Have stayed in other condo units within the greater complex and Lorie's place stands out. It is in the perfect location, directly across from the Queens Marketplace (and grocery store); is wonderfully furnished and clean; is kept updated; and feels homey rather than a sterile rental unit. It was our second time staying here and we loved it both times.

Great value for a condo in one of the Big Island resort areas (we checked them all). Location is great - near a couple grocery stories, a bunch of beaches, and restaurants with a range of price levels. Definitely try the Island Vintage Coffee (expensive but worth it) and Original Big Island Shave Ice. Check-in instructions were very detailed and accurate. Golf course view from the back lanai was an added source of free entertainment. 😄

We stayed for 17 nights for Ironman '23. 2 adults and 2 15 year old boys. Everything you read in the property description and other reviews is accurate. It was by far the best rental value of all the properties we looked at. More importantly is how responsive and helpful Lorie was/is. It's obvious they take pride in their property and love the Big Island. You will no be disappointed if you stay here.

This was our 2nd stay here and it was just as we remembered it. Super easy communication with the owners and onsite manager. The condo has everything you could need and more. Super clean, comfy beds. Quick walk to shops & restaurants and a very nice near by beach. Highly recommend for 2 couples or family. Thanks Lorie & Glen!

It’s a beautiful, gorgeous, and comfortable vacation home in a great location. Enjoying morning coffee in the Lanai every morning. Love the walks to Queens and Kings Marketplace and all the trails near by. All the restaurants, shopping, and beautiful beaches are so close to home. Very clean and well kept condo. Super comfortable for the 4 of us. The sofa bed is also very comfortable for our girls when they had their cousins coming over for sleepover. We spent 12 days to explore the whole entire big island, had so much fun, and found so many treasures. If we go back to the big island again, will definitely stay here again. Mahalo.

The condo was really comfortable for our kids and for my wife and me. Great layout to be social and get some quiet time if needed. Outside area was beautiful for just relaxing. Lorie leaves a great notebook full of ideas of where to go and what to do - super helpful and informative. Location was perfect for. Visiting a variety of beaches; and having the chairs, cooler, boards and snorkeling gear was so nice and really allowed us to do so much. Highly recommend this place! The pool at the unit was great to come back to each evening, cool off, and wind down. We will be back!

This condo is extremely clean and while the condo itself is not brand new, it seemed as though it was because the condition was absolutely perfect! The furnishings are great and the beds are really comfortable! The outdoor patio was a wonderful area to hang out and watch the golfers. If you are a chef, you may want to bring your own knife as the knives provided are not chef-type knives. Otherwise, there is plenty of dishes and cookware to make meals at home. We loved that there was a spice rack with a great variety of spices (we did bring our own cayenne as we like things HOT and we were glad we did because there was no cayenne). It was nice that previous guests left ketchup, mayo, soy sauce, etc. so we didn't have to buy those condiments. We left eggs, vodka, and olive oil for the next guests to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again! This is the perfect location to walk to the King/Queen shops and the pool is right across from the condo as well.

We loved staying at this home on the Big Island! The location was great (we liked the Waikoloa area), and convenient to stores/restaurants. The condo was lovely and very comfortable, and very well equipped. We enjoyed all the beach equipment provided. Communicating with Lorie was very easy and she responded to our questions promptly. Thank you for an amazing stay! We highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again soon!

I was skeptical. How could a place have so many 5 star reviews? Something must be up! Man was I wrong. This condo was absolutely perfect for our family (2 kids age 7 and 9). Pros: A grocery store across the street, a pool a few feet from your front door, half a dozen of the worlds best beaches within a 15 min drive, beach gear for your use stores in the garage incredibly well stocked kitchen, a grill, on a golf course (!) and plenty of other golf courses very close. The list goes on and on. Cons: At some point, you’ll have to leave :( Thank you for hosting our family for what was a VERY memorable trip. Until next time!

We have stayed in this condo complex before and it's in the best location, this particular unit is very well appointed with high-end furniture. They did a great job of setting this one up. I highly recommend it

Very lovely condo right on the golf course! Lots of room and very clean. The owner supplied us with all the essentials which was awesome. The owner is super nice and replied to all of our questions. She gave us a lot of information about the area and events taking place while we were there. I would definitely rent there again!

Very nice property, great location. Waikoloa Villas have been our go to for over a dozen trips now, and this unit is one of our favourites. Nice view, quiet, close to pool and shopping . Close to good beaches and dining.

Second visit at this property. So convenient across from Queens Shopping Plaza. Well stocked and very clean comfortable unit. Lovely Lanai to relax and BBQ on at end of the day. Right across from pool in complex for afternoon swim or evening hot tub. Great beaches near by. Fabulous host to deal with!

This condo is a 2-minute drive to the beach and continues to be the perfect location and fit for us. Located on a golf course fairway, the more than ample lanai overlooks this spread of manicured lawn with folks above and below speaking in hushed tones maintaining a serene atmosphere. This well-appointed condo fills our needs, and then some. Never tried an electric BBQ and got the chance on their lanai - worked like a charm. We used 2 of their 6 beach chairs and 1 of their 2 large beach umbrellas - all in great shape. For kids, there is a wide assortment of beach toys and noodles for the pool, just steps from the front door. We love to prepare most meals, and was happy with the variety of cookware.

What a great place! Relaxing on the patio overlooking the golf course with a cup of coffee in the morning or wine in the evening was perfect. Two little shopping areas with grocery and restaurants within a short walking distance. And putting the rental car in a garage was so convenient. Highly recommend!

H22 is a well-appointed and sparkling clean condo in a perfect location. The property is near beaches, shopping and restaurants, yet is in a quiet location overlooking a golf course with easy access to the pool. The host provided beach equipment and beach towels. Communication with the owner was excellent and we appreciated the information provided regarding local beaches, restaurants, etc. A perfect location to cap off our stay on the beautiful island of Hawaii.

The quality of the apartment is outstanding and fully equipped. Also we could use a lot of swimming and water equipment which is provided. Car parking at an own garage. The closest beach is about 1 mile away. Overall we had a good week and haven’t missed anything except some more local life (due to all resorts that are dominating the neighbourhood).

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It's decorated beautifully and well stocked with everything you'd need-- from tons of dishes, to bath & beach towels, to beach gear and even laundry detergent. It's within walking distance to the shops and is right across from one of the two pools, although the pool was under construction during our trip so we had to use the pool on the other side of the complex. That was a bummer, but also out of their control. So for future guests, it will be a great bonus to have access to a pool just steps away. Lorie was responsive and her instructions were easy to understand. Would happily stay here again should we return to the Big Island!

The condo overlooks the golf course and was a wonderful outdoor patio and grill to sit and relax. It was convenient to many nice beaches and walking distance to some restaurants and shopping. Wish we had spent more time!!
