We were in town for a quick family ski trip and the location and condo itself could not have been more perfect. It was ridiculously convenient to the skiing but at the same time provided us plenty of space so as not to feel crowded. Check in process was easy as was check out. Great spot-highly recommend.

Everything about this accommodation is convenient. The hotels services are applicable to the VRBO guests as well. Wonderful stay.

Best location in Breckinridge, only minor complaint was the restaurant on property was limited menu and slow service

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family. Our children were first time skiers, and the location could not have been more perfect for getting to ski school in the mornings. The condo was well-equipped we could have ever needed for our stay. Everything was clean, we loved having personal laundry capabilities, and they even had it decorated for Christmas- truly magical! Thank you for a wonderful stay- we hope to make it an annual adventure!

The most convenient way to enjoy the mountain at Breckenridge. Just steps away from 4 different lifts at the base of Peak 8. Plenty of entertainment and dining options available right at the bottom of the mountain. Valet ski service is another wonderful perk.

Wonderful property for a quick ski weekend. The property is perfect for a family with kids or two couples with two bedrooms on either side of the shared living area. Very easy access to the chair lifts and peak 8 ski school. Property includes access to the indoor pool which our 4 year old loved at the end of a day of skiing. Host was very responsive to our few questions. Lovely place to stay in Breckenridge, we will definitely book this property again in the future.

My family stayed here for 2 nights in July 2023. It is just as pictured. Comfortable beds, clean, convenient to Breckenridge. It's on the 2nd floor and overlooks the patio and the ski lift. If you are staying during ski season, it would be a great spot to watch the skiers come down the mountain. Probably not a quiet spot during ski season. Hot tub was great even in July! Would stay here again!

We quite enjoyed our stay. One Ski Hill is such a great location with summer mountain activities and also in-house media rooms, bowling, pools, hot tub, and saunas.

Great location. We enjoyed being able to take the gondola into downtown for lunch, shopping and e-bikes! We saw a moose on the gondola ride back to the condo.

The condo deserves 4 or 5 stars, but our family vac was hurt by lack of accurate info. Both beds/baths are spacious. The living area is nice, kitchen is ok. The deck is great, sadly we were not able to use it. One Ski Hill is nice. The pool isn’t great. The bowling/media rooms are a nice touch. The staff there isnt friendly if you book through VRBO. The appeal of this condo was its Peak 8 location and the activities (Plaza, etc) listed, as well as the deck looking over all of the fun. We arrived to see this area completely torn up with construction and Peak 8 closed. This was not communicated up front at booking or leading up to our stay when we would have had time to pivot dates/locations. It’s not even on the One Ski Hill site. (Breck’s public site can deduce that Peak 8 isn’t completely open for business until late June but you have to dig, and nothing about construction). The deck could not be enjoyed at any point (morning coffee, reading, family games, afternoon cocktail, etc) to relax and view the mountains due to the sound of heavy construction vehicles, workers yelling, beeping trucks backing up, etc. This started before 8am on most of the days. We would not have booked here on these dates with this info. To the host co’s credit (especially Julie), they are reachable and offered us a different property but not as nice. They did give us a 1 night refund (~14%) for the screw up. A nice gesture, but can’t fix our one family vacation this year.

We had a wonderful two-night stay here. The host was so accommodating in giving us early checkin and late checkout. The place is beautifully appointed, has a great patio, wonderful views, and is on the same floor as the pools and spa. We'd love to visit again in the future.

Phenomenal location. Loved the garage parking. Nice condo. Only complaints were the uncomfortable beds and pillows. Also the water in shower never really got hot enough. Would stay there again because of the ski in/out ease. Great ski valet.

Top-notch stay at a beautiful condo right in the center of the action at the base of peak 8. Property Manager(s) are true professionals, with a beautiful property with easy check-in and check-out process. We loved having ski school so close and the ski valet!! A true ski in and ski out. Very clean, modern, and well maintained condo. Right on the mountain. Owners were responsive and friendly. Property staff is very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the property and was fun to watch the skiers and the snow cats grooming the slopes.

We’ve stayed at One Ski Hill numerous times. This was the first for this particular unit. The balcony view overlooked the slopes. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Visit the unit first before grocery shopping, the kitchen had numerous condiments and other items that we did not need to purchase. True ski in-ski out experience. Bowling alley, pool table and swimming pool were well kept. Friendly and helpful staff at One Ski Hill! Free shuttles to and from town.

This was our second time visiting the Breckenridge area. I traveled with my husband and 12 year old daughter. We chose this property because we had visited it on our last trip and knew about the great indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and other amenities. Unfortunately the outdoor hot tub was closed for repair, as was the pool. The baby pool was open which didn’t appeal to our daughter. The location is out of the way a bit, but you can take the free bus into town. This was easily accessible via a stop at the property next door. The unit was nicely furnished. It was fairly clean. The condo was overall nice with a view of the ski slopes. It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is not well stocked for much cooking. It was fine for us, but others might expect more cooking pans, etc. There was confusion from the property manager as to our departure. They thought we should be checking out 2 days prior to what we had paid. The manager left urgent messages asking us to depart. We were 2 hours away when this happened. When she realized her mistake, she apologized and offered us a late check out. Apparently this confusion was a result of booking on VRBO. Keep good records of what you have paid and the length of your stay in the event it happens again.

From our experience, it is a nice unit, but nothing too special. We did give a list of things to the managing company to help improve, such as: there were only 3 coffee cups (and all HUGE), screen on sliding door was off track, light bulb out, no hot water in kitchen, dishwasher didn't work (beeping sound and didn't turn on), our card/key did not open garage door, dated/worn couch, and the mattress in the master was not super comfortable. The unit is certainly adequate, but not great. On the positive side, it is roomy (for up to 4 people), has a nice view (better in winter, I'm sure), has a good sized balcony, and the building is close to the gondola.

Great place to stay

Our family planned a very last minute trip to CO to escape the TX heat. Our expectations were exceeded with the property and the communication with the owners. On the first morning we discovered that our coffee pot didn't work, and they came and replaced it later that morning. The patio was huge and had a great view of the slopes. The beds were comfortable and it was a perfect place for our family of 4. We will be back!
