What a great place for a family getaway! This house had a great location, wonderful pool and great layout! The one problem we had was quickly fixed! Would definitely come back!

Our family has been coming to Highway 30 A for the last 20 years. We are a family of 14, with adults as well as teenagers and elementary kids. We loved the layout of this house. Everyone had their own space. The two bunk rooms on two different floors were great for the different ages of grandkids. The close proximity to the beach was awesome, and we were very close to many local vendors. We all agreed that this house was one of the best houses we have ever stayed in. We loved it! Thanks for the hospitality!

We loved the configuration of this house for our family! There was room for everyone to have privacy and plenty of room for us to be together. The pool was perfect as well. Love the fact that the house is well kept yet not so prissy as to worry about sand on the floor. The proximity to both beach and ice cream is a win-win!

This place is fantastic. VERY close to the beach. The space in and around the pool was amazing. It was perfect for a family to swim, hang out, grill out & eat. Spacious middle floor was another great gathering space with kitchen, dining, and living space. Bedrooms on all floors gave all 10 adults and 7 little ones places to sleep. Balconies on upper floors provided additional space to eat or just relax. We were super excited to get away to this lovely place on a beautiful beach - it met and exceeded all of our expectations!!

As snowbirds, we stayed a bit longer than usual. The house was exactly as expected and we had a great time! It’s close to everything. We had a few issues that were immediately resolved. Great communication. Best place to be in the Santa Rosa Beach area. Thanks so much.

My family of 17 enjoyed our stay very much. The pictures do not do this property justice. The house is very well stocked with just about anything you could need on vacation. We traveled with children over Christmas and a tree for the kids was very important to my family. I was so impressed when we walked in and the property manager had put a tree up for us. The pool heat was amazing also! Well worth paying to have it heated. Our kids swam everyday in the pool despite having temps in the 30s. We look forward to returning!

This house is a dream come true! I just can't say enough about how perfect it was for our family of 11. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked - we prepared a full Thanksgiving dinner and found every pan and utensil that we needed. The living room had plenty of seating and beautiful views. The many balconies provided quiet spots for reading and enjoying the beach breeze. Every bed was comfortable and the linens were superb. Each of our children's families had their own bathroom and each bathroom was large and very clean. There was also a very nice washer and dryer in one of the bathrooms. As far as rainy day activities, there was a large supply of books and games to use, as well as TVs in every room with cable and streaming options. Our favorite features were the outdoor heated pool and the very short walk to the most beautiful beach. The heated pool was used almost all day long and well into the evenings. It was larger than we imagined, and super clean. There were tons of seating options around the pool and a huge gas grill in the large patio area. Many times a day we made the short walk to and from the beach. On most days, we felt as though we had the beach to ourselves. The men in our group found the fishing to be outstanding, even catching (and releasing) a large sand shark, many bull red drums, bluefish, and numerous whiting. It was a little too cold to swim at the beach, but we loved the sunrises and sunsets, looking for shells, and building sandcastles with the grandkids. Our communication with the property manager was great and our few questions were answered quickly and in the most friendly manner. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to others, and we definitely hope to return to this gem of a home again.

We stayed here with 6 adults and 7 kids. The house is well stocked, close to the beach, and the pool is perfect. The owner was AMAZING, she responded to questions right away and we forgot a very important stuffed pig and she mailed him back to us right away. We will definitely be staying again. We loved the house and it worked really well for our two families. The location to the beach was awesome. We spent a lot of time in the pool too.

We had a great time at the house. Goatfeathers being next door was a giant plus for happy hour and large orders of shrimp. The walk to the beach was short. The kids loved having the private pool option as well. Great trip.

We had an amazing time in Santa Rosa! The beach was beautiful! We went early each day and stayed until late afternoon. The proximity of the beach to the property and the wagon provided made the walk there an easy one. We loved having our own pool to cool off in after each sunshine filled day! We all felt at home in your beautiful house! We slept well and were comfortable with all of the amenities. We would love to return some day soon!

Our 4 generation family of 13 had an amazing time at the house. Be sure to get that pool heated and live in it and use that provided boil pot to boil shrimp from goat feathers seafood market which is just a short walk away!

Excellent home. Great location. Prompt communication with owner. Several nice touches such as welcome basket with Champagne and snacks.

The short walk to beach on quiet side street was a real plus! 3 stories of bedrooms was the perfect set up for our 3 adult children & grandchildren to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for 10 and the refrigerator held several days food supply! Plenty of games/books available helped fill the rainy indoor days. Ample parking.

Close to beach. Extra amenities that were a bonus-2 coffee makers and a Keurig. 2 refrigerators 1 up 1 on main level. Lots of games and books available made rainy days fun too. At the top of their street golf cart rental, bikes and beach equipment rentals available! Extra amenities just added to the fun!

Loved this property and it’s location. It was an easy walk to beach. Kids enjoyed the pool every day as well. Property manager Jennifer was wonderful to deal with as well. Would recommend this house for any family!

We had a Blast in the nice pool, beach and ice cream within walking distance. It's a great House. We will gladly return next summer!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. It was in the perfect location as it was close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was an added plus. We wouldn’t definitely stay here again.

Property was in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. And the pool was a great alternative to the beach when we wanted to hang out at the property. The kitchen is well stocked. The children’s books and board games were a nice addition.

The location, the pool, the house, it was all just perfect! Our family loved every second of our stay, and Annalisa and her team were so incredible with us!!

The kitchen is so well stocked with everything we needed. The card table was spot on for our family. We played cards every night. The kitchenette on the first floor was a saver of steps. The house was super clean. The walk to the beach is short. The pool was a great spot for kids while we cooked. We noticed first night there was not a can opener the property manager had it in our hands by 9 am the next morning. We had a great relaxing time in Summer Breeze we will be back. Worst part Goat Feathers steamer was down and we had to steam our own shrimp but the house had the supplies to do it. It also had the pot and gas tank to have a shrimp boil. WOW

My family and I used the house to get together for my Mom’s birthday. We liked the ability to be close to the beach and have a pool where the family could gather and enjoy time which each other as we live in different parts of the country. The house was clean and large enough to provide space for our group.

This home fit all of our needs with 7 adults and 6 small children. Home is in a great location with a very short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and they provided floats, toys, chairs, etc... for the beach and pool. Loved the large kitchen table. We enjoyed our time at Summer Breeze.
