We had the absolute best time staying at this property! The house was immaculate, and the outdoor space was exceptional! Also, You can’t beat the location. It’s literally steps from Saint Armands Circle and Lido Beach. It really has everything that you could ever want on a vacation. We will definitely be back!

We had such a great time celebrating our family members 75th Birthday. The house was fantastic! Everything available for a great vacation. The pool, the convenience to the beach (red tide was horrible though) and St. Armand’s Circle were key! The house was so well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about this property! Husband fished, saw manatees, pool was fantastic for the whole family, and beach was beautiful. House did not lack anything. Even had high chair and pack and play for our baby boy. Very very clean. Our family enjoyed our time together. Minutes from everything. The breakfast house was wonderful for breakfast and you must eat at the Columbia.

Communication before we arrived (even dealing with the COVID uncertainty) and throughout our stay was awesome and much appreciated. The location of the home cannot be beat - steps to the beach and St. Armand’s. The toiletries were a great touch, since we did not bring shampoo to save space in luggage. The pool, spa, and facilities were even better than the photos. We will definitely stay here again when we visit in the future.

This was the perfect getaway for my young family and our au pair! Our au pair stayed in the guest house which also was a great place for my 10 year old to do his remote school M-F. The guest house is fully equipped and would be a great place for grandparents. The main house has all the room you need and for a ranch house, it is so well layed out! The kitchen had everything and walking out the sliding glass doors to an updated pool and outdoor area on the canal was amazing!! The entire house is completely updated, well taken care of, and the pool and spa controls are easy to use and they heat up fast. Being from Chicago, we needed warmth ASAP! There are plenty of sand toys and beach chairs and a great wagon for kids to walk the one block to the beautiful beach. Another one block walk to Kilwins and St Armands Circle! We only wish we could have stayed longer!!

Our family rated this the best vacation yet! We loved the home, the views from the pool to the canal, and the spacious atmosphere. It was so convenient to everything, from the beach to St. Armands quaint shopping and dining!

Last time we stayed in a two story house. This time I was worried since it wasn’t as large sq ft wise, but ended up loving the layout, pool, location and beach access. The house had everything we needed to cook, and many of us are cookers. The beach is a short three minute walk. We rented a boat for a few days and docked it at the house. Boat was fun and so easy since we could just get in and out when we felt like it. Everything is labeled in the house which helps. Love the layout that I can cook in the kitchen while watching the kids swim and some fish off the deck. We were there during COVID and got many dinners to go at night. Wait time was only 15-20 minutes before we would walk to pick it up. Great time!!

This property afforded us the perfect, relaxing, comfortable, convenient two week escape. House amenities are top notch and location couldn’t be better. Property managers were highly responsive. Can’t wait to return!

I HIGHLY recommend this home. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is better than described and the location is absolutely impeccable. Right across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to. The owners of this home thought of EVERYTHING to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The garage was of bicycles and floaties... the kitchen was fully stocked.... the beds were super comfy! The communication with the real estate was hands down the quickest and easiest I’ve ever encountered. THANK YOU!!!

My family and I were more than impressed with this home! Being so close to St. Armands and Lido Beach was perfect. The pool was used every single day, and we loved having access to a grill to cook at home in the evenings. The home is very high tech and the owner has very detailed instructions for renters which was much appreciated. The canal behind the house is home to a few manatees which we enjoyed watching every day. The property managers were very accommodating and quick with communication as well. We will absolutely be back for another week in the future!

We had an amazing time. Perfect location for shopping, eating or just going to the beach. We would definitely come back again. Jennifer was great to be in contact with as well. We would highly recommend this property.

Our vacation was wonderful. This house is close to everything and all within walking. Every detail in this home was spectacular. We highly recommend staying here. Loved it.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property. Everything from the pool/jacuzzi, to the amenities in the house were very clean and updated. We liked watching the kayak and SUP tours float by in the canal, and we were able to walk to the circle to a great selection of shops and restaurants as well as to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking/serving pieces you could ever need, and the grill was an added bonus, being able to eat in some evenings. The only downside was the traffic to get over to the mainland in the afternoon, but that was due to the holiday season. Highly recommend this house for your next Florida vacation!

I can not recommend this place highly enough. If you are staying in this area, stay here. It's a home from home. Everything you need so clear and the pool/spa was used everyday if not more than once. We had manatees in the canal. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach where you see the most wonderful sunsets and a short walk from excellent restaurants and shops. The personal service we received from the letting agents were second to none. You will not regret renting here can guarantee.

What a beautiful and exceptional 3 bedroom house with a full kitchen and many windows with such a great view! This was a couples week, and it was so perfect- so many things to do for everyone. It was wonderful that all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms, so we all had our own privacy. The house was light colored and had a seaside motif. The wide patio doors looked out on the wonderful pool with hot tub, which was used every night! The house was located on an inland canal and had a dock that was perfect place to go fishing- so bring your fishing poles! An additional guest house that is on the premises has one bedroom, living room and full kitchen that had a washer and dryer too. The rental is located one block from the Lido Beach, and one block from an upscale shopping area with many different restaurants which was perfect! All of us had a wonderful week here with everything available to us at the house. This beautiful house must not be passed up!

Three generations enjoyed a terrific week at this gorgeous vacation property. The house had everything you could imagine. The pool area was the highlight. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The separate guest house was perfect for the grandparents. The parents and teenagers had plenty of space in the main house. We were just a block from St. Armand's circle which made for nice strolls in the evening for dinner and ice cream. But we never heard any noise. The place was very peaceful on the canal. I would highly recommend this vacation home!

We were very lucky to find this place after several different holidays in the Sarasota area. This one was the best from a number of viewpoints. First, the location is great. Short walk to a beautiful beach, short walk to St. Armands circle for restaurants, shopping, ice cream, etc. The house is nicely laid out with an open floor plan. The pool was perfect for the kids and had heating, so it will be enjoyable even if the weather is cool, which it can be in December. Precise Realty folks were exceptionally reasonable and accommodating.
