Had a great week at the beach with our adult children who are scattered about the country. Great location, house and communal facilities. Nice to see the ocean from the deck and easily walk to the beach.

We enjoyed the villa. It was perfect for our group. Location is great. Having pickleball just a few feet away was an unexpected plus. We look forward to renting again next year in warmer weather.

My family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful location. We could not enjoy everything Rehobeth had to offer due to COVID, but we shared great family times together, did a lot of cooking together in the awesome kitchen and enjoyed the outstanding deck overlooking the ocean and pools.

This is without a doubt one of the best vacation rentals in Rehoboth. True ocean front with the added benefit of also overlooking two recently renovated pools (new pics are needed) - - including the largest toddler pool you'll ever experience outside of a water park. The view gets a "10." The location gets a "10." And the overall experience gets a "10." Minor deduct for cleanliness since I spent the first hour killing at least 15 flies. Perhaps an anomaly, but one of those 4-foot "bug vacuum wands" would be a great addition to the property along with instructions for the cleaning service to spend a little time exercising it as part of the changeover. Kim was a delight to work with. Highly recommend.

Very relaxing stay. lovely property, great location right on the beach but able to relax with the multiple swimming pools. will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Rehoboth Beach.

We have rented this house for many years now and it is great time every time. The property is updated and beautiful and the proximity to the pools and the ocean is priceless. We will be back again next year.

Lovely and spacious rooms with fabulous beachfront views. Every amenity imaginable, plus good parking. We held a group retreat with seven ladies, and it was a perfect setting.

I would recommend this property for anyone vacationing in Rehoboth/Dewey (adults, families, etc.). The property is in a great location. The beach is beautiful and the pools are really nice to have, especially with kids. The staff is on the property and always available and friendly (including life guards). The property was just recently updated and is clean and well-maintained. It was a great vacation - we are planning to return again next year.

We had a fantastic family vacation in this beautifully renovated beachfront home. The grandparents loved relaxing on the main deck with wonderful full-on views of the ocean. The kids loved playing in the two pools and then running right down to the beach. And the parents loved that the kids and grandparents were all happy.
The home is beautifully renovated and very nicely furnished. The owners were friendly and helpful prior to my visit, as was the full-time property manager on site.
The location is perfect. The beach is much less crowded than the main spots in Rehoboth, but it's still easy enough to get up to the boardwalk for Funland and everything else. This was a great find!

Dear Kim,I continue to have fond memories of our stay at your home on Rehoboth Beach.We enjoyed the spaceous accomodations for four adults and our children.The beach was beautiful,quiet,clean and uncrowded.Having the two swimming pools made it ideal for the children.I look forward to revisiting your home in future years especially after the planned renovations .

The listing description was accurate and accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive during the entire process from inquiring about the property, making the reservations, through arranging a physical tour and answering questions during the period of our occupancy. We would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. Our guests were extremely impressed with all aspects of the rental unit. We highly recommend the Seasonal activities and shopping. We loved the Annual Christmas Carol Sing and Christmas Tree lighting in downtown Rehpboth Beach.

Memorial Day weekend is one of the busiest times of year to go the beach, yet the crowds and traffic seemed a million miles away although we were situated just a short walk from all the shops, restaurants and action in both Rehoboth and Dewey. This cheerful, comfortable home in a private community is our favorite place our family has ever stayed at the beach. There is no where else in this town where you can sit on your deck overlooking beautiful pools and the ocean. When you are ready to hit the sand, your chair and umbrella are set up and ready for you. This place is a rare find, grab it, unless we beat you to it!

I don't usually write reviews but had another blissful getaway at this property and wanted to share. Our family has stayed here for many years and what I like best is the beauty of having both the beach and the pool steps from the back deck. There's plenty of room for multiple families with its open, airy feel, but you can still find a place to curl up with a book. The third floor master bedroom is like a secret hideaway right on the ocean. We easily walk to Dewey or the Rehoboth boardwalk for meals. We also love to grill outside or cook big family dinners in the functional and clean kitchen. My kids love the clubhouse and the tennis court. The memories we have made will last a lifetime.
