The house was very clean with great amenities. We will definitely be staying there again.

We had the best time in Parker. The home is exceptional and the location and views are stunning. There was plenty of room for our 2 families and the house was so comfortable and accommodating. Thank you for letting us stay, we will definitely be back. The owner was extremely helpful and took extra time to make sure our trip was perfect!

This home is located on a great section on the river. It's not too busy, so you do get those quiet mornings on the river, however it isn't too far from the fun river bars. The home is super clean and updated. The manager walked us through everything that we needed to know about the house, which was very helpful. The views of the river and hills are just great and we had 3 different spots on the property to choose from for the views. Very well equipped and very well maintained! We will definitely rent again!!

This house is absolutely incredible, the location and amenities and by far over the top. The owners run a tight program, the decor and furnishing are all updated. The dock, looks new. Boat launch is less then 3min away. Gas and market are directly across the river. I will be back soon and they have a 2nd house next door if you have extra guest. Great meeting you as well in person. Great family location, not for the partying groups at all. Which makes it even more desirable……

Wow. Was very impressed with this property and the owners/manager. Completely remodeled. On water with lounge chairs to watch the sunset every night. Spacious, cozy, and close to everything. I stayed here for a couple weeks because I liked being here so much, even tried to extend it longer. The thought process that went into every detail in the home is pretty impressive actually. From adequate power outlets to fully stocked kitchen utensils and cookingwear to a bed that is comfier than my actual bed at home to large TVs to fully stocked DVDs to easy electronics and Netflix-use, etc. etc. etc. Large balconies with great views. The property manager even gave me some gasoline for my wakeboard boat, free-of-charge, after-hours, when the gas station was closed and I was completely out of gas AND even helped me re-trailer my boat when it was just me on move-out day. Thank you guys! Will be back for sure.

We had the best time staying at this house! The location is perfect with large U dock for the boat and great swimming area with no current. The house was just renovated renovated and they did an amazing job! Spoke with owners a couple times and they were so nice and helpful. The property manager Chris was great and super helpful. All of them were just great people. My family and I had an absolute blast and we all agreed that we will be staying here every summer!

When we arrived Chris the property manager was there to welcome us and show us how to work things such as the ice machine (which was the best thing to have to fill the ice chests). The house itself was BEAUTIFUL and located in the best location on the river. I would definitely stay here again. The property was beautiful and was our home away from home for the few days we were there. We cooked while at the house and it had everything we needed to feed a family of 9. The view was absolutely amazing and the sunsets are to die for!

Phenomenal owners and property manager, I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this property! The location, layout, and upkeep we beyond our expectations! It’s the only place to stay on Parker Strip!!

The house cannot be nicer, great floor plan that accommodates so well. Also a beautiful patio and deck with fixed dock. Perfect spot on the river to swim right in front without strong currents. Great family place, wonderful property

Had a great 4 day trip spent at this property with our family of 5 adults. Everything about the place was perfect and just as mentioned! We spent leisurely mornings and evenings on the large patio watching the boats go by, and the dock worked great for our boat. The house is large and was very comfortable for everyone...big common rooms and 3 bedrooms/bathrooms for privacy. We all loved it and would come back and stay here again!

Me and the boys had to get away for a little playtime and we stumbled upon this gem. Waterfront, bbq, great patio and atmosphere for a get away with friends or family. I would definitely do it again.
