We enjoyed our stay at this lovely and comfortable home! The view was spectacular and the restaurant had delicious food! Would definitely stay here again

Perfect place for three senior adults (75+) and three young adults (18-27). Places for gathering together, and spaces for individual activities. The only downside was the challenging access to get into the house itself… once inside, everything was basically one level. The views of the Bay were truly awesome.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house has great amenities, is very spacious, and clean! We love this location and the view was gorgeous! People of all ages will enjoy this home. Bonuses were the old school arcade video game and hot tub!! The owner was kind, responsive and accommodating. I hope to be back soon!

Great location with beautiful views of harbor and ocean. Any issues that came up were quickly resolved. A little dated, but we had no problem with that.

Great location and the house was perfect for our family thanksgiving. My only observation was the number of bed rooms is a little bet of a stretch but it worked out. Thank you for making it possible.

When contacted Jonathan was able to get BBQ grill replaced within 2 days. House was spacious with unbelievable views. Wish man cave was connected to inside of house. If you have a dog verify that the dog run fence has been replaced. Dated house but it was in our price range

Great neighborhood and a great home for a big family. Loved all the games and pool table!

House is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a view of the ocean and golf course. Convient little store/coffee at the golf course. The house is nice size with 3 bdrms upstairs and a sunroom with a futon that we utilize as a room for sleeping. There are 2 nice size bathrooms upstairs. Kitchen is fully stocked so there was plenty to use for cooking. There is a propane bbq on the deck but we decided not to use it was not burning evenly. The Man Cave downstairs was utilized for sleeping. It has a kitchen with mini fridge, stove and closet with lots of linens for the couch which pulled out to a bed. There were not much cookware downstairs but I assumed maybe it was all upstairs. We never cook downstairs. Overall it was big, roomy, and worked for us.

We had a beautiful stay in Bodega. Location was great and size of home was awesome. Plus, we could have our dog. Plenty of sleeping places, lots to do. Arcade game, pool table, views, walks, hot tub… the hot tub did not look clean. I did not even get in. I was really looking forward to it. I’m not sure the bedding was clean. The blankets and pillows were so old, the bedding was very uncomfortable. Some of the teens pulled out closet bedding to make up the futons. 2 of them heeded my advice and washed everything first. 2 of them didn’t, and 2 weeks home from vacay are still tending to rashes from an unknown breakout. We guess both girls reacted to dirty closet bedding. The floors in corners were dusty, and the home smelled of mold. As most coast homes do, but this is extra. I was not going to review the home, but the email invite prompted me too. My hubby made a good point about re booking. As least we know what to expect… we most likely won’t return.

Great location. And this house was family/kid friendly! Easy walk or drive to the beach. It’s definitely 3 regular bedrooms plus 1.5 areas for additional sleeping arrangements. We had 6 adults and 4 children - plenty of space. Fun!

I love this property and it's set up everything you could want and truly a View to Kill For.... Comfortable and clean!!

Everything was as described. My family and friends had a great time!

The description of the place was accurate. It was nice and had great amenities like the pool table and the balcony and the spa it was good for a family but What it did not say was that everything was falling apart or broke. We couldn’t go into the backyard, which is one of their focal points for how great the place was because the fence was literally falling over a huge missing board with a hole in the fence and the gate was so warped it would not close, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, except for the master bedroom that was comfortable the dishwasher had broken drawers inside of it and the trash cans were full of trash when we got there.

This was our second stay at this home. It is perfect for two families. There are plenty of sheets, towels, pillows and blankets. Everything is provided. Just bring food. Kitchen has all the dishes, utensils and pots you need. The hot tub is huge. The kids will love the “man cave” as there is a pool table and two tvs. We love this home!

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Bodega Bay. The house comfortably accommodated our family and we enjoyed the amenities such as the pool table, hot tub, and game console. The view from the kitchen and family room is terrific, with a panoramic view of the bay and ocean. We enjoyed lots of hiking and eating fresh seafood during our stay.

Clean house. Well appointed kitchen! Gorgeous views! Hot tub. Big bedrooms. Comfortable living room. Its simple as the owner says but had everything we needed and more. The hard drive in the living room is a bit loud. Didnt bug us. The tv has a quirk, but we had a millenial with us who figured it out. Thank you for a relaxing vacation! We hope to come back.

All dishes had to be washed before use, dressers drawers dirty so did not use, ,gate in backyard broken and wind made it bang all night, no gutters on back so dripping at night during rain, looks like owner is in process of repairs but overall condition is poor. A group of 5 quilters and we did have a good time but would not rent again.

Had my 92 yr old mother with us. She uses a walker. gave that information and asked how many stairs into the house. Had no idea there were a couple more once inside. Nor that there was a step down into the master. Also didn't realize that the Man Cave was outside access until I started looking at reviews. And no walk-in shower in main house was a problem for Mom as she can't get her legs up over the side of a tub. That was my mistake for not asking. However, all in all it was a great place. Views were awesome. The size of the house was perfect. It is a great house as long as there aren't physical limitations. And Mom got to look at the ocean!

This property is in a nice location, close to beach access, and very clean. Be aware that there are MANY stairs so if older or physically challenged it would be difficult. Man Cave only has access from outside which was a bummer. Amenities were great and property manager was prompt in responding to questions.

House is fantastic, lots of space to play and relax. Hot tub was awesome and had ample space for non hot tubers to sit outside and chit chat. I loved the view and sunsets the most it’s 180 degree view the 4 adult men in the group loved the vintage video game table, because it had a gazillion games from their childhood AND they could play against each other while sitting down (we are old!)🤣 the beds are good size, firm, not very comfy in our opinion, but lots of linens, blankets to keep us warm. Kitchen was well stocked. Open floor plan for living areas. Furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family loved staying here. Was the perfect house for our last minute vacation. Hot tub was great, loved the pool table and arcade table. Bed was very comfortable. Great views of the water. Would absolutely love to stay again.

The view and layout from this home is amazing. There are a lot of great ways to enjoy a stay from the hot tub to the pool table (which can only be reached from the outside...which meant not being able to use the "man cave" as a bedroom for our group.) The "lady cave" is really just a sun porch without window coverings. There is no way it would be warm enough for a winter stay even with the space heater offered. The kitchen has a lot of great gadgets and is well equipped. Parts of the kitchen could use a deep clean and you need to bring foil, baggies or tupper ware for leftovers as there really isn't any way to store those. Word of warning, there is a step down into the master bedroom and there is no visual transition. Maybe black tape or a rug would help? Took a hard fall the first night. Overall, it's a decent value. But with an almot $300 cleaning fee, it's more expensive than it initially looks.

Our teachers’ group had a great time. Lovely area. The owner was kind and very helpful. He even FaceTimed us when we had a technology question.

Great home. Owners were great throughout the process. The check in list covered everything in the entire house if you were to run into any issues! Raccoons are bad so don’t leave any garbage outside. Great house for large families.

Great location, great house....bunch of us got together for golfing, poker and this house worked out perfect for us. Thx a million for the memories!!!

We all had an amazing week enjoying Bodega Bay! Our rental beach house was the perfect size for our group of 10 people, ranging from ages 1 to 65, and 4 dogs! We didn't think we could find an affordable house with such a great location, but this home was it! The neighborhood was beautiful, and such a close walk to the ocean. The guys even enjoyed a round of golf on the golf course surrounding the neighborhood! The jacuzzi, pool table, piano, and game table were hits too! Thank you Jonathan for your great communication too! If you're looking for an affordable home to enjoy Bodega Bay, look no further!

Property advertised 4.5 bedrooms AND a man cave. There were 3 bedrooms! Man cave was not a bedroom! This did create an issue for us!

The house is a little on the older side, but perfectly clean with comfortable furnishings and well stocked. Nice location and just a really nice area.
