Our hosts were so wonderful and gave us all the info we needed in advance. The shade and outdoor environment is super. They welcomed our 2 small dogs and were very reasonable with providing for the dogs' safety and keeping the property sparkling clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and perfect for our fur baby. She had the whole yard to herself and we did also. The location was perfect to get to Wimberly and New Braunfels We would definitely stay again in the future.

This place is private, cozy, clean, very pet friendly and centrally located to downtown New Braunfels, Wimberly, Dripping Springs and not to far from Blanco or Johnson City...all our favorite Hill Country places. If you like Breweries like we do, there is New Braunfels Brewing, Twisted X and our new favorite find, Ghost Note Brewery. And Elio's Pizzeria in Sattler has the best pizza! Chill's on the Creek on Wimberly Square for good dry rub BBq wings (pet friendly). If you are taking your dogs on a trip, consider this place. Entire place is fenced in and they have an indoor kennel that's leads to outdoor dog run, so if you want to enjoy some alone time without the fur babies you can leave them in this indoor/outdoor kennel with no worries. We will definitely be back for next year's fall trip. Don't think we could find a better place to stay with our fur babies.

Absolutely accurate descriptions and reviews for this property! It is a gem!! We travelled with 2 dogs, and they were enclosed safely in both the front and back of the property when they were outside. They house is clean, adorable, and very quiet. The owners/property managers are so very kind. Perfect stay.

Awesome property. It was very clean with wonderful attention to detail from the property managers. Communication was quick and check in was seamless. We stayed with our Golden Retriever who is a bit spoiled and does not travel well. She was very comfortable here. The location is great, Quiet yet still close enough to everything. Would definitely stay again.

We loved loved loved this property. Less than 10 min drive to Wimberley. We ate at the Leaning Pear and Creekhouse for dinners which were our faves. Chill’s by the creek was good for lunch. Took kids to natural bridge caverns and then had lunch at the Gristmill and went to Gruene hall. Canyon lake was a fun day trip too- weather was chilly in March, would love to come back in summer. The house had everything we needed. Wi-Fi worked great. Dogs loved running in the yard and we built a fire in the chiminea almost every night. The dog run was awesome and they loved the doggy door.

We had a great stay. The property was well maintained and located in a nice hill country setting. The owner also went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Being very pet friendly was also a big plus. We would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our time at Ollie’s cottage. Everything was immaculate. Great bedding and towels. Far exceeded our expectations. The dog kennel and turnout was so clean as well. Our dog came with us on most excursions, but when we went for dinner we used the kennel. It was so nice knowing he was safe and happy. Close to Wimberely. We loved the hiking trails at blue hole and Purgatory. We will definitely stay again.

My family and I just stayed at Ollie’s, and it was fantastic. The lookout for Devil’s Backbone is only 5 miles away. Wimberley, Gruene, San Marcos and New Braunfels are very close. The cottage is perfect for dogs. The beds were comfy and everything was there that we needed. Lisa even checked in us to make sure we made it home OK after our stay. She was very attentive. I highly recommend Ollie’s.

This was the perfect place to stay, especially with dogs! The kennel was so nice. We didn’t have to rush back from what we were doing to let the dogs go potty. The entire place was spotless and had everything we needed and was very comfortable and private. We will definitely stay here again!!!

This place was perfect for our family of 3. Our dog loved being able to go in and out though dog door and it was nice not to worry about him while we were away. The cottage was very clean and we hope to stay here again!

My family LOVED this pet-friendly option at Ollie's Cottage. The owners could not be more friendly and easy to work with - great hospitality. The cottage was beautifully appointed and the beds were so COMFORTABLE. Also in the middle of a Texas heat wave, the AC kept our Coloradan family nice and cool. The porch and deck area are such a nice amenity. The setup for our furry babies was exceptional. 5-star recommendation!

A well deserved 5 stars. The location was just what we were looking for. The beds were so comfy, it was probably the best sleep I have gotten in a while. They had everything we needed.

Ollie’s was amazing! There was so many little touches that made it feel welcoming, comfortable and relaxing. The hosts were very communicative which I appreciate. It was clean, smelled amazing and the outside was beautiful! I will definitely be booking again when I come into town:) My doggies also loved the big enclosure they had!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ollies and it was great for our dog Quinn too. He had easy in/out access to the relief area anytime, which allowed us to do some sightseeing and visit with family. We also had a nice visit from the owners and would've liked to talk even more. The home is clean and tasteful and we'd recommend Ollies, especially if you have a dog.

Hands down the very best VRBO experience we have ever had. Jeanne, Elroy and Lisa could teach a master class on communication and hosting. I feel as though we've made some new friends. Simply wonderful stay with delightful surroundings. The home and indoor /outdoor dog kennel was perfect for our pooch. Beds were exceptionally comfortable; we're buying our next bed identical to the one in Ollie's cottage. You can't go wrong staying with Ollie's Country Cottage. Would stay again and again.

We had an amazing stay at this cottage in Wimberly, Tx. The cottage was immaculate & had all the things needed to make our stay perfect. The cottage has an indoor kennel with a doggie door into a fenced run so our dog had a great stay too. The whole property is fenced with plenty of room for dogs to explore & plenty of parking. We especially enjoyed the chiminea in the chilly evenings. Communication with the owners was excellent. The cottage is just a short drive to Wimberly, San Marcos, Fredericksburg & other Hill Country sites. Even though the cottage is on a rather busy road, the fence & location of the cottage give you the feeling you are miles away from the hustle & bustle. If you are going to the Hill Country, you owe it to yourself to stay at Ollie's - you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We sat outside under the trees from sun-up to sun-down talking, reading, and enjoying the beautiful weather. The dogs were free to roam and sniff. Everything was just right - the beds were comfortable, the indoor/outdoor run gave my dogs a safe place to go out after dark without me. Loved everything about this place!

This property offered the perfect accommodations for vacationing with the dogs. Indoor/outdoor kennel, a quiet space, surrounded by lots of hikes made for an excellent getaway from the cities.

Nice big fenced yard that my dogs enjoyed. Also great indoor/outdoor dog run that we could leave the dogs. The house is nicely decorated and super comfy. We enjoyed sitting outside in the shade during the day and at night using the chimaera. Convenient to Wimberley, Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, San Marcus and Dripping Springs. Hosts were excellent communicators.

Absolutely amazing. The set up is perfect and I felt safe to leave my pets behind to go into to town. The cottage is perfect for 5 to sleep. Set up with furniture and kitchen, coffee bar all is fantastic. I’ll definitely be renting here again 😊

The property was very well maintained. The cottage was very well done and comfortable. We especially liked the dog crate / dog door set up. One of the dogs had an issue with doing his business on the pebbles, but eventually came around. The description did not say anything about no grass on the property. There really is not a good place to walk the dogs except on the highway. But overall it was a great and relaxing experience.

Adorable cottage, perfect for a family getaway in the hill country! Close enough to everything the family wanted to do - swimming at the Blue hole in Wimberly, floating the Guadalupe River, and riding some awesome rides at Schlitterbahn, but still far enough out to give us the peace and quiet that comes with being in the country. No one wanted to leave at the end of our stay, including the dog! There is a reason why this place is rated so highly.

My friends and I needed a quiet little place to stay while we took a weekend girls trip. Ollie’s Country Cottage was perfect and had so many sweet good feeling touches! We brought our 2 dogs (one 6 months and the other 6 years) and they loved it and felt at home. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to communicate with and I would definitely book this cottage again for another trip!

A great property close to Canyon Lake. We were in town for a wedding at The Preserve. It's about 15 minutes away, depending on the number of tubers trying to cross the road. The property was perfect for us. The gated/fenced yard was very private and safe for the dog to run while we sat outside. Lots of birds. The new kitchen was great - we cooked all our meals there.

My husband and I spent a weekend at Ollie’s with our two dogs. The cottage is very charming and quaint, with everything you need. It’s not a huge place, but was the perfect size for two people and two medium/large dogs. The indoor/outdoor kennel was a major feature— no worrying about the dogs jumping on the furniture while we’re out for the day. We really enjoyed hanging out on the front porch, where I really enjoyed the vibe with the trees and plants, a chiminea, and plenty of places to sit. Very relaxing. Communication with the owners was great and prompt. Lisa emailed us everything we needed and sent a follow up text to make sure we got the email. Overall a wonderful stay, 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again.
