Great location, well appointed and furnished.
Overall wonderful experience in an excellent location as well as peaceful surroundings. The condo was well stocked and in excellent condition. Anne the Owner was very responsive. The total stars would have been five across the board if the courtyard and patio had been hosed down prior to arrival. We understand how the desert wind can affect exterior conditions, so this may seem nitpicky. We had a great time!

We really like the property and the entire complex. Great view from the patio! Everything was clean and we didn't lack anything. The location is very convenient and the owner was one of the most responsive owners we have even encountered. When I had a question she responded immediately. That is much appreciated!

Property was well situated in development. It was clean, comfortable and quiet which we prefer. Anne was awesome and checked in a couple times. We just enjoyed and would return again for sure.

Perfect Spot
Great condo with a beautiful view of the mountains and sunsets. Has all the amenities that you need and the location is close to everything. This complex has 26 pools so you can social distance. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great stay all around
Our stay was wonderful - the condo was super clean, spacious, had all the amenities you would need and more (it came with a golf cart too!). It exceeded our expectations. We only used the master bedroom but it was nice to have an extra full bathroom. The bed in the master was memory foam and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need as well as a full spice rack which came in handy as we were cooking a lot. There's a BBQ grill on the patio which was handy as well. The amenities in the gated community were great too - golf, tennis, pool and jacuzzi and the best part, hardly anyone there. The host, Anne, was great - responsive and attentive. She even gave us a free night to stay since there was a little scheduling mix-up. Overall, this is a great place to stay. We would definitely go back! Thank you, Anne!

Great experience and place! Everything worked' and the place had more than enough amenities. The inside was very clean. We are picky guests and we were really impressed. Super easy and fast check in and flexible timing. Only recommendation is the patio could use some TLC. Thank you!

Super clean, super comfortable, super quiet, safe and great location!
This is truly a home away from home! Everything is so clean, the furniture is comfortable -- GREAT sleep on a super comfy bed and so quiet! TV's in every room and the bedrooms are nicely separated for ultimate privacy. The washer and dryer are excellent and quiet. The owner is spectacular to work with and made us aware of an upcoming work-related power outage so we were able to get up earlier and plan our day to be unaffected by it. We cannot say enough about this beautiful home and thank the owners for making it available to us. We felt badly as we had to leave a few days earlier due to a family-related emergency at home, but the owner was very understanding and so accommodating to our needs. We've booked for December 2019 already and can't wait to return to this beautiful slice of heaven! Thank you Anne for EVERYTHING!

Communication and written information regarding reservations, door lock combo, transponder, garage door opener, club card key, operating instructions for TV, etc. were excellent- never had to contact he owner about anything. High quality condo in the best county club in Palm Dessert area. Clean, large unit with three TV's and kitchen well-stocked with cooking utensils.The location is great; centrally located and walking distance from restaurants and movie theater. Met many nice people at the pool from surrounding units - has a great community feel. Of the four places we have stayed in Palm Dessert and Palm Springs over the past 6-7 years this was our favorite!

The owner stayed in touch and made sure we had all of the directions we needed to enter the property and gave us access to everything we needed. She was also available to answer any questions that arose during our stay. The owner kept in touch throughout the entire process and was quick to respond to inquiries. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We were there for Desert Trip and we were 1 mile from the shuttle and very close to the venue in Coachella. Would love to rate this more than 5 stars. Great experience from the beginning to the end! Thank you for providing us with a comfortable place to stay. Loved every minute!

Rancho Las Palmas ("RLP") Oasis
This was a last minute trip to the desert (high season, Spring Break and Coachella Music Festival). So happy to have found this oasis in RLP. Centrally located (lots of our favorite eateries nearby (The River, Sherman's), the condo is comfortable and clean, with a mountain and lake view. Nice evenings on the back patio!
Owner was very helpful...checked in to be sure all was well. Definitely adding this property to my "Favorites".

Spring Break Getaway
This is our 3rd time to stay in this condo. The location is great in the prime country club development in Rancho Mirage. We keep coming back to this condo because it is home away from home. The condo is comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well stocked.
