Exactly how listed. We really enjoyed this place

A really nice and recently renovated property. Very clean inside condo, but also outside as there is a maintenance crew that keeps the grounds immaculate. Beach was feet away and the swimming pool was within a short walk from the patio. Neighbors are all owners and very friendly. Stop at Foster's near the airport before heading to the condo. We would highly recommend to others.

Nice spot, very close to a quiet beach just South of Seven Mile beach. The beach is not as nice as Seven Mile beach with some weeds in water but nice for a break from the business. A nice little swommming pool to lay by. Condo was quite nice and very clean. Short distance to the awesome little swimming grotto. We really enjoyed that spot and only a 2 minute drive from Condo. I recommend getting a vehicle when in the Caymans to get around to all the spots. No rrgrets staying here.

Property was excellent and clean. The view from the deck of the shipwreck was amazing and our nightly walks down the beach to view the sunset were rewarded with awe-inspiring views. We spent little time in the condo, but had everything we needed for our short trip. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Caymans. It was a short drive to Spotts Beach where we snorkeled with turtles each morning. The drive to Cemetery Beach was not too long and we loved that area the most. Fantastic snorkeling wherever we went, including out to the shipwreck in front of the condo. Special vacation made even better by our condo as a base of operations.

Incredible property that offered all the immenities you could need! Loved loved loved our stay, and being close to my brother who lives on the island made it that much greater!!! I’ll be back!!!!! ❤️

Wonderful property, the pictures don't do it justice. Has a great big island in the kitchen and wonderful views of the ocean. Mainly had the pool to ourselves. The only snag was the kitchen faucet which had very low water pressure we contacted Verna the property manager and was advised someone would come and fix it, however they never did.

Pool right outside the door. Beautiful sea view of the Pallas shipwreck. We took chairs to the beach every night, sometimes snorkeled. Big kitchen with plenty of cooking equipment. Washer/dryer. Oversized, could sleep six. Tidy landscape. Family atmosphere. Grilled out most nights. Walked to Smith. Cove for a swim and saw Miss Lassie’s colorful house of primitive art along the way. Grand Old House restaurant was a few miles along and the port area was also very accessible by car.

The condo is gorgeous and in mint condition - wonderful pool - we had an amazing and relaxing stay!!

The property is very well presented. It is spacious, light, airy with good quality furniture and equipment. We really enjoyed staying there and plan to return later in the year.

Thoroughly enjoyed the visit

We've been coming to Cayman annually for about 10 years (with our 2 daughters, now 11 and 13), and this was our 3rd stay at the Caribbean Paradise complex, but our first in this particular condo. The location is by far our favourite - central on the island so not too far from anything, and away from the crowds of Seven Mile Beach. This condo is well-appointed, welcoming, and as advertised. I think the photos actually don't do it justice; the eat-in kitchen island is much bigger than it looks on-line! Having a BBQ is awesome, as we love to grill our own seafood and meat, and did so many times on this trip. We would stay here again without hesitation. Some favourite things to do: Scuba (our daughters got in for their first dive after taking the Discover Diving course at Sunset House, and it was great to do that as a family for the first time!), lunches at Macabuca, brunch at Tukka (although COVID meant a la carte only on this visit - still wonderful), private jet-ski tour including Stingray City with Ebanks Watersports, relaxing for a day at Rum Point, enjoying gelato from Gelato & Co., feeding tarpon while having a sunset dinner at The Wharf, and a last night on the island meal at Calypso Grill (always a treat).

The photos do not so justice to this condo... it is even nicer than it appears online! Nice quiet community that is very driveable to everything. Steps to the beach (not as swimmable as 7 mile but still beautiful). There is a nice pool as well... only downside is it’s fairly deep so not great for kiddos, but still nice to have!

We were so impressed with all the updates inside this condo...kitchen and both baths are well appointed, with comfortable furniture in bedrooms and living room. For day trips, there are comfortable and sturdy portable beach chairs along with coolers. The patio has a great view and comfy seating. We snorkeled multiple days out to the Wreck of the Pallas and saw nurse sharks, porcupine fish, lobsters, scorpion fish, barracuda, and loads of pretty colorful fish. We loved this quiet and private area of the island. With a rental car, you are a quick drive to the airport Fosters grocery, smiths cove, spotts beach, and downtown Georgetown. Very well maintained and clean property, away from the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach. Usability of water is better on 7 mile beach, but fewer vehicles and people on south side are definite pluses for this property.

This is our first experience with VRBO, and we are highly satisfied with the accuracy of the online listing. We had no need to contact the property manager, but we knew she was available. We were looking for a quiet place for rest and relaxation - this place provided just what we needed. Clean, comfortable, all the amenities, the freedom to relax at the condo or explore the island.

My husband and I stayed here during our trip to celebrate our sons wedding in Grand Cayman and could not have been happier. The house is beautiful and well kept and it is less than 10 min to any activity or shopping in Georgetown. There is a beach area right out the back door, but 7 mile beach is just a short drive. I would recommend staying here for any trip.

Condo is perfect and pool is fabulous. Butt sadly there was a Sargusm/seaweed problem at the beach at the condo while we were there. I went as a single mom with my 3 kids and really wanted a swim out beach and this was not that but don’t get me wrong the condo was great and location was not far from 7 Mile or Georgetown.

The accommodations were superb! The location on the island was very handy. The facilities were very comfortable, and everything worked right. The instructions for our stay were very helpful. NO COMPLAINTS! Yes, we would stay there again if we were to return. -- Jerry Ebannks

We had a wonderful stay. The place was outstanding.

4 weeks before my reserved 6 night stay, not known to me, Sargassum Seaweed covered the beach and polluted the air with an unbearable smell. Property owner refused to refund any of the 100% prepaid rent even though they did not notify me of the conditions. Was forced to go and rent a new place on 7 Mile Beach, great having to rent two places but only able to stay in one! No more VRBO for me!

This place is lovely! The location is perfect! It's quiet and the beach and pool are often empty. However, it's only a few minutes drive to many activities, restaurants. The condo is beautiful and very well equipped. It's decorated beautifully and it's very comfortable.

This was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. Twice the space at half the price of a hotel room on 7 mile beach and just a short drive to Georgetown, restaurants and shopping. Each day we packed a cooler, grabbed the beach umbrella and chairs and headed out (usually to the north side). Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends traveling to the island.

We stayed here for 9 days in April 2019 when our daughter got married. There was plenty of room; plenty of pots, pans, utensils and plates. The place was very clean. We rented a car and Verna met us at the airport to drop off our keys. It was nice staying right on the beach and the view was beautiful. It was easy to get everywhere. The only slight glitch was for some reason Verna thought we were checking out early so she came by at 10 am with the guests for the next week. Our flight wasn't until evening but we were able to quickly finish packing and leave by 10:30 am with 30 minutes to spare. Thanks for sharing your place with us. We'd definitely stay here again.

One inconvenience, condo above ours was undergoing repairs. Workers started drilling into concrete at 8:00 AM. Not our owner's fault but a distraction. Lasted day and half. Location is great on the south shore between Smith Cove and Spott's Beach, two excellent snorkeling locations. Also a short drive into George Town. Property is clean/well maintained. The AC vent in the 2nd bedroom may be tough to sleep through. When the AC kicks on the vent into this bedroom sounds like a wind tunnel. I shut the vent and kept the door open. Cooler air from the living room/dining room kept the bedroom comfortable and the vent noise was more tolerable. View of ocean between the units is beautiful. Be careful swimming off the beach, the current can be challenging. Bottomline: I recommend the property.
