We loved the rental - it’s beautifully designed with all the necessary amenities for a family vacation. We enjoyed the furnished patio and loved the loft design. Location is so perfect by the beach and board walk as well. If we come back to Avila Beach, we’d love to stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay at Beach Happy! The location could not have been better. We traveled with 8 teenagers and 2 moms and the loft was perfect for boys. Plenty of beds and space for all. Although it being a condo, it never felt cramped even when dining all together. Definitely will rent again.

A family member was coming down the stair with sandals on and carrying something in one hand. Steps are too slippery and caused her to fall. Only one request is that the stair case should have some kind of grip material put on them.

We had a wonderful time at Beach Happy Getaway! The unit is very comfortaable, stylish and clean. Superior location, so close to the beach!! Kathleen from Seven Sisters was very helpful.

The place was well kept and nice. Had all accommodations with coffee pots, silverware, plates, towels.
Seven sisters was easy to work with when checking in and out. They were in communications all times making it possible to check in early if needed.
I highly recommend staying at Beach Happy.

Overall we had a good visit--although the oven didn't work and the refrigerator froze and ruined our fruits. Proximity to the beach was convenient and enjoyed by all.

This place is absolutely perfect. The location with a 1 minute walk to the beach is unrivaled. My kids loved that we could head down for time in the sand over and over again. The condo itself is also adorably decorated and very comfortable. I love the loft, which is huge. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was larger than I expected and well-stocked with necessities. I loved hanging out on the balcony in the back as well as the nice sitting area outside the front door. Overall, a gorgeous property and we will be back!

We rented two units Beach Happy and surf n surf out. They accommodated our family beautifully. There was plenty of room for everyone and these units were next door to each other so it was super convenient. Great location to as right outside the gate we were a half block from downtown and the beach. I would highly recommend Seven Sisters and these units in Avila Beach.

This home is beautiful and the location is great. The beach is literally just a couple walking minutes away. We didn’t even have to drive anywhere since there were restaurants right on the strip. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we come to Avila.
