit in immaculate condition and even washed the sheets and towels before leaving. He further claimed that we had damaged his bar stools and wanted hundreds more to repair them. None of this could possibly be true.In addition, we had changed our dates within the 30 day change/cancellation window and 2+ months later and we still have not seen the refund. I am assuming that the false claims of messiness and destruction were because he didn't want to pay us back for the night we had cancelled??? VRBO has been a total disaster in helping us recoup the night's refund. I have been on the phone with them 25+ times and they drop calls or say they'll handle it and don't. I will never book a VRBO again.Bottom line: a decent place to stay in the okanagan, but beware: you'll pay for it later.
