Property was nice. We enjoyed our stay close to shopping and the falls

Big back yard, gas grills, wonderful back patio, outside dining table, beautiful landscaping, clean and organized, and plenty of space for guests! Centrally located from the historic town of Niagara on the lake to the Niagara falls and all the cute little towns in between! Excellent value and super host Lee was there for us when ever we needed to get in touch? Can't go wrong by choosing this getaway for your next vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves while spending a couple days in Niagara! Found everything as described and appreciated the meticulous care taken to make our stay as seamless and comfortable as possible. Would not hesitate to rent again and could easily do so with another couple or in-laws- the basement space is more than suitable. Thank you again for all!

Perfect location but the house is old and desperately needs updating. Musty smell in the basement as has been mentioned before in previous reviews. The outside BBQ grill could have been in better shape. But enjoyed our stay though I recommend to the owner to do some repairs. The master bedroom is perfect but the basement really needs to be taken care of.

It’s misleading the second bathroom and living space was in the basement. My sister is handicapped and couldn’t go downstairs. We had to go and get more toilet paper we ran out on Wednesday. Had better experiences in Florida.

This property is very clean and was a great home away from home for us while we vacationed in the Niagara region. It is close enough to walk to restaurants and some shops. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped (other than small plates) and we enjoyed sitting out back in the pretty, private deck area. Thank you, Lee, for providing us with a safe, comfy place to call home for the week.

The property supersedes our expectation! We've stayed here numerous times and will definitely be back. The place is very clean, quiet, and spacious. It has everything you need. The location is great, just minutes from shops, stores and the highway. The place is cozy and comfortable. The host is very accommodating and available if you need anything. I would highly recommend staying here!

I stayed here with my wife & 2 boys (12 & 9). This was my 1st time booking on VRBO. It defaults to USD even when you are in Canada & staying in Canada. I did not catch it. This was my mistake. I brought it up to the owner & she kindly agreed to give a discount & reduce the cleaning fee. This was very nice. It was to be after the stay. We arrived on Christmas Eve. At first it looked clean, but it was very poorly cleaned. Cleanser in the toilets but under the seat had dried urine stuck on. There was hair in the sink. Dish clothes put back with food on them. Microwave had food splatter inside. Dishes put away dirty. Downstairs: 2 dead wasps in the sink (December in Ontario). When was it last cleaned? Birthday cake left in the freezer. Blood & gloves on the bathroom floor. Downstairs bathroom looked used. We have pics, and sent them to VRBO. My wife spent 5 hours cleaning Christmas Day. Washed all dishes, towels & throw blankets. The owner was out of country but still responded. She was very sorry & offered to reimburse the whole cleaning fee. She said we could contact her property manager. I tried to text, but you can only call. Next morning, the manager showed up unannounced just after 9 am & woke up my son. We were still settling from the time change. There was nothing left to do, so we sent her away. We did not get to use the air hockey as there were no pucks & paddles. My wife did about 6 loads of laundry during that week & all worked well. The owner had good communication until we checked out. She text looking for air hockey pucks. I told her they were not there when we got there. A couple of day later I followed up about our refund. I got a message that we were not getting money back. I was shocked. The only info we got was “damage done to dryer vent system and air hockey equipment”. We did not damage the dryer vent system. It worked while we were there. We did not take air hockey pucks. I text her that & the pix of the poor cleaning. No response. No further explanation. We did not get any of the money back. No discount. No cleaning fee. No damage deposit. The damage deposit is big, and she will keep it. I thought it was her cleaners/manager, not her, so I offered not to give a bad review if she just returned money owed. She did not respond. I am a VP at a Berkshire Hathaway Company. Why would we take air hockey pucks? If the place was cleaned prior, they would have known they were missing. How or why would we damage the dryer vent? Beware!

House was not as clean as it looks in photos or as reviews would describe. There is a musty smell in the house/furniture and we received towels with small stains on them. Additionally, we found large ants throughout the house during our stay and when we contacted the property manager, nothing was done about it. They just acknowledged that they exist and that was that. The neighborhood felt safe and there was plenty of space in the house for many people to sleep. However, if I were visiting the area again, I would choose another place to stay. We didn't truly feel relaxed on this trip because of cleanliness issues.

2 level house with lots of space for a large family. There are two family rooms so the kids can have their own space. Easy access to highways for sightseeing. House is well stocked for cooking meals as well.

Lee was a great host. Went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Everything was as promised. The home was comfortable and a welcoming place. Great location. Close to highways and quick access if you plan to go to Niagara Falls or take in wine tours at the many in the area. Definitely a place I would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay, and we loved the house. Very clean and everything is included. Lee is very nice, she helped us during our stay and answered all of our questions. I really recommend this house, and would stay there again.

My friends and I came to Canada for the first time and were not sure what to expect. The house was great for our needs and although we didn’t spend much time there due to great adventures all around us, it was all we expected to be. Clean, with lots of amenities and an awesome deck to sit out and enjoy our morning coffee. We highly recommend this place. Very enjoyable. Thanks to Lee for all his help throughout the process.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and the location was very convenient to everything. Lee was extremely responsive to any questions we had. I'm sure we will be back next year!

We were very pleased with the home in Glenridge. Bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, and kitchen were all located on the main floor which was very convenient for my mom who uses a walker. The property was exceptionally clean and lots of little extras like shampoo and ziplock bags were available for our use. Lee was very responsive and gave us exactly the information we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this property to those staying in the Niagara area.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. As my granddaughter stated it felt very cozy. I gave five stars for cleanliness but have to mention that the guest who stayed in the downstairs bedroom said it was dusty. The kitchen was well stocked but I would recommend providing a 9x13 casserole dish. The beds were all very comfortable and we enjoyed the deck and backyard. We were very pleased how convenient the location was to everything we wanted to do and see. Welland Locks were interesting and we actually got the see a large ship in the canal. The butterfly conservatory was amazing. Lee was prompt in answering the few questions we had and we even got to meet his Mom! We would highly recommend this house for visiting the Niagara region.

We loved staying in this property. It was close to the supermarket, shopping Mall and cinema. Only 20 minutes drive from Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake so ideal if you have a car. Communication with Lee was excellent through out out stay. We would definitely consider staying here again if visiting the Niagara region. Overall: excellent :)

Nice house and good location

This home accommodated our party of 5. It was clean and has a large fenced in yard in the back. Property owner was responsive and accommodated our needs. It is conveniently located on a major road and I was able to walk to Zehr's supermarket and Penn Center Mall. Niagara Falls is nearby and Toronto is a little over an hour drive, and Niagara on the Lake is 20 minutes driving distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Lee is great! He responded quickly if I had any questions. The house was very clean and in a very nice area. It was only a short trip to the falls. The neighborhood was quant and lots to do during the day and at night. The backyard for the property was one of the nicest aspects of the house. Great for a group of friends who want to get away for a weekend or a family! Highly recommend to stay at this property!

We spent 5 days at this home and it was perfect for a family of 5. Between plenty of room, comfortable accommodations, the owner was great on communication. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping near by and the house is 25 minutes from everything in Niagara Falls!

The property was clean and nice. We received plenty of instructions from Lee before we arrived. The downstairs was not quite as up to date as the upstairs but was a great bonus space that worked well for the teenagers we brought along. Everyone loved the space and we would definitely return if we are in the area again.
