Overall we loved our stay. It is super close to spring training. The house has lots of room for little kids to enjoy and a park within walking distance. The only con would be that the pool and spa don’t heat at the same time and you aren’t told that until you arrive and that it takes your whole first day to heat the pool, which you are paying for, so you don’t get to enjoy the pool the whole first day.

This property was located in a quiet neighborhood within minutes to Goodyear Ballpark. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub, comfortable beds and ambiance of the house. It was perfect for our group of 8 and the owner, Kim, was easy/friendly to contact. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. It was a great location to enjoy soring training in the mornings, and the pool and hot tub in the afternoon/evening. The air hockey table was a huge hit with my kids. Kim was very responsive to the few questions I had. The house provided plenty of towels, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We hope to be back!

Very good. The pool was picture perfect as shown in the VRBO ad. We liked the layout of the home and it's proximity to so many things that we were interested in. We felt safe in the neighborhood.

We loved this house for its multiple gathering spaces for family fun. The heated pool was a highlight for the grandkids. The provided towels and quiet neighborhood was a plus! Both bathrooms have some water damage and need some attention but overall we loved this property.

Wonderful property
Wonderful experience for a first time to Arizona! The home was gorgeous, very clean, and my family enjoyed how large the home was to each have space! Pool was very clean and warm! Will definitely be back!!

Perfect house
Spacious, layout of house was spread out. Everyone had their own space when needed or gathered together in the great room or out by the pool. We had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Great house for hanging out
I came down with some friends to watch baseball, and we spent most of our time at the house while not at the games. We had an awesome time, got the hot tub/pool heated and spent some time every day in there, played some air hockey, and generally kept entertained at the house.
The house is pretty big, everyone had plenty of room, showers had nice pressure, kitchen had plenty of utensils/appliances, beds were comfortable. Basically a nice house that doesn't have any issues I've experienced in other rentals.

The house was so spacious - we could have had twice as many people and still been comfortable. Great location - close to some fun day hikes, the expressways and many restaurants.

Mini getaway for sports event and fun
This property had all the amenities you would need with a perfect location. Close to activities and grocery store. The patio/pool area was WONDERFUL and plenty of space inside for everyone to have their own area. Comfy beds and furniture and even had games for everyone to play. It was perfect for us that had girls the same age that could stay together in one room and 2 sets of parents to be able to each have their own rooms as well. Only thing I would say that could use a small improvement was the dishes were put back in the cupboard dirty but other than that it was great! Kim was very quick to answer any questions and was very easy to get a hold of.

Wonderful Getaway
The property was just as described. My family enjoyed the heated pool. The neighborhood was wonderful and close to US 10. I appreciated the thorough instructions that made getting situated in the house very easy. Highly recommend.

Best family reunion ever
We had an easy checkin, the door codes and alarm codes all worked. The house was very clean and tidy and brighter than the pictures! Everyone loves the layout of the house. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the warm sunlight and watching the evening sunset. No problems at all with spa and pool, didn't take long to get them warm. Plenty of pool towels for all of us. This house is very well stocked with all the dishes and kitchen ware you could ever need. Clear instructions on check out procedures. We had so much fun with just hanging around and playing games! Grocery stores very close for whatever you need. A special thanks to Kim for finding our lost ring and returning it! 10/10 would rent it again.

Christmas in Arizona
We spent Christmas in Arizona with our Son who is stationed at Luke, AFB. Very close proximity. Beautiful Home, well supplied and organized. We unfortunately ran into a couple issues, no fault of the owners, but communication with the owners was great. They responded and resolved issues quickly! Unfortunately, the only thing we couldnt figure out or resolve during our stay was the pool heater, but owner offered refund on payment we made to heat the pool. Close to many restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Beautiful home in a great location!
Our family and friends were in town for a swim meet for our kids. We stayed in this home for the weekend and it was perfect for us! The home is spacious and had everything we needed for the weekend. The pool was very nice and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There were two refrigerators for us to use and the ice machine in the big fridge worked great! Communicating with the host was very easy and they responded right away. Highly recommend this home for anyone staying in the area!

Great place!
My son and I stayed there for a baseball tournament and we couldn’t of been more comfortable. Location was fantastic and had restaurants, shops and gas stations minutes from the home. Any questions we had were answered immediately. Definitely will be back.

Amazing AZ Getaway
We could not have been more pleased with this property, it was way more than we had expected! Great spot for a weekend getaway
My girlfriend and I spent a long weekend here to celebrate an anniversary and loved having the pool and hot tub to relax by. The home was spacious and we had a great time using the chess set too! Great place for a trip.

The house and pool was comfortable to stay in. The house has seen some wear and tear.
The water never got hot in showers other than master bathroom. The master shower is very slippery when you’re taking a shower.
Dishes were dirty in the cupboards. No paper towel and very little dish soap. Pool needs a new net for cleaning pool.

A great time for family
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well organized, and the pool and hot tub were used every day. The location was good and the owners made check in and check out easy and efficient. The location worked out well for us, although it seemed that a lot of our activities ended up being on the east side of the city, but that might just be us. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental and will return if we have the opportunity.

Can’t wait to come back!
Property inside and outside is great and spacious for any occassion. It’s located in a great neighborhood and we were able to talk to a couple of the friendly neighbors. Walking distance to groceries/restaurants. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, glad we got the heater as well. The extra game room was perfect for the breaks from the sun. We got lucky with the weather when we came but still can’t wait to come back!

We so enjoyed being back in the desert this year, and having this wonderful house made it all that much sweeter. The property, the location and the pool worked perfectly for us.
We liked it so much we tried to rent it again next year but someone had already beaten me to it!
