The condo was a great location (4 min drive to Eagle lodge) close to the village, restaurants, etc. Beds were comfortable and we utilized the shared hot tub which was amazing after a long day of skiing.

It was a good fit for our family and good price for property and location

Had a great stay for our ski trip to mammoth for two families. The condo was clean and description and photos match the condition. Was easy to work with the owner/manager. One of the room heater was not working and they were able to send someone over to fix it. It is in the second floor and there are steep stairs to climb. For those who are Tesla owner the supercharging station is less than 5 min walk which was very convenient. The hot tub and laundry is right next to the condo also. Enjoyed our stay.

The place was a perfect distance from the village and the main lodge. Everything from the beds to the inside atmosphere of the place felt very welcoming and comfy. The only downside is a hairdryer was listed as a part of amenities but we couldn’t find it anywhere around the place. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

we were happy with our stay. very clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need to make food. plenty of towels. instead of the 2 twins there is a triple bunk - just good to know in advance. the listing says loft, but the room is totally enclosed so no sound issue, the pool was closed for maintenance (i know thats not something Jessica can control) and also good to know in advance, the hot tub is only open after 4pm.

My family and I enjoyed staying in this condo as it can accommodate large groups. The condo provided everything we needed, just as if we were at home. It was clean and nicely decorated. Will stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay here. The rooms were perfect for our family of 10. The room with a thee bed bunk bed was perfect for the kids. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to make a good meal. Aaron and Jessica were excellent in their communication with us. Highly recommend staying here!!

Loved the location, the amenities, the access to trails, all the stuff in the kitchen, everything! Would absolutely recommend and would stay again.

The house location was great, close to shops, restaurants, activities. The property was well maintained, clean and the host was each to reach and timely with response when I needed few clarifications. Would come back again.

This is our 3rd time staying in this Condo! It has been remodeled and furnished so that everyone can have their own little space, or be all together! The bunk room is great for couples that come with kids, because the adults can have their own rooms and then the kids can bunk together! If no kids, than just another room for adults. We love the kitchen, stocked with everything you need to stay in and cook, chop, blend, toast, microwave and even a community BBQ that is gas, easy to walk down to; it’s by the pool. Also, the large hot tub is a plus, especially after a long day of hiking, climbing, snowboarding or just relaxing! We love how there are plenty of hooks for jackets, shelves for hats/helmets, shoe racks and an outdoor closet to keep everything tidy, even at capacity. It’s has a great location, it feels like you’re getting away from town, with a Mountain View out of the living room window, and yet, town is so close and the shuttle stop is near by. We love that you can go outside and have access to the park with the creek walk and playground. It’s also walking distance to the Stove!

We had a great stay in this beautifully appointed home. The communication with the property owners was top-notch. We will definitely stay here in the future when we come back to Mammoth.

Was a great home base while we raced in Mammoth, very close to everything we needed (which was very handy with the feet of snow we had falling while we were there).

We loved our time in Mammoth. The condo was perfect for our family. 4yrs to 37. The location is perfect. We were able to walk, ski, and play in the snow!

The property was as-described, great location near the supermarket and the shuttle service and a close drive to the slopes. It was well-stocked and we had everything we needed for the kitchen, etc. There were a few issues with the place (a) breaker/technical issues with the heater and refrigerator; (b) broken towel rack; (c) slow drain in one of the sinks; and (d) unusable coffee maker. While these seem like minor issues, and the owner did their best to address them, they are just not things I would want to think/worry about when I am on vacation - all the worse b/c the management co. was not responsive. All that said, the owners were responsive and thoughtful, checking in on us while a storm raged and offering their hospitality.

We had a great stay in that cabin. We will definitely be back . Very clean ,cozy and highly recommended!

Jessica's place was cute and quaint. It's very close to Eagle lodge and the Vons grocery store. We were 4 couples so the dining/living areas were a bit tight and the loft beds were different from the pictures. I would stay again as a smaller group.

The condo was just exactly what we had hoped for. Plenty of room for our family members to sleep. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. Great location close to grocery stores and restaurants and closest to Eagle Lodge. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing trip to Mammoth and what a lovely condo. Seriously you can not ask for more with this condo. Location, Amenities, cleanliness, community and Host are all top notch. We've stayed at this condo a couple of times and each time it is such a joy. A real comfortable setting relaxing up in the mountains, the hosts are so nice hospitality and very communicative. If you have any questions or issues they are lovely to speak with. They don't judge you for anything and they just want you to be comfortable and enjoy yourself. The condo is 4min drive to Eagle lodge and a 7min drive to Canyon lodge, but the best thing is that free mountain shuttle bus is right outside the complex on the main road. Vons is a 4min Dr, the condo is very accessible to all of the attractions. Thank you Aaron and Jessica for being the best hosts and for a lovely stay at your VRBO home. We will be back again and again.

We had a great time at this property. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

We loved our time here! Got in right before the storm and the place was perfect. Everything was so clean and cozy. Loved being so close to the lifts, village, and stores. We can’t wait to come back again.

This is our second time here on Christmas. When we were choosing a place to stay at Mammoth for Christmas this year and this property came up in the search we did not think twice and took it!

Wifi is working very slow

Way too small kitchen, tv and internet went out a lot, bad shower curtain and very low water pressure in upstairs bathroom shower, steep and narrow outdoor stairs. Otherwise it was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

The location for our family is perfect with proximity to grocery store, the bus line to mountain, village and a jacuzzi near the unit. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary cookware, dishes etc. They do need a new wine opener and a 2nd roll of paper towels would be handy. Pictures make the kitchen, dining area & family room look much larger than they actually are but it’s still workable for our family of 7 adults. Bathrooms and kitchen updated but bedroom (closet doors) and heating system are showing their age. All in all a good visit and we enjoyed our time =)

Very comfortable and convenient

Great condo, loved having the jacuzzi 20 steps from the front door! Couldn’t manage to get the Wi-Fi to work consistently but really didn’t need it so that wasn’t much of a problem.

This is very good home for a family on a small vacation. 3 bedrooms and a loft with two beds. Living room and kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and having family gatherings. Lot of tableware and utensils. Wood fireplace and owners provided firewood and everything needed to start it. Also there are snow shovel and sleds. Good parking lot with plenty of spaces, that regularly cleaned from snow. 5 min walk to Red line shuttle stop that will take you to The Village and Main Lodge. Much better than using a car!
