The condo is in perfect spot to ski in and ski out. Easy walk to the village. The unit is comfortable, kitchen has everything, beds are great. Best of all, the host. Martha was over the top in understanding and accommodating a couple issues we had. Thank you Martha, we will be back.

We wanted a convenient location for a couple of days of skiing with our kids. This ski-in/ski-out condo was perfect, and it was fun being so close to the village, where we went for dinner and some ice skating in the evening. Communication with Martha was easy and efficient.

This was our second time staying at Martha’s place and we will be back, hopefully many many more times! Beds are comfy, unit is clean, and the living room couch is set up great for a family. Communication with Martha is easy and quick. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place and great ski in ski out location!

Martha was very easy to communicate with and her place was lovely. Perfect fit for two couples and two children. Comfortable beds and couches, nice and clean.

I stayed here with my husband and our two teenagers and it was a fantastic stay. The condo is modern, comfortable, and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare several meals, and the island kitchen "table" was convenient. The fireplace puts out a lot of heat and kept us cozy during a winter storm. All the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of outlets. Martha gave a ton of helpful information about the condo, Northstar, even where to grocery shop, and it was all used and appreciated! One day we requested a shuttle down to Northstar and the other day we just walked down, and both were easy. We've stayed in a lot of rental properties and this was easily one of the nicest. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this ski condo! The ski-in and out experience was super convenient and made our mornings much simpler. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and there are some nice jigsaw puzzles to entertain the family by the fireplace. Would love to visit again!

My wife and sister in-law and brother-in-law rented the unit for a late spring ski trip and loved the unit and location. Martha, the owner made the reservation and check in process very smooth and easy.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property. Everything in the kitchen was functional, and the counter-top dining area was surprisingly convenient and space-saving. On the second floor, we pulled the lower bunk bed out onto the floor and the kids loved their sleeping area. And as with all Ski Trails properties, the slopes were just a short walk away. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was as advertised. Great place. Everything in the condo was well kept and working great. The couch is SO comfortable I didn’t want to move. The fireplace was cozy and amazing. The kids loved the upstairs loft and bunk bed. It’s a short walk to the ski trail that our young kids had no problem with. Walking down to the village is easy. Thank you!

Great updated condo in a wonderful location. The condo was clean and modern. The space is not huge, but very well designed for comfort. A short walk to the village and right next to the slopes. We had a wonderful time and looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect for a family ski trip

Great communication with the owner, great location. Martha was a wonderful host! Ski-in/-out was a definite bonus and having a space to store your skis and gear in the downstairs locker was great! We were happy and comfortable with our family off four, but there is no real dining table to eat at together, if that matters to you during COVID. Still we were able to do some distance learning while here. The unit is modern but cozy, we would def stay again, but only with four of us; for us, six would be tight, but likely only during COVID.

Perfect for a weekend get-a-way. The Main Lodge was lit up like a Christmas Tree which made you feel very warm and welcome while driving 2min away to the cabin. The grooming of the snow in the parking lot and walkways every morning created an easiness of getting to the slopes and also easy to leave to town. Great location would highly recommend .

Very clean very comfortable and kitchen stocked with all you need for cooking your own meals! Plenty of towels and linens! Next to laundry ! Walk to trail and ski right down to gondola! Loved this ! Hopefully there’s openings to stay again! Owner is also very gracious!

Property 5/5, Location 5/5, Hostess 5/5 The condo was easily accessible and clean upon arrival. Basic necessities were all stocked, the kitchen is fabulous, and there is plenty of room for storage. If there was a caveat, there's no AC. We stayed in the summer and it ran a little hot but Martha prepared a fan for the occasion and it wasn't a big deal. Martha was great! She gave all the information needed right away. She responded immediately and was very accommodating. I would definitely stay again if I were to visit Tahoe again.

We've stayed in a number of Ski Trails condos because we like the location (short walk to ski-in/ski-out). This is the best place we have stayed in the Ski Trails complex - modern appliances, very clean, and the owners are very nice and responsive. Will try this one again!

The condo was great. We were comfortable and able to walk to and from the Northstar Village.

Really enjoyed our stay over new years weekend end of 2018. We had friends staying in Northstar Village and we were less than 10 minutes walk to them. Really nicely appointed condo. Very comfy. All the amenities were there. We were a family of four. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you.
