This was our first time staying at Pelican Villas. Absolutely loved it! The location is perfect. The beach is just a few steps away and we saw dolphins almost every single day. The condo is furnished with everything you need just bring your beach towels! We definitely plan on going back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch Villas on Seabrook Island. The entire island was way beyond our expectations! Our villa was a great fit for us and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. We will definitely be back!

Great location and the condo was very clean. First visit to Seabrook -we loved it! The Beach Club was perfect for a day in the sun.

The condo has views of the ocean from the living room or the deck. You can walk right out to the boardwalk leading to the beach from the deck. Mary was helpful and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is perfect and the location cannot be beat. Such easy access to the beach. The Cardello's were very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our arrival. The view from the living room and deck is amazing. The sunsets, shrimp boats and dolphins all make this SC Lowcountry condo on Seabrook a special place.

We stayed in this Unit for 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The location is the very best on the Island. The owners were great to work with. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week at Mary and Hank’s place. The ocean views are outstanding and the sunsets amazing. Condo is well appointed, clean, open and bright. We especially appreciated being able to have our dog w us on daily beach walks. We would definitely stay again.

Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay at this beauty location. The windows in the condo really allowed us to take in the outside and the view of the ocean was amazing!! The condo is close to lots of activities including a pool, shops, restaurants and golf. Look forward to staying here again.

This is our 3rd year in Seabrook and our 2nd year at this beautiful condo. We absolutely love it here. The condo is bright, clean, and the view is perfect. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. We love popping down for walks and seeing the dolphins swim by almost every day. The owner is wonderful and very communicative. Highly recommend this place!

Great views of Botany Bay Park and Deveau (sp?) Island.

Property is as advertised, maybe bigger in person than compared to photos. Other than one appliance not working we had a great stay.

We are repeat visitors to Seabrook and Pelican Watch but first time in this unit. Hosts were great. Very helpful and responsive. Some issues with things being not clean. Dryer ruined some of our clothes. Louder than other pelican watch villas we have stayed in - maybe because it’s an end unit? We could hear our downstairs and next door neighbors every time they walked around or opened/closed a door. Could clearly hear people on the boardwalk from the balcony but not from inside when the door was closed. Nice easy walk to the beach club and easy to bike around the island. The villa itself was lovely and we loved having the extra windows since the weather kept us inside a bit more.

This condo was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the Edisto River/Atlantic ocean! I cannot say enough how amazing the location of the condo is be able to see for miles and it's a short walking distance to the beach club. This was by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed in; we came to Seabrook Island to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversay and we had such a wonderful time. We saw deer right up at our condo the very first night we were there and most nights there after. We went horseback riding on the island which I highly recommend as well Bohicket marina is just up the road where you can dine at other restaurants and enjoy a beautiful view of the harbor. The owners are fantastic to work with and we look forward to our next visit and will definitely stay here!

We had a wonderful time! The property was everything we hoped for with spectacular views, 100 yards from the beach. We especially enjoyed the wildlife seeing deer and rabbits 20 feet from our property. It was a very, quiet, peaceful, and relaxing vacation.

Great location and very nice condo. Very comfortable and very accessible to the beach. Plenty of room for two people with the two bathrooms and spacious living room. We had a small issue that Mary, the manager, addressed very quickly. She was great to work with. This is a unit we would go back to.

Wonderful property. Very clean, great location, perfect spot for a couple and a fury friend. We love the proximity and access to the beach. The only thing missing is a grill. Would love to have the Pelican watch condo’s put in several community outdoor grills. Otherwise everything was excellent

This is a beach front property with fantastic views and plenty of privacy. The beach access is just a short walk down the back staircase to an access point less than a block away. Everything is remodeled and well kept within the condo. Seabrook has miles of walking options and amenities plus it is very close to shopping, restaurants, etc... We have stayed at this property before, returned and would not hesitate to recommend it. We like the atmosphere at Seabrook too; nice, not commercialized, secluded, quiet and grounded. Mary and Hank are truly accommodating and ensure that everything from arrival to check out rolls smoothly.
