Betty greeted us as there was a parking lot being redone so she helped get us a spot, and very kind. The place was perfect for us and we enjoyed it very much!! The people staying in other rooms/places were kind and friendly. No complaints. Hope to be able to stay again!!

My kids loved the big pool. My son fished everyday and right out the back door. Easy access across the street to the beach. Perfect little place with all the essentials you need for meals for the week!

Hi, I would give the highest review to this location. Host was very responsive with any questions will definitely rent here again next year. For us it was the perfect location and amenities.

Great condo had everything we needed, perfect location across the street from the beach. The best part about the whole trip couple mornings dolphin swim by. We loved sitting out side, just looking over the canal. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice small studio, perfect for 2 peoples. Everything you need and more for kitchen and bathroom. Nice items for the beach, nice fishing rod (but no hook or appliances for them), bed is very confortable. Nice location! 2 minutes walk from the beach and just on the intercoastal canal. So nice for eat in front of the water. We love it thanks.

Perfect location, nice place except for the mattress, very uncomfortable.
I would go back if there was a different mattress. Never complained about a mattress before. Very accommodating with everything else.. Lots of spices, beach items and great shower.

Great Communication!
Unfortunately weather caused damage to the property and Betty informed us prior to our stay that it was no longer safe rent. She kept us informed every step of the way and we came up with a plan B together. :)

Perfect spot
Cute place. Nice and quiet area. Just a short walk across street to a beautiful beach. Had everything from cooking/grilling needs to beach chairs and fishing rods.
Easy check in/out.
Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in that area.
Definitely planning a return stay in future.

Great little place! Perfect for 2 with a private channel/canal in the back
Everything was clean and had all of the comforts of home! Loved viewing manatees and dolphins while drinking coffee in the morning. Great location! We will definitely look to rent this one again while visiting St. Pete🥰

Fell in love
We had such a great time and fell in love with this area. Betty has thought of everything. You cannot beat walking out your back door to the intercoastal. We saw so many dolphins and even a momma manatee and her pup. The beach is an easy walk across the street. Don't forget to stop by the bird sanctuary. The pool here is the biggest pool I have ever seen. Book this place, you will not be disappointed. Also, go get ice cream from LuLu's, It is the best.

Cleanest vrbo
By far the cleanest vrbo I have ever stayed in. Betty was awesome. She answered when I had questions. Was also polite and kind. She also thought of everything. I will tell all about the property. Intercoastal waterway out the back door and beach across the road. I will be back again Betty. Thank you

Great Location
First, Gloria had everything just right for our stay. She was excellent in her communication skills. The back door opened right on the waterway. We could watch the dolphins and boats every day. Even made friends with a couple of great white egrets who just happened to stop by whenever we were fishing. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect location just a few steps to the beach. Great communication with Mrs Betty, she was always one step ahead. Great stay! 100% recommended. We hope to be back soon

Nice, Quaint Stay
We loved this property and this area. It was very clean and just enough space for my husband and me. We definitely would not have been able to stay here with our kids but for just the two of us, it was perfect. Pool was SO nice...huge with very little activity and warm enough to hang out in. We would definitely return!

Enjoyed our vacation here
The pool is clean and huge. Fishing right out the back door was nice. We saw a manitee and dolphins too. Condo is small but worked well for us.

Cozy but beautiful
The room itself was quite cozy. For 2 people it would be perfect, but for the children we had a little too much bonding. The location of the room could not have been more amazing. The intercoastal that the room was on was beautiful! We saw countless dolphins, a few manatee, and even a sting ray. It was very quiet and calm. All you had to do was walk across the street to get to the beach. It could not have been a better spot. Side note it was right between clearwater and st. Petersburg so it was significantly less crowded which to me was a huge plus!

Perfect location
It was a cute little condo in a perfect location. We had a large clean pool out front, the beach across the street and the canal out the back door. We seen manatees and dolphins all while fishing off the docks. The other guests we met were all nice. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great place. Loved fishing in our backyard, cooking on the grill and watching dolphins. Location was so nice. The price was great also.

Above expectations! Loved being able to sit outside and watch the boats and dolphins. We even saw a manatee! We had a wonderful time and would love to stay again.

Great getaway
This was an awesome place to stay with the canal behind us where we saw dolphins and manatees and the powdery beach across the street. The apartment had some nice extras which were useful (fishing poles, beach chairs, beach towels, coffee, tea, etc) and it was very clean.

Amazing place
The place was perfect for family of 3.It is small ,but has everything what you need.We saw a lot of dolphins just from the backyard.Amazing location and friendly neighbors.

Great space
The space was perfect for a short weekend trip in FL. It was right on the intracoastal, beautiful boats float by all the time. You get the morning sun in the back of the condo and then later day sun right through the front. The space is small, but if you're not intending to spend your days inside, its great! Very comfortable murphy bed. The photos show a futon, but its actually an Ikea pull out couch that was bigger than the bed. My sisters and I slept two to the couch and one to the bed for the weekend.

Perfect for us! Budget friendly by the beach
This was an awesome budget friendly place for our family (2 adults, 2kids) for 3 nights. Great location right by the beach!!!!. Clean& well equipped. I would recommed this place.
