Me, my wife, my adult siblings and some friends stayed here for a weekend to get together in a neutral spot. The location was perfect to be close to the water, close to the town of Newport while still being removed for a quiet space. The house is a great for a large group with plenty of things to do. The host was extremely communicative and created a smooth process. Would stay again!

My family of 11 stayed at this home and we were not disappointed! Clean, spacious, in a beautiful neigborhood and just steps from the beach. Short drives to many wonderful Rhode Island towns and activities.

The family ranging from ages 1 to 66 all enjoyed the spacious clean home. It is well stocked with everything you need. The beach across the street was perfect and the family and dogs enjoyed the water, beach and the awesome backyard!

This house is perfect, location, view, and neighborhood. I loved everything about it. My family and I were sad to leave. We are looking forward to going back again!

The house was perfect for our celebration of four family birthdays. Loved the beach and the amazing sunsets. House was so comfortable with great kitchen, living areas and bedrooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped. Fantastic location in a great neighborhood with beautiful views. Beds were comfortable and the fenced-in backyard was perfect for our 2 dogs! The owners were great to deal with. We would definitely consider staying there again (hopefully in warmer weather).

This was a perfect place for an extended family of seven to spend several days around Christmas. There are plenty of comfortable beds, a good-sized, well-equipped kitchen, a dining room table big enough for family dinners and board games, and plenty of comfortable sofas with more TVs than we could ever possibly use. During the day, there were state parks, beaches and cute small towns in the area to wander as well as walks outside the front door of the house itself. The house feels cozy but provides lots of public and private space. We couldn't have been happier there.

The photos of the property and location do not do this house justice. The house is warm, welcoming and very well furnished. The location is beautiful with great views of the bay from all locations of the house. We enjoyed drinking coffee watching the boats in the morning and the cozy den for reading. The kitchen is well equipped and great if you want to cook. The fenced yard was a major plus for us as the dogs loved it!

Communication was excellent. Very welcoming atmosphere. Comfortable and spacious home with a nice layout. All appliances in working oder and extremely organized. Easy access to clean linens. Nice walk to beach area. Parking areas are convenient for guests.

We returned again to this property in late October similar to our stay in 2021. The house is well organized for rentals. Great lakefront walks but also relatively short drives into Newport to the east of Narragansett to the west.

This property was absolutely breath taking. The house itself was perfect. It had so much room for everyone. There was 10 of us celebrating a bachelorette weekend. The house was so clean when we got there. There was everything you could need. The property owner was great with communication and was extremely nice. The views were gorgeous. It was a great neighborhood to stay in.

We had a wonderful time at Alyssa’s beautiful house. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out with abundant comfortable seating. The kitchen is well-stocked, the views are fantastic, and the bathrooms are very nice. We highly recommend this home.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! Myself and my family stayed a this home for a wedding on Goat Island. It was a quick drive to the venue and worked perfectly for us. Everyone loved the beautiful views of the ocean just across the street. Thank you, Alyssa!

7 women with a friendship of over fifty years enjoyed an amazing getaway in Jamestown! Water views were spectacular and the sunset did not disappoint! House was perfect setting for our visit!

The home was excellent. Plenty of room for our group. Nice, safe area with wonderful views. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Owner was quick to respond with any questions. We had a late arrival, and lights were left on for us.

We had a great time with our two adult children and their significant others. House provided space for everyone to spread out. Got to enjoy laid back vibe of beautiful Jamestown with water view from house/beach option across street, and easy drive to other parts of Jamestown. Loved being able to also ferry over to Newport!

This was a very peaceful and comfortable place to stay on the island of Jamestown. Easy access back over to town and Newport, but a tranquil spot to come home to. There is a small beach area right across the street from the property which is a lovely adjunct to the house. House had everything we needed , comfortable cottage furnishings and good sized comfortable bedrooms. We would stay again. Hosts were very easy to reach and prompt in all of their responses to our inquiries. No issues whatsoever. Excellent experience.

This house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 5 children. The kitchen was stocked well with equipment, everything was clean and tidy. There were extra twin mattresses that could be used on the floor. It was nice to have a fenced in back yard for the kids to play and the beach was right across the street. The house was lovely and roomy. It truly was PERFECT!

The house was lovely and the views of the bay were unbeatable. The bay was perfect for kids and adults alike, for fun and relaxation. The owner was very friendly and great to work with, and we would book again!

My family came from all over the country to meet for the "Blessing of the Fleet" 10 mile road race in Narragansitt. We stayed 4 days, 3 nights so also had time to take advantage of the local beach (across the street), attractions on Jamestown, as well as Newport. I wish I could show more than 5 stars for the location. It was just perfect for my little family reunion. It is across the street from a small and lovely beach. Also had easy access to Narragansett, and Newport. The house itself is lovely. Extraordinary views! It had plenty of beds for our large group. There were spaces where we could all congregate comfortably, and still nooks and crannies where people could go to find some privacy or peace and quiet. The sunsets were spectacular. The entire house was well appointed with all we needed (towels/linens, kitchen items, gas grill, plenty of chairs everywhere, things for the beach, et al). We were able to bring our service dog which was a bonus. The owner checked to make sure he was up to date on flea and tick medicine which I greatly appreciated because we also knew that previous furry guests would not be bringing little critters either. The owner met us for check-in and gave us a few pointers. She lives on the island and, while we never had to call her, it was comforting to know that if we needed anything, we could reach out. We all agreed that the house was literally perfect for our gathering. Thanks for everything!

We loved the house and found it to be fully equipped for us. The beach is beautiful and close to the house, but a little too rocky for the older family members.

We had a blast at this house for a week in July - Jamestown is the perfect location for a family vacation if you're sick of the traffic/crowds on the cape but still want access to great beaches and activities. This house was beautiful, conveniently located and very well maintained. Highly recommend!

The house, property and location were all perfect for our family stay while in town for a family wedding weekend. The beach across the street was perfect for those wanting to swim while others enjoyed the private backyard. The house was very clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Home is comfortable, spacious, and clean. The neighborhood beach across the street is quiet and relaxing. Water shoes recommended, as the beach has lots of shells. We viewed amazing sunsets from the beach or the front yard. Hosts were readily available to answer our questions. Highly recommend staying here.

We met up with family we hadn’t seen in a year. Kids had great time at the beach collecting shells and swimming. We played pickle ball on the front lawn and sat in the sun.

Our family totally enjoyed our stay here !! The location was perfect. The rental was big enough for 10 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs. Plenty of parking for everyone’s car. Fenced in back yard for the dogs to run around. Sitting by the fire pit in the front yard, we were treated to beautiful sunsets every day. The beach is right across the st, where we were able to launch our kayaks, go swimming, and the kids enjoyed climbing the rocks there. Street is quiet enough to bring grandkids on their bikes for quick rides. We basically stayed there the whole time except for going to get ice cream at Wicked Whisk, 6 min away, which was awesome! Kitchen was big enough to prepare meals, and gas grill was a good size 6 burner for all our grilling needs. There is a beautiful side room with great views, that we used as a story nook/ reading area / quiet space. Upstairs balcony was a perfect spot (with a perfect view ) for my morning coffee. Communication with Alyssa was great, always getting back to me promptly when I had questions. Check in and check out was easy and quick. Definitely recommend staying here !

This was our second stay and we had a wonderful time once again. The property is exactly as described with plenty of room for the max 12 guests. The location is fabulous with a gorgeous view and small beach option across the street. We tended to spend most of our time in the front yard playing games and sitting around the firepit. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway. The host is terrific, also. We will be back!
