Very clean condo, fully equipped, very nice pool, and amazing views. Only complaint is the cookware….pans should be replaced.

Double beds instead of queen made it somewhat uncomfortable but knew size ahead of time. Condo very clean . We had great weather and condo ideally located close to town. We did not come to watch TV but following the directions for Roku TV we could not getcable news or just a evening. Can understand if bad weather but did not like the setup with 4 remotes and figuring which one works.! Very frustrating.! Unless you have Roku or are a technical genius don’t plan on much if any TV. Followed directions given on sheet and then if you get something delayed it is reruns or weather in Cleveland. ? !

Location was perfect for our needs; no street noise at all. Loved the large deck and the ocean views. Property management was very friendly and responsive. Nice big sunny window in the bedroom. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but other than that we enjoyed our stay here.

We picked this rental because of its central location to town and also that it was dog-friendly. Everything was as described, and the check in process was very easy (stopped by a property office down the road for key code). Our only comment is that the bed is very squeaky- it would be great if this could be replaced, and we had seen this in prior reviews. Overall, a simple and easy place for a beach weekend.

The place was clean but there was an ant problem in the kitchen . If you left anything out with the hour there were ants all over. The Tv in the bedroom had no wires so we only had one channel on that tv.

Our room was clean and accommodating. I’d highly recommend having the beds replaced as both of them were extremely uncomfortable. They had zero padding and were old and squeaked with every move. We actually rotated to the the reclining chair to get a few hours of sleep. Aside from the beds, it’s perfect for a small family who prefers to stay in for dinner instead of dining in the island. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. We will continue to stay here for years to come.

Clean property close to the beach we would stay here again

Showering was an unpleasant experience and we used bottled water for bird baths. Colder outside temps seemed to help, however property really needs a water filtering system to remove harsh smell. Likely perfectly safe to use “if” you can get past the smell. Otherwise - we would recommend this location.

It had everything we needed, and was located so close to everything we wanted to do. The porch is perfect for sitting and enjoying the ocean views. Loved the pool as well. We will definitely be booking this condo again! Port A Escapes was absolutely wonderful to work with as well, with quick communication and helpful employees!

Check in was easy, coded door lock was easy. Then we walked into the condo and were overwhelmed with the smell of mold coming from the A/C. The smell was so strong that I had a headache for the entirety of our stay. Opened the closet and found a giant water roach(would not have been that big of a deal if I didnt find baby roaches in the kitchen 2 days later. The beds were awful and creaked all night with a pit in the middle of the mattress. Location was amazing, pool was amazing but very disappointed in the substandard accomodations

This perfect little condo was great for our small on the go crew. The community is wonderful, nice open green spaces if you bring your fur baby, and the pool is just right! It's a small place - but perfect for breaks from the beach and resting up for the next day. Very clean - everything you need and close to the beach. The community path down to the beach is beautifully preserved. It is a little steep over the dunes. We also rented a golf cart and highly recommend.

This is the type of condo for you if you don’t plan to spend any time there. It’s not a place to relax but more of a place to try to sleep. The porch beach view is pretty and the grounds/ pool are nice but the furniture inside is basically patio furniture. It’s nice patio furniture but designed for outdoor seating and very scratchy. Not a place to relax. The beds are not that comfortable and make very loud noises any time there is the smallest movement. The beds would have been somewhat tolerable if they were not topped with the absolute worst sheets that money can buy, they felt like actual sandpaper. They were so thin that you could literally see the blood stains on the bed topper cover through the sheets on one of the beds. If you are not going to invest in mattresses or furniture at least buy some decent sheets because it’s like adding insult to injury.

Perfect property for those that want to be close to the beach with a great walk way to the beach.

The location was perfect with easy access to the beach! However, the furniture was very uncomfortable. Living room furniture was outdoor furniture and the beds were very squeaky with the slightest movement. The AC was very loud so we weee unable to sleep despite being exhausting from the beach. Changing out the furniture would make all the difference for this unit!!

We had a great stay here. Quite little place close to the beach, restaurants and anything that you need while in the island!
