Very easy and quick responses from our host, house was in perfect condition and the instructions to get in were very clear. Layout of the home was well thought out especially if you have multiple guests. Beach access was a very short walk. I definitely recommend staying here, you can enjoy 30A and all of its charm while avoiding the craziness of other touristy places.

Air conditioning was amazing it was hot out when we stayed. Home was beautiful. Would stay again.

Cute and clean cottage. Location is great. Only a few minutes to the beach by walking. Owners and manager very responsive. Easily sleeps 6 people. Has some beach chairs to use. Only other thing I would wish for is if they had a cooler or insulated cups for the guests to use. We booked this literally same day and it turned out to be the perfect getaway. Thank you 30A bliss!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It was relaxing and peaceful. We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. The property manager responded quickly whenever we had questions. We would recommend this rental 100%!

This was our first visit to 30A. The house is privately located at the end of a lane. It is a three minute walk to the seasonally heated pool or the beach gate. We rented bikes and enjoyed the access to the villages Rosemary, Alys, Seacrest without having to reside in these busy teen infested areas (during Spring Break week). The Publix is also very accessible and we enjoyed a quick commute compared to others areas along this stretch of 30A. Each of the three bedrooms has a full bathroom. All bedroom’s and laundry are on the entry level which made it convenient for freshening up after a day on the water without disturbing the living area. The living room and kitchen are on the upper level with two beautiful outdoor sitting balcony’s to enjoy morning coffee. The unit is also stocked with multiple beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. We would definitely rent again! Thank you for providing a wonderful property.

A great place to get away and relax. Close to the main pathway to 30A, but nestled just far enough away from it all, for a bit of seclusion. Very comfortable.

We had a wonderful time in Seacrest. It was our family of 4 (married couple with our little 2 boys) and our friends (married couple with their 1 year old), whom we haven't seen in two years. The home was beautiful, at the end of a cul-de-sac, so we had no thru-traffic. We were directly across the street from a private beach access and a 3 minute walk to a private community pool. We used La Dulce Vida for our beach chair and umbrella rentals - that's a key because it's a LARGE flight of stairs from the private beach access to the sand - around three flights worth of stairs. So having them set up and take down the chairs and umbrella was great. The house fit us just fine, with all bedrooms downstairs and the living room/dining room/kitchen upstairs in one large room - which was great for having the kids play and us all be together. The gas grill out back was a nice touch - so we were able to grill out and instacart most of our food for meals. There's a little shop for the complex that's open 10-6 M-Saturday where you can get last minute things. It's a little pricy, but worth it for the convenience and nice to be able to grab something cold or a snack on the way to or from the beach/pool. Special shout out to "Man in the Sea Museum" which had some of the coolest naval diving artifacts I've ever seen. I never knew much about it - but the staff was amazing and they have the actual Sealab from the 60s on site and you're able to go in and see what they lived like.

It was a great vacation. The house was in perfect condition and very clean. Eric, the manager couldn’t have been friendlier and help with any questions. Great access to the beach. The ONLY thing is that all bedrooms are downstairs so if anyone was up early or late, you heard it all.

We had a blast and so close to everything. Love the Private entrance beach.

The door locking mechanism is difficult to learn and the pool was too small. The proximity to seaside and rosemary were great. The proximity to the beach was really good.

The house at 41 Morgan is excellent. Furnishings-kitchen-leisure area- decks. The neighborhood was great for walking and biking. The couple that slept in the bunk bed had challenges getting up during the night. The private beach access goes down to a private beach. we were not able to set up our chairs on the private beach. You have to go 50-70 yards east or west to set up your chairs. If you have mobility issues the stairs to the beach could be a problem-fairly steep.

We loved the property. It was clean, well equipped, and well located relative to the public beach. Really good kitchen and outdoor seating areas. We required a refill for the propane tanks that was provided immediately on request. The only knock we had was on the seating at the dining table; which was uncomfortable (hard stools). Would certainly recommend this property for a family beach vacation.

Everything was as expected and restaurant recommendations were great.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 30A Bliss. Loved the location of the home, both within its neighborhood and within the surrounding area. Enjoyed spending time in the large second floor Great Room and then lounging on the side porches with a good book after having spent the day exploring the area. This is a lovely, well maintained home that was a "Blissful" retreat.

Will rent again!

We visited the area with some friends for the first time and couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay. Everything was as it was advertised and we definitely will be back again.

Very nice rental, just across the street from private beach access and a 2 minute walk to the community pool. We enjoyed the house and had a great time overall! Only complaint is the front door is very hard to lock and unlock I think because it’s a hurricane door?

Our family had a great time on 30A and this property was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room for all of us, kitchen is very well stocked for cooking, lots of games and beach toys for the kids and comfortable sleeping accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything! We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at 30A Bliss was relaxing. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy for our group of four adults. We enjoyed cooking some of our meals in the well equipped kitchen as well as exploring the restaurants along 30A. The online listing doesn’t mention the need to cross 30A to get to the beach but was accurate in describing how close the beach is, and the private beach access was just a short distance away. A wonderful getaway for our group!

We had such a great girls weekend at this property! The house is absolutely lovely and so so comfortable. It’s like 500 ft from the public beach access. It’s also close to a ton of fantastic restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!
