We had a great time at our stay here! It was an accurate description and the property managers were super prompt, friendly, and helpful whenever we had any questions. There were lots of games and we loved how open the house was! The only thing that we didn’t care for was the squeaky bed in the queen room, every time you rolled over it woke up the other person. Overall a great stay and wonderful property.

Beautiful property, exactly as described. We love Seabrook and have stayed in multiple Summerwinds Cottages. This layout, the changes made by the homeowner, is our favorite by far. Tastefully decorated, super comfortable (we all slept as if we were in our own beds at home), with thoughtful extras (best stocked cabinet of children and adult games we’ve ever encountered) made this a property the entire family would like to come back too.

The home is well appointed and comfortable for our family of four. It is close to the beaches which we frequented almost every day. Seabrook is a wonderful destination and I recommend highly you stay at this cottage if you have the opportunity.

House was a great lay out. 2 tv rooms is a plus.. Kitchen is very small and the laundry room outside and down the stairs was difficult. Especially since they did not provide baskets to tote the laundry. Our trundle bed had no bedding. We found it after looking through garbage bags filled with all different size sheets. However the sheet I chose had urine spots all over it. There were clothes and shoes in our closet, kind of weird. The location is good to bike to the beach, however the roads are so busy with cars that it was stressful. I don't think we will ever visit seabrook again.

Floor plan worked well with a 4 & 1 year old. Kitchen was well supplied and it was nice having the golf course in our backyard.

This was our fifth trip to Seabrook, our fifth time to stay in a Summer wind cottage. We love these houses. We spent many hours on the sunporch. Beds were comfy, plenty of couches for hanging out, the remodeled bathroom in the hall is great. The kitchen was somewhat lacking, but we do a lot of cooking. It was unhandy to have the laundry down below. All in all a great vacation. Thanks!

what a wonderful stay in Summerwinds!

We come down to Seabrooke several times per year, so we have rented quite a few places. This one is in a really quiet and accessible part of the island in a very quiet area. The home is beautifully appointed, with solid/comfortable furniture, and all relatively new. I would definitely recommend this property for families.

Coastal Getaways is a fabulous rental company. They made sure everything was perfect. Our experience was excellent.

This is our 2nd time staying on Seabrook. This place was so very clean, fresh and decor and furniture felt brand new! No clutter from owners anywhere! We moved right on in and made it our home. Beds were cozy, bedding was plush, fresh and great pillows! Scenery from sunroom was beautiful and windows surrounding that room was stunning! The owners must be watching a lot of Fixer Upper or something because the sliding farmhouse doors were spectacular. The second bathroom shower was very luxurious that all 6 of us fought over using! Large closets and lots of dresser space. Smart TV in every area of the house (5 TVs). The home was very close to the Beach Club. We rented bikes and could get their within minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
