This is our second time staying at this property and love it just as much as we did the first time. Immaculately clean, well stocked, and great amenities. Our kiddos love the private hot tub and fireplace for nightly s'mores. The location in between the Village and Ford Park is perfect and of course we love being steps away from the creek. Can't wait to stay here again!

Many people say they will return to a place they rented, and we did. It was just as wonderful an experience and week-long 'home' as last summer! We hope to return next year to enjoy this high-end and thoughtfully-appointed condo with its fantastic proximity to Vail Village. Thanks again, Astrid!

Great location - walking distance to lift, gondola and Vail village. Great amenities - gas fireplace, comfortable layout, fully stocked, clean and easy parking. Great communication with owner - quick repsonses and clear instructions. Would definietly recommend and stay again.

This place was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. Close to everything, beautiful, great amenities, and wonderful views. Communication with Astrid was great - she is incredibly responsive. We look forward to staying here in the future.

The condo is decorated beautifully. We loved the chef’s kitchen. It was well stocked and even had basic cooking essentials like olive oil and spices. Another perk is the jetted tub, which was much needed after a day on the mountain. We also enjoyed the outdoor fireplace on the patio, great place to hang out and take in the scenery while staying warm. The only negative was the bed and pillows (very very firm and hard to get comfortable) and it was a queen (we prefer a king), but that may be a matter of personal preference.

This property was perfect for a long weekend ski trip. Short walk to gondola one where we started our adventures each day. The property was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was one of the best equipped rental properties I’ve stayed at.

This property is well cared for and offers all amenities for a great stay just outside of Vail Village....everything is in walking distance and bus stop is close to go into Lion's Head. Perfect for a couple or a small family. Max of 4 people I would recommend. Very comfy after a day of skiing. Definitely recommend. Astrid was very helpful prior to our stay.

This was our second time staying at this condo and this experience was just as great as the first. The place is so cozy and comfortable, and the location cannot be beat. Communication with Astrid was excellent. We had a slight problem with the outdoor fireplace but she walked us through resolution. I’d highly, highly recommend this place.

This condo is even better than described! Wonderful layout, nicely decorated, has everything you need, beautiful view in a peaceful area, and listening to Gore creek was wonderful. We parked our car in the nice garage on Friday and didn't not get back in it until Monday when we left - you can walk everywhere in Vail and Lionshead and it's close to trails too. Just a fantastic place and we hope to stay there again!!! Also, thanks to Astrid for her help before we left and the property manager was wonderful - gave us lots of restaurant and hiking tips!

This Condo is very well located along Gore Creek with beautiful views of the Vail Slopeside. The condo is well appointed, luxurious, and its location is the best part. To sit out on the patio each morning with the beautiful Aspen trees in front of you, views of the mountain, and the sound of Gore Creek running below you made it worth the trip. We traveled with children ages 3 & 7. The murphy bed was perfect for them. In addition, the hot tub on the patio and then the pool at the condo building worked out well given the warmer temperatures during our visit. Overall, this is an awesome condo. We would return and I would recommend to others looking to visit Vail!

Astrid’s place is the best yet for our summer Vail visits: quiet, immaculately clean, a 5 minute walk to anything between Vail Village and Ford Park, super spacious/luxurious for a 1 BR (incl. a second full bath) both inside and out plus great sleeping to the gurgles of Gore Creek. Astrid herself was incredibly responsive both before and during our stay. Merci beaucoup … we’ll be back!

What a delightful vacation home for a Vail experience! We loved so many things. First, the private parking garage is great and the owner's instructions of where to find your parking space were very helpful.. Second, we loved the fact that this unit is located literally 10 steps from where you park to its front door on the same level with no stairs to deal with. The unit was fully equipped. The friendly building manager tweeked the two fireplaces for us so they started without a hitch simply by flipping a switch and were lovely to have for the surprisingly chilly weather we had. The hot tub was quite hot and wonderful and very private from the walking path down below. AC and bed were both fine. The laundry room was nice. Location on the path to Vail is stellar. The real test of care is how many Kleenex boxes the owner has provided--and I counted at least four or five, so that's the real test of owner care for guests. Clearly this is a five star accommodation we thoroughly enjoyed!

This is an amazing 5 star property with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Beautiful furnishings. Loved the quick access to the river trail and ability to walk right down to the village. Construction going on at the front of the property, but the communication was amazing by the owner to ensure we knew how to access the Condo. Definitely will return if we are in the Vail area.

We had an amazing time! Astrid couldn't have been more helpful and the communication was very timely. She gave us great restaurant recommendations! The property was immaculate and the location was so close to everything in the village that we were able to walk anywhere we needed to go. When we walked in it looked like we were the first people to stay there. The underground heated parking was a huge perk as well. We will definitely be back! Thanks Astrid!

Relaxing property close to lifts in Vail Village yet private and quiet. Everything within walking distance. Enjoyed out stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo which was only an 8 min walk to Vail Village! The condo was well stocked and the hot tub was a hit! The bed was a little small but that is only because we are used to sleeping in a king size bed! Overall we give this place a 10!!! One of the next condo we have stayed at!

We really enjoyed the condo. It is beautiful, high end finishes, easy access with garage parking, and close to the village yet still private. Would definitely return.

All around a great Vail condo - excellent location right near the mountain and Vail village, very nice and clean and with all of the amenities one might need, perfect size for two people, super easy check in / check out and communication with the owner! Would definitely rent again!

Everything was smooth and Astrid was so pleasant to coordinate with. As odd as it might seem, to us, one of the most surprising features was the fact that the underground garage was heated; which made it so easy unloading our car. Otherwise it would have been in 12 degree weather which would have proved challenging. Lastly, the parking space in the garage is less than 8 feet from the villa entrance.

The property was exactly as described. Actually I don’t feel the description did the property complete justice!!! Astrid is amazing!!!! Just saying!!!! She was very attentive when we had questions regarding parking, etc. Upon arrival we did have a bit of a challenge finding the parking. However, this was no fault of anyone’s other than the 18 wheeler that had blocked the drive and garage area. But, after we did get in the garage, the parking was even amazing. As most know there are challenges finding parking in Vail so the fact that the parking space was/is literally next door to the entrance of the building and around the elevator is the entrance to condo! PERFECT!!! We loved the hot tub and being able to not have to depend on a communal hot tub with all the COVID worries. I even had inquired prior to our stay about dining recommendations....the list was superb!!!! We are actually going back to Vail in a few weeks and I so wish this property could accommodate 6. I would so love to have stayed here again! I can only hope that the other accommodations are even slightly as wonderful! Thank you again Astrid for your amazing hospitality!!!! My fiancé and I had to postpone our wedding so we decided to go on a long weekend getaway to relax and distract ourselves for the weekend. Astrid’s place was truly perfect and everything we were looking for, for our stay! Astrid was great with communication and left clear check-in details and info about the condo ahead of time, the condo was immaculate and just like the photos when we arrived. We loved that there was parking and it was super accessible to the unit. The unit was spacious, private, updated (beautiful) kitchen & appliances, and clean. We loved the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, grill, and the amazing hot tub! It had tons of amenities in the kitchen as well: plates, mugs, silverware, all the utensils you could think of, coffee/coffee filters for the coffee pot, seasonings, oil, etc. In-unit laundry was also a plus! Location was great as well. Right along the walking path into the village, close to many of the hikes and more! We couldn’t recommend this unit more and are already planning our next stay here!

Very nice Condo in a Building that at the present time has major construction adjacent to it! This is a first floor walk out right above Gore Creek. Short walk to East Vail and Vail Village along the trail. Parking is underneath and thru a Construction Zone. Make sure to get present code from Owner, as garage is typically open during the day when Construction is ongoing, but at night they close the door and you must have the correct code. This is a 1-bedroom, but has two full baths. Certainly large enough for 4 people (has a Murphy bed). Appliances and amenities are nice. If you need to adjust the temperature at all in the unit, you must stand on a chair or ladder, as thermostat is ABOVE the Murphy Bed (very odd spot). Owner(s) are very responsive if you have any issues.
