We loved our stay! Adorable home next to the bay. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. So many seabirds to see! We would love to come back again.

This house was amazing! Spring in Oregon is definitely unpredictable and it rained every morning, but the sun was shining every afternoon. Just a block from Netarts Bay, a short drive from Oceanside, and ten minutes from Tillamook. So much to do and see in this little area. The house was perfect for our little family. The kids loved their room with the bunk beds and we loved ours with the beautiful view. Even with a restaurant down below, it was so quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be staying here again.

The place itself is very comfortable and nicely decorated, even though the house is a bit older. We were 3 adults and enjoyed the layout of the house, but it seems like it would also be a great place for a family with kids...great layout in the family room with lots of TV options and games. There were some delays in communication through the emails that caused a problem, but the Guest Service phone number we got in a text answered quickly and were able to help us out when we ran into a problem with the lock.

This is a great house. Cozy and comfortable. It was nice to have seperate levels so we could all have some seperate space when we needed it. I only had two issues that dinged my ratings. First the upstairs shower did not adjust from hot, very-very hot. It was unuseable. Second, there was no firewood provided. This would be fine, but it should have been noted to bring your own. Once we discovered this, we ventured out to find some, but the local little store did not have any, and were not going to go all the way back to Tillamook. So we lost one night to have a nice fire. One of the reasons we chose this rental.

Loved our time here. Beautiful, Cozy, Clean, Comfortable home. Can’t wait for the next trip!

We had a blast during our stay in Netarts. This house is beautiful and great when you have teenagers that can just stay downstairs and have their own space. Small things like the rug and couch could definitely be upgraded, but again was a great house.

Scale of 1-10, stretch by the sea gets a bazillion from me.

This house was well equipped, clean, has a reasonable amount of space, and is conveniently located close to quiet and pleasant beaches. Netarts has none of the hustle and bustle of seaside or rockaway but is close enough for a quick trip to just about anywhere.

We had a blast with the dogs and the great beach!

The house needs some minor upkeep (bent blinds, missing thermostat dial, etc), but otherwise is a nice and cozy place. We enjoyed the local restaurants and beaches. It would be nice to have more shower towels. Overall we had a nice and relaxed stay.

Perfect beach home, next to our favorite crabbing bay. Great set up if you plan on bringing a boat. Home was clean and well setup. We only wish it didn’t rain our whole visit. Haha

Loved the walks on the beach, fresh crab at the restaurant that was steps away, cozy nights in the comfy beds. Definatly be back!

The house was just perfect for our Sister time. Great local shopping, a walk on the beach, and dinner not far away. The house had all we needed to stay in as well. It was very comfy. We will be back!

Looks nice from photos and sunset/views were good. Restaurant down the street was good and convenient. Many items were broken and furnishings were worn. House was not clean. Management company did address a few items promptly but overall stay was disappointing.

This was a perfect little getaway, to Come down and visit our family. It had everything we needed.

Great place to park a boat on the side of garage. Place was well equipped clean and comfortable. Note to owner: patio door and windows need a little work for water intrusion. We did have some heavy rainfall and leaked a lot into the house.

place was exactly as pictured and clean upon arrival. stocked with lots of items to make our stay enjoyable!

Great view, really close to Oceanside Beach, Rockaway Beach and Manhattan Beach. Good kitchen and appliances. Schooners restaurant within walking distance. Amazing food, but $$$

Clean spacious and well stocked kitchen and house. Bay views are amazing and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Lenny for the whole family to enjoy. Fire pit with chairs and yard for your four legged friends. Sunsets were amazing and the beach was not crowded. Grilled a nice piece of Coho salmon on the BBQ. Movies, games, three TV’s and cable in case anyone needs them. Nice deck to sit and watch the ever changing view of the bay and deer that came to visit daily.
