Cozy property with all the necessary amenities. Our group of 9 was very comfortable and had a wonderful time!

Pricy, but it was fabulous! Plenty of rooms for several couples. Best beach views and access which is just what I wanted. Loved every minute of our weekend!

Overall it was a nice place to stay. It has great views, direct beach access (100+ stairs), and a nice deck space. I was disappointed at the level of cleanliness. Especially with all the notes and heafty cleaning fee. Lots of cobwebs, dust, dirty light switches, doors, door jams and andwalls.

The house was just as advertised. Spacious, clean, beautiful view, huge deck, kitchen well stocked. Direct beach access.

AC did not work; thankful for cool ocean breezes so we could cool the house down for the evening. Staircases are too narrow and too steep. My mom fell and we had to spend three hours in the emergency room treating an open wound. Stairs to the beach are a bit treacherous; and I had a big laugh at the aluminum ladder screwed to the railing at the bottom for the final 2 feet to the sand. This house is not hospitable to the elderly. I would NOT rent this place again. Had a great time sitting on the deck and watching the ocean and the sunset. That was the best part of the house. I was paying for the view.

We loved our time here. There was plenty of space for all of us. We loved the deck with its views. We enjoyed the hot tub, watching many a sunset. We definitely got a workout climbing the stairs to and from the ocean! There is an amazing tide pool in front of the house. We saw whales and seals. We would come back again!

Very comfy and awesome location. We had our own trail to the beach and a personal hot tub. Great fun and wonderful memories. Thank you

We needed a place to stay for an out of town paving job. This house was wonderful. Clean, roomy, wonderful view and very reasonable. Would love to come back with my family.

We were driving from Seattle to San Francisco and we planned a stop in Lincoln city. We fell in love with the city and the house! Everything was clean and easily accessible. We loved the views from the back patio. We would definitely stay there again!

Eclectic updated house with great rooms, expansive views of the ocean from the cliffside, and a great location to stage your coastal experience from. A+

We were so lucky to have a full moon and clear skies on the first night, it was absolutely stunning to watch from the deck! I will forever remember lounging in the hottub & watching the moon reflected in the ocean 💙 And even the rainy days that followed were cozy and fun to watch from inside . We especially loved the staircase from the backyard down to the beach!! Very cute little house, kitchen was comfortable and had everything we needed. Only warning, the interior staircases are a little steep, but have solid handrailings.

The house is older which I didn't mind, but they beds weren't the most comfortable. The bedroom are split between three floors, providing privacy, but old house sound carries.

We loved the deck and view. Everything was clean and comfy. There are a lot of stairs including to get into the house. There is only one bedroom on the first floor and the stairs going up and down are narrow and steep. This was fine for us but those with mobility issues should be aware of it. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked and the beds were good. We would definitely stay here again. 😃

Great overall property. This is the 8th year we rented in Lincoln city and our family thinks this was the best house yet. The House and kitchen was well appointed with everything you might need. The deck and the private beach access(100 stairs down) are a huge plus and great exercise. House is older but very clean and well cared for. Had no need to contact host or management company but based on how well the house was put together I’m guessing they would have been very responsive. Overall great stay would rent this unit again.

There are 3 sets of very steep stairs in this house (one going into the house and two inside) that should be noted in the listing. The beach access is over 100 pretty steep stairs with a ladder at the bottom to get to the beach. My husband has a prosthetic leg and stairs are hard to navigate. I would not have rented this house if I knew that. Now, me being picky…. The toilet paper sucked (1 ply and very ruff), same for paper towels in kitchen. The hand soap was also watered down and would not stay on your hands. Not sure that any of this saves them money since you have to use more to get the job done. The bedroom in the basement smelled a little musty probably because it’s next to an unfinished part of the basement where washer and dryer is. We had a pair of dirty socks in the bedroom on the main floor and cob webs around the whole room so I’m not sure how well they really clean. The rug under the dining room chair is disgusting (I was sweeping one day and lifted up a corner and underneath was very dirty and sandy). The dining room chairs are very wobbly and the cushions on them stick to the chairs leaving the backing of the cushions stuck to the chairs. The kitchen is well stocked but it really needs to be updated. I rented this for my family to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. For the price I paid I was really expecting more. The view and deck is awesome but that is about the only thing I enjoyed. I would not rent this place again, it needs major updating.

Property was just as advertised and perfect for the 4 adults and 4 kids staying there. Massive tide pools on the beach below the house, beautiful stretch of beach, and great access to Lincoln City while still feeling private.

It does have alot if stairs which was fine for my spouse and kids but for my parents that are older it had a room at the normal level which that was perfect. The view of this house is spectacular! They have the deck well equipped. We were blessed with good weather so it made our stay that much better. It does have private access to the beach but it is alot of stairs so be prepared for a good work out. Overall we had a great stay! Would rent again.

It was a nice place although a bit outdated. I feel like the pictures online made it look bigger than it actually was. Still had a great time spending time with family. View was AWESOME!
