travelled to NSB for 4th of July and had the best view of the fireworks from the pool deck!

My husband and his family have been coming to MoonTide in New Smyrna Beach for over 20yrs. As our family grew we needed our own space but it was hard finding a condo that fit our family. THIS CONDO WAS PERFECT! My husband would say I'm a little "Bougie" so the decor and touches on the space are beautiful. We had plenty of room for our family but the space they have created is also intimate and perfect for family game nights, dinners etc! We love that you can see the ocean but that the room is right by the pool and gym area which is so convenient. Lastly, our host, Annie was wonderful and so easy to work with. She also went above and beyond. There was still a little construction going on at the building from the hurricane and instead of not addressing it she told us right away and totally took care of us! I appreciate honestly and transparency! Thank you for an amazing week!!

Everyone enjoyed the stay except for the jackhammering at 8:00 a.m. every morning. We would stay again.

We loved our stay. The condo was very nice. The beach was beautiful. The staff was great.

We were here for 2 weeks . We loved the great access to the pool. The kitchen was very well equipped and living and dining room furniture were more than comfortable and plentiful for a large group. Beds were very comfortable. The Master bathroom was a bit small with not a lot of room for bath toiletries. The other bathroom had nice shelves for bath toiletries but none of this would prohibit us from renting again. Lots of Great restaurants in the area with plenty to do.

This was a wonderful property to stay at for a family vacation!

Town great. Ocean great. View from unit obstructed as we were told. Construction noise really loud at times. As we were told. No beach access and no pickle ball. Hoped both would be rectified before we left. Owner was super and extremely accommodating. Unit just too big for two people. Location great. Certainly would rent here again. Loved NSB. This unit is perfect for a large family ocean stay.

We were a little disappointed with the renovations around there was a lot of noise from 8 am during all day long. We could hear the jackjammer in the condo.

The condo was spacious, bright and pleasant. It is decorated tastefully and we found it extremely clean. The owners do a great job with communication and with providing everything that one might need.

The condo was beautiful and accommodated us perfectly. Annie was very helpful! If we need a condo on the beach in the future, we would certainly try to book again.

The condo was exactly what our family was hoping for in our first combined vacation since COVID came on the scene. The amenities were perfect for us. Our children were either in the pool, beach or ocean every day! The condo was clean and very comfortable for our party of 9. Thanks so much, Annie, and we'll definitely recommend it to our friends!

Enjoyed the stay. The beach and pool access were very close. There were many restaurants close by. The kids all want to go back next year.

The condo was nice on the inside but we rented it based on the proximity to the pool and a couple of days before the trip we were informed there would be construction outside of our room. Due to that construction we were not able to utilize the pool as intended. The maintenance team was not friendly and scolded my family on more than one occasion during the stay for not putting carts away properly which was not very customer focused given the construction and other concerns we had expressed about the building. Also during the stay there was only 1 elevator for our building working and even that elevator went down on 3 separate days.

My family and friends loved staying here. This condo is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, and it was more so with decorations and personal touches such as the towels and the colors in the bedrooms and living room. Annie was an awesome hostess!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and loved showing off the condo.

Great location, with a partial view of the ocean. The condo was overall clean, but felt like it hadn’t been used recently and had been sitting. The air had a stale smell for the first few hours, and the floors were very dusty. I’m sure it wouldn’t be an issue when it’s the more popular season and being rented regularly. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed, including a Keurig coffee maker. The beds are memory foam and were very hot while sleeping, I can’t imagine being there in the summer.

We loved the location of this property. The condo was as listed, with plenty of dishes & necessities. Communication with the owner was amazing. We would definitely stay again, if we ever get back to this area!

We had a large group of 10 and the space was perfect! Beds for all, enough seating, towels and space for us. The large table was perfect for playing games, the pool was right outside the door and the entire complex was clean. Access to the beach was easy too. The kitchen is well equipped with everything to make family meals.

Communication was awesome. Property was as described and lovely. We had everything we needed and then some!

Debbie, the owner was very easy to communicate with. The property was exactly as described and we had the best stay. While there we talked about coming back already!

We loved the unit and all that it provided. Yes, partial view of ocean, but we enjoyed sitting up at the pool with clear view. Two suggestions - front bedrooms need room darkening curtains as light from security lights shown in rooms. Second, we were not sure where box was with key to unit. A better explanation of layout of condos would be helpful (A and B - parking, etc.) Oh and disappointed we did not have access to fitness room. Thanks and we would return.

We loved our stay! Very easy to get to the beach and the pool. Unit was very clean. Lots of space. May want extension cords as there aren't great outlet options in the bedrooms. Would stay here again in the future! You will also need to back to unit to use bathroom from beach and pool, but they are both easy to get to.

This property was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was great. We had no problems with anyone during our stay. Great location would stay again highly recommended it.

The property is fantastic. The condo is nice. The ocean front is deceiving as the pool interrupts the view.

We were here for a wedding weekend. We were hardly at the property but it worked great for location and sleeping needs. Debbie was helpful and responsive!

We really liked the proximity to the beach and the easy drive to Flagler Ave, etc. The view was a little tricky from the porch with the pool being right there, but you could still see the ocean a bit on each side. The pool was chilly, but it was nice to be so close to it as well as the workout area and elevator. Property owner Debbie was very responsive and helpful! Condo was clean with a good amount of space. Some updating could be done, but for our purposes it was great!

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. Easy access to the beach, great pool, and very spacious condo. It’s beautiful. The owner was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend to anyone and stay here again.

Perfect for 3 moms and their boys for. Weekend surf trip. The condo was spacious and well equipped. We will definitely come back!

Very nice accommodations#

We loved our stay in this condo in New Smyrna Beach. The condo was clean and had a very “homey” feel. It had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. We really enjoyed how close it was to the pool. Deborah made herself available with any questions we had along the way. We hope to stay again sometime :)
