Renee’s house was the perfect place for a Grand Haven visit. Very clean with a kitchen fully stocked to cook a big meal. Short walk to all of the best restaurants and shops. Very quiet and comfortable at night. Would happily rent again!

We’ve visited several rental places in Grand Haven. This one was the best option in this price range. The place was clean and had plenty of space for our family.

The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen had all we needed to cook some meals. Lots of stuff within walking distance. There is not central AC but it cooled off quickly and stayed a good temperature. Beds were all comfortable. Only one smaller tv but we didn’t need anything else. Lots of towels. An added bonus would have been a few bikes but we borrowed friends’ so that worked out. Definitely would recommend.

This place was exactly what we needed as my daughter hosted her soccer camp at GHHS. Kitchen was perfect, and a lot of space for us to spread out. I was able to comfortably work remotely a few of the days and the location was great! Only heard the train once the whole week…

Located just blocks from anything you need! 2 miles from the beach too! Pet friendly which was amazing for my dog. The owner was very nice. (if your pup is larger than the 50 lbs noted on the listing, just ask! My guy is 67 lbs) We enjoyed our stay and hope to book again in the future!

The location for my family was perfect! Head west 3 1/2 blocks and you are at Chinook Pier. I enjoyed walking my dog every morning while the rest of the family slept in! We explored every inch of the shopping district and a must for anyone staying is a trip to The Toasted Pickle Sandwich Shop! So good! The house had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well supplied for making meals and having a washer and dryer was great. Yes the train came through around 9am and then back again around 11am but it really didn’t disturb us at all. Renee is great and available when messaging her, which I appreciate. I gave this home 5 stars because I loved our stay there. The only suggestion I would give is to invest in a good mattress topper for each bed. For me and my family the beds were quite uncomfortable but I concede that as far as beds go everyone is different. Please don’t hesitate to rent out Renee’s home we were happy there for our vacation. Just don’t rent it when I want it again because I am sure I will be back! 😉

My husband and I were so happy to stay at this lovely and clean home. It is a short walk (approximately 5-6 blocks) to the downtown Grand Haven area. Although there is no central air, the ceiling fans and window units made the home very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower on the main floor was worth the rental fee. :-) It was great and we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. A few quirks, but what house doesn’t have them. Enjoy your stay.

The house had everything we needed. The train only went by a couple of times and was always in the middle of the day. The kids loved watching it go by.

We had a nice time at Renee’s vacation home!) It was conveniently located in a friendly neighborhood, close enough to enjoy the downtown sites, but not too close to the heavy traffic. The house is just as described in pictures & write up. The kitchen was well stocked & we had everything we needed to make some great meals. We stayed four nights & only heard the train come through the morning we were leaving. Many great shops & restaurants to explore! We hope to return, in the near future!

We were so pleasantly surprised with the house! The house is very cute with great use of space. We spent our evenings in the front living room hanging out....such a welcoming and light room! The picture does not do it justice. Love how the bedrooms are so spread out for privacy and quiet. The backyard space was wonderful to have coffee in the morning. The house is about 4 blocks to the viewing area of the Musical fountain and same distance to downtown shopping and dining. Just a great spot! Renee was great to work with, too. This house was perfect for our five-person family. Everyone had plenty of space, and the location of the rooms made it possible for some to sleep in when others wanted to get up. Probably our favorite feature was the fenced in back patio, which allowed us to be outdoors and still enjoy some privacy. We could walk right downtown or to Chinook Pier, and easily get anywhere by driving as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location walking distance from downtown and easy access to the boardwalk/lighthouse and businesses on US 31. Very cozy and comfortable, great experience!

Our son had a local fishing tournament. House was very accommodating and steps away from downtown and boardwalk. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very tidy for an older home. Kid friendly. The cleaning lady needs to work harder under the couches! Dust bunnys from last year I'm sure. :(This was perfect for our visit, walked everywhere, will bring our bikes next year. :)

We loved this property and will visit again. It was in our budget and offered us all the things we were looking for on our vacation. We walked to the boardwalk several times each day and an easy walk to the both business districts, Washington St and US 31. The home was furnished to be kid friendly. We cooked breakfast every morning and 5 evening meals and always found the pans or utensils we needed to prepare our meals. Thanks for a great escape.

Roomy enough for our family of 8. Everything you need and close to downtown...bike or walk to shopping, market, or the marina.
